This paper primarily analyzes the evolution path of China＇s pork price by employing the threshold autoregression model（TAR）. Considering the unit root test with a threshold effect and heteroskedasticity of the TAR model, we show that the pork price series is a unit root process in each regime, and the heteroskedasticity in the TAR model greatly affects the results of linearity test. We find that the changing process of pork price has two regimes： mild regime and expansion regime. In particular, a change belongs to an expansion regime if it is larger than 0.5881; otherwise, it falls in the mild regime.

丘陵地区油茶林地众多,油茶花苞采集暂无机械化设备,故设计了一款六自由度的油茶花苞采集机械手。通过油茶花苞生物学特性分析,使用旋扭式末端执行器可以实现油茶花苞的高效采集,采净率为90%。通过机械手工作空间分析,确定了机械手的尺寸,并将末端执行器搭载到机械手上进行了油茶林田间试验。试验结果表明:搭载了旋扭式末端执行器六自由度机械手,可以到达采摘区间的边界位置,末端在x、y、z方向的最大偏差分别为3.4、3.3、3.4 cm,为油茶花苞智能化采集提供了依据。

Void fraction measurement and calculation model of vertical upward co-current air-water slug flow

The focus of this paper is on the measurement and calculation model of void fraction for the vertical upward co-current air-water slug flow in a circular tube of 15 mm inner diameter. High-speed photography and optical probes were utilized, with water superficial velocity ranging from 0.089 to 0.65 m·s^(-1)and gas superficial velocity ranging from 0.049 to 0.65 m·s^(-1). A new void fraction model based on the local parameters was proposed, disposing the slug flow as a combination of Taylor bubbles and liquid slugs. In the Taylor bubble region, correction factors of liquid film thickness Cδand nose shape CZ*were proposed to calculate aTB. In the liquid slug region, the radial void fraction distribution profiles were obtained to calculate aLS, by employing the image processing technique based on supervised machine learning. Results showed that the void fraction proportion in Taylor bubbles occupied crucial contribution to the overall void fraction. Multiple types of void fraction predictive correlations were assessed using the present data. The performance of the Schmidt model was optimal, while some models for slug flow performed not outstanding. Additionally, a predictive correlation was correlated between the central local void fraction and the cross-sectional averaged void fraction, as a straightforward form of the void fraction calculation model. The predictive correlation showed a good agreement with the present experimental data, as well as the data of Olerni et al., indicating that the new model was effective and applicable under the slug flow conditions.

Salinity is one of the major abiotic stresses limiting crop growth and *** study investigated the underlying mechanisms of Trichoderma asperellum Q1 in promoting cucumber growth under salt stress, including the abilities of the strain to solubilize phosphate and to produce *** results showed that *** Q1 could solubilize inorganic or organic phosphate and the activities of phosphatases and phytase could be detected in the culture *** hydroponic experiments, the growth of cucumber seedlings was increased in the hydroponic system treated by culture filtrate of strain Q1 with tricalcium phosphate or calcium phytate under salt *** strain also exhibited the ability to produce indole acetic acid（IAA）, gibberellic acid（GA） and abscisic acid（ABA） in liquid medium without any *** levels of those three phytohormones in cucumber seedling leaves also increased after inoculated with this strain, along with increased root growth and root activities of the *** results demonstrated the mechanisms of *** Q1 in alleviating the suppression effect of salt stress involving the change of phytohormone levels in cucumber plant and its ability of phosphate solubilization.

With the Skyrme energy-density functional theory,the nucleus–nucleus potential is calculated and the potential energy surface is obtained with different effective forces for accurately estimating the formation cross sections of superheavy nuclei in massive fusion *** width and height of the potential pocket are influenced by the Skyrme effective forces SkM,SkM^(*),SkP,SIII,Ska,and SLy4,which correspond to the different equations of state for the isospin symmetry nuclear *** is found that the nucleus–nucleus potential is associated with the collision orientation and Skyrme forces.A more repulsive nuclear potential is pronounced with increasing the incompressible modulus of nuclear matter,which hinders the formation of superheavy *** available data in the fusion-evaporation reaction of ^(48)Ca+^(238)U are nicely reproduced with the SkM^(*) parameter by implementing the potential into the dinuclear system model.

In this work,the self-nucleation effect on crystallization was studied for polypropylene with various nucleating *** talc was employed to accelerate crystallization of monoclinic α-crystallites,while N,N′-dicyclohexyl-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxamide TMB-5 was used to accelerate the crystallization kinetics and also induce formation of trigonal β-*** induce self-nucleation effect,the occurrence criterion was assessed by the transition temperatures from various domains and the available temperature *** importantly,the resulting influences of self-nucleation effect were quantified by the change of crystallization kinetics and the potential polymorphism *** was found that the α-nucleating agents of talc broadened the temperature window for inducing Domain Ⅱ by elevating the transition temperature from Domain Ⅰ to Domain Ⅱ.Although β-nucleating agent(β-NA)of N,N′-dicyclohexyl-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxamide TMB-5 elevated cooling crystallization temperature obviously,the temperature window for Domain Ⅱ was *** should be emphasized that in presence of β-NA TMB-5,the self-nucleation effect enhances the crystallization of α-crystallite,which show the competition with β-NA *** last,the ternary PP/talc/TMB-5 blend was prepared with the same amounts of α-NA talc and β-NA TMB-5 and it exhibits a similar self-nucleation effect of crystallization,indicating the dominant role of β-NA TMB-5.

Legionella pneumophila is a facultative intracellular pathogen capable of replicating within a broad range of hosts. One unique feature of this pathogen is the cohort of ca. 300 virulence factors(effectors) delivered into host cells via its Dot/Icm type IV secretion system. Study of these proteins has produced novel insights into the mechanisms of host function modulation by pathogens, the regulation of essential processes of eukaryotic cells and of immunosurveillance. In this review, we will briefly discuss the roles of some of these effectors in the creation of a niche permissive for bacterial replication in phagocytes and recent advancements in the dissection of the innate immune detection mechanisms by challenging immune cells with L. pneumophila.

BACKGROUND Urinary bladder haemangioma is a benign nonurothelial tumour that rarely occurs in paediatric and adolescent *** and radiological examinations are not adequate for an accurate *** purpose of this serial case report is to raise awareness of urinary bladder haemangioma and appropriate *** SUMMARY We described two rare cases of urinary bladder haemangioma that were confirmed by histopathology followed by immunohistochemistry and reviewed the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with this *** radical cystectomy was performed with open method surgery associated with an abdominal wall ostomy of the ileal outlet tract for case *** 2 underwent a laparoscopic partial *** pathology confirmed the diagnosis of urinary bladder *** resolved postoperatively,and there was no evidence of tumour recurrence in 3 years follow-up for case *** urinary and pelvic ultrasonography showed no signs of recurrence in 3 mo follow-up for case *** Careful histopathological and immunohistochemical studies are required to establish the correct *** is no“gold standard”treatment for urinary bladder haemangioma,and treatment options are varied for individuals with favourable follow-ups.
