中-晚三叠世是现代型生态系统构建的关键时期,系统研究该时期生物与环境的协同演变过程对揭示生物复苏机制和生态系统重建规律具有重要意义.琥珀是探讨中-晚三叠世植物演化和古气候演变的重要载体.对青岩剖面雷打坡段的琥珀和伴生的植物化石开展研究,并将全球的中-晚三叠世琥珀的分布与湿润事件进行对比分析.结果发现青岩琥珀是由松柏类植物伏脂杉生产,琥珀的出现与松柏类植物的辐射演化有关.菊石生物地层表明含有琥珀的地层属于中三叠世安尼期Pelsonian亚期.认为琥珀的产出与湿润事件具有对应性,说明湿润事件可能是中-晚三叠世琥珀频繁出现的重要原因.

In this second part of a study about quantum field oscillators with sub-oscillators and semi-quanta (IQuO), it is possible to show that in the initial phase of an interaction between two particles a no-dynamic process of reduction from a non-local to a local state takes place which cannot be described by Hamiltonian. We then describe the coupling of two IQuO of different particle-fields either at one point in space or at two distant points via an intermediary chain of coupled IQuO. The first aspect provides an understanding of the basic processes of creating and annihilating a pair. The second aspect describes the behaviour of two electrically charged particles through a process of phase shifts between the respective IQuO chains (CF1, CF2) implemented in a quantum entanglement via an intermediary chain (CB) of IQuO that originates changes in the direction of the two (CF1, CF2) distance-correlated ones. Thus, the semi-quanta structure of an IQuO and quantum entanglement identify the origin of the empirical law of attraction and repulsion between two electric charges.

The 7 ka old Qixiangzhan lava flow(QXZ,Tianchi volcano)represents the last eruptive event before the 946 CE,caldera-forming‘Millennium’eruption(ME).Petrographic,whole rock,mineral composition,Sr-Nd isotopic data on QXZ show that:(a)the lava consists of two components,constituted by comenditic obsidian fragments immersed in a continuous,aphanitic component;(b)both components have the same geochemical and isotopic variations of the ME *** QXZ and ME comendites result from fractional crystallization and crustal assimilation *** temperature of the QXZ magma was about 790℃ and the depth of the magma reservoir around 7 km,the same values as estimated for *** had a viscosity of 10^(5.5)-10^(9) Pa s and a velocity of 3-10 km/*** emplacement time was 0.5-1.6yr and the flow rate 0.48-1.50 m^(3)/*** values lie within the range estimated for other rhyolitic flows *** QXZ lava originated through a mixed explosive-effusive activity with the obsidian resulting from the ascent of undercooling,degassing and the fragmentation of magma along the conduit walls,whereas the aphanitic component testifies to the less undercooled and segregated flow at the center of the *** QXZ lava demonstrates the extensive history of the ME magma chamber.

Evidence from genetics and from analyzing cellular and animal models have converged to suggest links between neurodegenerative disorders of early and late ***,we summarize emerging links between the most common late life neurodegenerative disease,Alzheimer’s disease,and the most common early life neurodegenerative diseases,neuronal ceroid *** studies reported an overlap of clinically diagnosed Alzheimer’s disease and mutations in genes known to cause neuronal ceroid *** data strongly suggest dysfunction of intracellular trafficking mechanisms and the autophagy-endolysosome system in both types of neurodegenerative *** suggests shared cytopathological processes underlying these different types of neurodegenerative diseases.A better understanding of the common mechanisms underlying the different diseases is important as this might lead to the identification of novel targets for therapeutic concepts,the transfer of therapeutic strategies from one disease to the other and therapeutic approaches tailored to patients with specific ***,we review dysfunctions of the endolysosomal autophagy pathway in Alzheimer’s disease and neuronal ceroid lipofuscinoses and summarize emerging etiologic and genetic overlaps.

Alps are an important geographical area of the European continent and,in this area,temperature increase is most ***,the 1991-2020 climate normal in the Alps has still not been thoroughly *** to fill this gap with a focus on high-elevation environments,minimum and maximum daily air temperature acquired by 23 automatic weather station were *** results show that the mean annual values of minimum and maximum temperature for the 1991-2020 climate normal in the Alps are-2.4℃ and 4.4℃,respectively,with a warming rate of 0.5℃/10 *** mean annual temperature comparison between 1961-1990 and 1971-2000,1961-1990 and 1981-2010,1961-1990 and 1991-2020 climate normal show an increase of 0.3℃,0.5℃ and 0.9℃,*** results also confirm that seasonal and annual temperatures are rising through the whole Alpine arc,mainly in summer and *** work highlights that annual minimum and maximum temperature do not seem to be affected by a positive elevation-dependent ***,a positive elevation-dependent warming in the maximum values of the annual minimum temperature was *** anthropogenic emissions maintain the trend of the last decades,the expected mean annual temperature of the 2001-2030 climate normal is-0.2℃,with an increase of 0.5℃ if compared to the 1991-2020 climate normal and with an increase of 1.5℃ if compared to the 1961-1990 climate *** study highlights the warming rate that is now present in the European Alps,provides indications on the warming rate that will occur in the coming years and highlights the importance of carrying out investigations that consider not only the last 30-year climate normal,but also the most recent 30-year climate normal by comparing them with each other.

Air temperature in the European Alps shows warming over recent decades at an average rate of 0.3℃/10 years,therebyoutpacing the global warming rate of 0.2℃/10 *** periglacial environment of the Alps is particularly important for several aspects(*** production,tourism,natural hazards,indicator of global warming).However,there is a lack of specific and updated studies relating to temperature change in this *** order to fill this gap,the recent temperature trends in the periglacial environment of the Alps were ***/maximum/minimum daily air temperatures recorded by 14 land-based meteorological stations were used,and the temperature indices for the period 1990-2019 were *** periglacial environment of the Alps showed a warming rate of 0.4℃/10 years,0.6℃/10 years and 0.8℃/10 years for the mean/maximum/minimum temperatures,*** warming rates are higher than that observed for the entire Alpine *** 2050 many glaciers of the Alps below 3000 m altitude are expected to be extinct,and all the areas previously occupied by glaciers will become *** order to manage and adapt to these changes,more in-depth climate analyses are *** is necessary for all the mountainous areas of the world,which are undergoing similar changes.

Obstructive uropathy represents a major risk of acute kidney *** an epidemiological point of view,it is responsible for 5%to 10%of cases of acute renal failure and 4%of cases of end-stage kidney *** obstructive uropathy is a recognized disease,there is a significant lack of detailed research on this topic from both a nephrological and urological *** majority of published research focuses on the pathophysiology of the topic and neglects a comprehensive analysis of diagnostic and treatment approaches supported by current *** this context,it is crucial to assess the overall hemodynamic status,especially in the presence of *** clinical stability is assured,it is important to focus on symptom management,usually by controlling ***,it is crucial to decide immediately whether the patient should receive a prompt urinary *** diversion is an essential part of the treatment of obstructive uropathy and should be initiated promptly and without unnece-ssary delay once the diagnosis has been *** recovery of the obstructed kidney after decompression of the urinary tract depends on the degree of obstruction,the duration of the obstruction and the presence of a concomitant urinary tract *** timing and proper treatment of this condition determines the recovery of kidney function after an obstruction and prevents the development of chronic kidney *** this editorial,we emphasized the pathophysiological role and clinical significance of obstructive uropathy in the context of acute kidney injury.
