Intensity-modulated particle therapy(IMPT)with carbon ions is comparatively susceptible to various uncertainties caused by breathing motion,including range,setup,and target positioning *** determine relative biological effectiveness-weighted dose(RWD)distributions that are resilient to these uncertainties,the reference phase-based four-dimensional(4D)robust optimization(RP-4DRO)and each phase-based 4D robust optimization(EP-4DRO)method in carbon-ion IMPT treatment planning were evaluated and *** on RWD distributions,4DRO methods were compared with 4D conventional optimization using planning target volume(PTV)margins(PTV-based optimization)to assess the effectiveness of the robust optimization ***-ion IMPT treatment planning was conducted in a cohort of five lung cancer *** results indicated that the EP-4DRO method provided better robustness(P=0.080)and improved plan quality(P=0.225)for the clinical target volume(CTV)in the individual respiratory phase when compared with the PTV-based *** with the PTV-based optimization,the RP-4DRO method ensured the robustness(P=0.022)of the dose distributions in the reference breathing phase,albeit with a slight sacrifice of the target coverage(P=0.450).Both 4DRO methods successfully maintained the doses delivered to the organs at risk(OARs)below tolerable levels,which were lower than the doses in the PTV-based optimization(P<0.05).Furthermore,the RP-4DRO method exhibited significantly superior performance when compared with the EP-4DRO method in enhancing overall OAR sparing in either the individual respiratory phase or reference respiratory phase(P<0.05).In general,both 4DRO methods outperformed the PTV-based optimization in terms of OAR sparing and robustness.

This study aimed to evaluate testicular toxicity induced by hydroxyurea （HU） and the possible counteracting effect of an aqueous extract of Cistanche deserticola （CD）. HU is an antineoplastic drug that has potential reproductive toxicity, and Herba Cistanche has been used as a tonic for the reproductive system for thousands of years. Sixty mice were randomly divided into five groups. Except mice in normal group, the rest received HU （400 mg kg^-1 body weight） intragastrically. Meanwhile, mice in normal and HU control groups received purified water, and the rest received intragastrically three doses of CD decoctions （1.5, 3.0 and 6.0 g crude drug kg^-1 body weight, respectively） daily for 4 weeks. Severe testes lesions were observed, testes weight （P〈0.01） and serum luteinising hormone levels （P〈0.0 1） were also decreased significantly, in the HU groups. Three doses of CD decoctions alleviated the spermatogenetic cell degeneration induced by HU and modulated the serum sex hormones levels to some extent.

Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia （CEP）, a rare eosinophilic lung disease of unknown etiology,is characterized by peripheral blood eosinophilia, chest radiograph infiltrates, and prompt response to corticosteroid therapy. The first detailed description of CEP was described by Carrington et al in 1969. The usual symptoms are cough, dyspnea, fever, and weight loss. It is most often seen in middle aged woman and has a subacute onset. We report a case of CEP presenting with right lower lung infiltrates and mucus plugging that causing bronchus obstruction.

Objective: Prepare cross-linked HA gels with higher mechanical stability, lower degradation velocity and desirable biocompatibility,so as to extend the usage of ***:*** molecular weight of HA (Mr_ HA ) by viscosimetry;*** cross-linked HA gels by DVS, GTA, DEC;*** the cross-linking and degradation procedure;*** the biocompatibility of the best HA gels. Results:The mechanical stability and durability to degradation of HA-DVS gels are superior to those of other gels, and when HA:DVS = 40:1(g/g), at 35℃ and in 0.2 M NaOH solution, the HA-DVS gel shows the best mechanical stability, and its cytotoxicity reaches class I, hemolysis ratio is lower than 5%. Conclusion:Our HA-DVS gel can be used to prepare biologic scaffolds.

The increasing popularity of the Internet and the widespread use of information technology have led to a rise in the number and sophistication of network attacks and security *** detection systems are crucial to network security,playing a pivotal role in safeguarding networks from potential ***,in the context of an evolving landscape of sophisticated and elusive attacks,existing intrusion detection methodologies often overlook critical aspects such as changes in network topology over time and interactions between *** address these issues,this paper proposes a real-time network intrusion detection method based on graph neural *** proposedmethod leverages the advantages of graph neural networks and employs a straightforward graph construction method to represent network traffic as dynamic graph-structured ***,a graph convolution operation with a multi-head attention mechanism is utilized to enhance the model’s ability to capture the intricate relationships within the graph structure ***,it uses an integrated graph neural network to address dynamic graphs’structural and topological changes at different time points and the challenges of edge embedding in intrusion detection *** edge classification problem is effectively transformed into node classification by employing a line graph data representation,which facilitates fine-grained intrusion detection tasks on dynamic graph node feature *** efficacy of the proposed method is evaluated using two commonly used intrusion detection datasets,UNSW-NB15 and NF-ToN-IoT-v2,and results are compared with previous studies in this *** experimental results demonstrate that our proposed method achieves 99.3%and 99.96%accuracy on the two datasets,respectively,and outperforms the benchmark model in several evaluation metrics.

Convertible hydrogel supercapacitors have emerged as promising energy storage devices in switches,diodes, and transistors. However, inherent weaknesses in ionic conductivity, mechanical properties,and water retention of hydrogel electrolytes seriously hinder their development. Inspired by the hardness conversion of sea cucumber skin, a conductivity and mechanics dual-tunable salt gel electrolyte is successfully designed. The salt gel presents a reversible switching of conductors-insulators and a mechanical regulation between softness and hardness via the dissolution-crystallization transition of sodium acetate trihydrate（SAT）. Meanwhile, the salt gels spontaneously grow a layer of “armor” through saturated phase-change salt crystals effectively reducing water evaporation of hydrogel ***, this phase-change soft-rigid conversion strategy will expand the capabilities of gel-based flexible supercapacitors(area capacitance: 258.6 mF cm-2), and the capacitance retention rate could still reach 86.9% after 3000 cycles at high temperatures. Moreover, the salt gel supercapacitor is potentially used in over-heat alarm systems. It is anticipated that the strategy of conductivity and mechanics of dual-tunable salt gel would provide a new perspective on the development of energy storage devices,wearable electronics, and flexible robots.
