基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407,设计了一种电动汽车速度控制器.该控制器运用神经网络PID算法进行速度控制,实现了速度控制的数字化,高精度,智能化.实验表明该系统实时性强,鲁棒性好,性价比高.

It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-aminobenzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μM)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μM)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

The formation of C–C bonds is a crucial aspect of organic synthesis. Synthesists' long-term objective is to identify novel catalysts to optimize reaction systems based on traditional transition metal catalysis. This study explores the synthesis and catalytic potential of palladium-installed covalent metal-organic frameworks(CMOFs) based on copper cyclic trinuclear units(Cu-CTUs). By incorporating palladium ions into the imine-based framework JNM-7 through a straightforward immersion method, we achieved a notable enhancement in catalytic activity for critical C–C coupling reactions, including C–H arylation and Sonogashira cross-coupling. The resulting JNM-7-Pd demonstrated remarkable stability and recyclability, maintaining its efficiency over at least three cycles without any decline in efficiency.

目的探讨血小板捐献者HLA-A、B和HPA1-17系统基因的分布特点,建立临沂地区已知HLA、HPA基因型机采血小板供者库。方法对临沂地区205位无血缘关系的血小板捐献者分别采用PCR-SSOP、PCR-SSP方法对HLA-A、B位点、HPA1-17系统进行基因分型,计算基因频率和基因型频率。结果检出HLA-A特异性抗原位点17个,频率较高抗原的有A2(0.2665)、A30(0.1418)、A24(0.1394)、A11(0.1149);检出HLA-B特异性抗原位点31个,频率较高的有B13(0.1663)、B62(00758)、B61(0.0636)、B58(0.0661)。HPA1-17中,HPA7-14、16、17呈单特异性,未检出相应的等位基因HPAb,杂合度最高的是HPA15,基因型HPA15a/15a、HPA15a/15b、HPA15b/15b,频率分别是0.3170,0.5073,0.1756,其次为HPA3,基因型HPA3a/3a、HPA3a/3b、HPA3b/3b,频率分别是0.3516,0.4293,0.2146,不配合率较高的是HPA3和HPA15,均为36.99%。频率最高的HPA基因组合为HPA(1,4,5,6,7-14,16,17)aa-2aa-3ab-15ab(0.1854)。结论探查临沂地区血小板捐献者HLA-A、HLA-B和HPA1-17系统区域分布特点,可为PTR患者寻找匹配的血小板供者、建立全省联网的血小板捐献者已知型HLA、HPA分型库提供资料。

目的探讨品管圈在急诊创伤专科医院Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药管理中的应用，以提高应用抗菌药物的合理性。方法成立品管圈小组，确立活动主题，通过多部门共同参与，以PDCA循环管理方式为基础，按品管圈的步骤遵循计划、实施、确认与处置的基本过程开展活动，以达到持续改进的效果。结果实施品管圈活动后，Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药不合理使用从262例降至122例，医护人员对Ⅰ类切口预防应用抗菌药物的认知率也得到有效提升。结论品管圈活动促进Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药的合理应用，适用于急诊创伤专科医院抗菌药的管理。

目的建立同时测定人血浆中对乙酰氨基酚、水杨酸和咖啡因浓度的HPLC法,并将其应用于阿咖酚胶囊复方制剂的人体药动学研究。方法以甲醇-四氢呋喃-10 mmol.L-1醋酸盐缓冲液(含体积分数为0.1%的冰醋酸溶液)(体积比为23∶2∶77)为流动相,茶碱为内标,采用krom asil苯基柱分离,在237 nm处进行检测。结果血浆中对乙酰氨基酚、水杨酸和咖啡因测定方法的线性分别为0.203~16.2、0.503~80.4、0.103~8.24μg.L-1;方法的准确度?RE?分别为-4.2%~0.5%、-9.2%^-0.5%、-7.8%~1.9%;日内精密度?RSD?分别小于5.2%、6.5%、7.0%;日间精密度?RSD?分别小于8.1%、5.2%、6.2%。结论建立的HPLC方法可用于阿咖酚胶囊复方制剂的人体药动学研究。

Many DNA?based devices need to build stable and controllable DNA films on surfaces. However, the most com?monly used method of film characterization, namely, the probe?like microscopes which may destroy the sample and substrate. Surface Forces Apparatus(SFA) technique, specializing in surface interaction studies, is introduced to investigate the e ects of DNA concentration on the formation of single?stranded DNA(ss?DNA) film. The result demonstrates that 50 ng/μL is the lowest concentration that ss?DNA construct a dense layer on mica. Besides, it is also indicated that at di erent DNA concentrations, ss?DNA exhibit diverse morphology: lying flat on surface at 50 ng/μL while forming bilayer or cross?link at 100 ng/μL, and these ss?DNA structures are stable enough due to the repeatabil?ity even under the load of 15 mN/m. At the same time, an obvious adhesion force is measured:/m at 100 ng/μL, respectively, which is attributed to the ion?correlation e ect. M-6.5 mN/m at 50 ng/μL and-5.3 mNoreover, the atomic force microscopy(AFM) images reveal the entire surface is covered with wormlike ss?DNA and the measured surface roughness(1.8±0.2 nm) also matches well with the film thickness by SFA. The desorption behaviors of ss?DNA layer from mica surface occur by adding sodium salt into gap bu er, which is mainly ascribed to the decreased ion?ion cor?relation force. This paper employing SFA and AFM techniques to characterize the DNA film with flexibility and stable mechanical ability achieved by ion bridging method, is helpful to fabricate the DNA?based devices in nanoscale.

The band structure, density of states, Mulliken populations, and frontier orbital of spodumene crystal were calculated using the first-principles method based on the density functional theory（DFT） and further analyzed in detail. The calculation results reveal that the O in spodumene is the most active and easily links with H＋in the water, but the active Li is very low, so it is better to add activator to increase the concentrate grade and recovery rate of spodumene in the flotation process. Si–O bonds in spodumene crystal are mainly covalent, since the covalency of Al–O bonds is stronger than that of Li–O bonds,and minerals dissociate along the weakest Li–O bonds. In addition, the study of the frontier orbital indicates that both O and Si atoms have large contribution to the frontier orbital in the spodumene crystal. Oleate and dodecylamine are used as the collectors of spodumene. The results contribute to the understanding of crystal structures of spodumene, and can be used in guiding related practical applications.

Relationship Between Leaf C/N Ratio and Insecticidal Protein Expression in Bt Cotton as Affected by High Temperature and N Rate

Expression of insecticidal protein for transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis （Bt） cotton is unstable and related to nitrogen metabolism. The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between leaf carbon nitrogen ratio （C/N） and insecticidal efficacy of two Bt cotton cultivars. C/N ratio and Bt protein content were both measured at peak square period and peak boll period respectively under 5-7 d high temperature and different nitrogen fertilizer rates on the Yangzhou University Farm and the Ludong Cotton Farm, China. All plants were grown in field. The results showed that the C/N ratio enhanced slightly and the Bt protein content remained stable at peak square period, but significant increases for the C/N ratio and decreases markedly for the leaf Bt protein concentration were detected at the peak boll period. The similar patterns at the two growth periods were found for the leaf C/N ratio and Bt protein content by different N fertilizer treatments. When nitrogen rate was from 0 to 600 kg ha-l, the C/N ratio was reduced by 0.017 and 0.006 for Sikang 1 and Sikang 3 at peak square period, compared to the 1.350 to 1.143 reduction for Sikang 1 and Sikang 3 at peak boll period, respectively. Correspondingly, the leaf Bt protein contents were bolstered by 2.6-11.8 and 26.9-36.9% at the two different growth periods, respectively. The results suggested that enhanced C/N ratio by high temperature and nitrogen application may result in the reduction of inseetiocidal efficacy in Bt cotton, especially in peak boll period.
