Perovskite Solar Cells(PSCs)have attracted considerable attention because of their unique features and high ***,the stability of perovskite solar cells remains to be *** this study,we modified the TiO_(2)Electron Transport Layer(ETL)interface with PbCl_(2).The efficiency of the perovskite solar cells with carbon electrodes increased from 11.28%to 13.34%,and their stability obviously *** addition of PbCl_(2)had no effect on the morphology,crystal structure,and absorption property of the perovskite absorber ***,it affected the band energy level alignment of the solar cells and accelerated the electron extraction and transfer at the interface between the perovskite layer and the ETL,thus enhancing the overall photovoltaic *** interfacial modification of ETL with PbCl_(2)is a promising way for the potential commercialization of low-cost carbon electrode-based perovskite solar cells.

The dihydrofolate reductase(dhfr)and dihydropteroate synthetase(dhps)genes of Plasmodium vivax,as antifolate resistance-associated genes were used for drug resistance surveillance.A total of 375 *** isolates collected from different geographical locations in China in 2009–2019 were used to sequence Pvdhfr and *** majority of the isolates harbored a mutant type allele for Pvdhfr(94.5%)and Pvdhps(68.2%).The most predominant point mutations were S117T/N(77.7%)in Pvdhfr and A383G(66.8%)in *** acid changes were identified at nine residues in Pvdhfr.A quadruple-mutant haplotype at 57,58,61,and 117 was the most frequent(57.4%)among 16 distinct Pvdhfr *** in Pvdhps were detected at six codons,and the double-mutant A383G/A553G was the most prevalent(39.3%).Pvdhfr exhibited a higher mutation prevalence and greater diversity than Pvdhps in *** isolates from Yunnan carried multiple mutant haplotypes,while the majority of samples from temperate regions and Hainan Island harbored the wild type or single mutant *** study indicated that the antifolate resistance levels of *** parasites were different across China and molecular markers could be used to rapidly monitor drug *** provided evidence for updating national drug policy and treatment guidelines.

采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐法(GNP)合成了Pr、Sm、Gd共掺杂的CeO_(2)基Pr_(x)Gd_(x)Sm_(0.2-2x)Ce_(0.8)O_(2)-δ(PGSC0、PGSC2、PGSC4、PGSC6、PGSC8、PGSC10,x=0、0.02、0.04、0.06、0.08、0.10)电解质材料,并对其电化学性能进行了表征。XRD测试结果表明,PGSC电解质在600℃煅烧10 h后均形成立方萤石结构。拉曼光谱测试结果表明,Sm、Pr、Gd共掺杂可以有效提高氧空位浓度。PGSC10电解质在800℃时电导率约为0.1 S·cm^(-1),与 Sm_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)O_(1.9)(SDC)(0.115 S·cm^(-1))电解质大致相同,而在700℃以下,PGSC10电解质的电导率约为SDC的1.5倍,其活化能为0.377 eV,也明显低于SDC(0.626 eV)。因此,PGSC10是一种很有前途的中温固体氧化物燃料电池电解质材料。

牛病毒性腹泻是由牛病毒性腹泻-黏膜病病毒(BVDV)引起的牛的一种急性、热性、接触性传染病,可造成牛只的免疫抑制和持续感染,导致牛只繁殖率下降、流产、死胎以及犊牛多种疾病高发和高死亡率,严重影响养殖经济效益和可持续发展。以新疆不同养殖模式、不同年龄奶牛、不同区域(南疆和北疆)为研究对象,采集血清和耳组织,应用双抗夹心ELISA抗原法等方法,对7个牧场的11 592头奶牛BVDV的持续感染(PI)牛进行了检测。结果表明,各牧场均存在BVDV的PI阳性牛,场阳性率100.00%;群体阳性率为0.79%(91/11 592)。其中,南疆牧场的感染率高于北疆牧场,成母牛感染率高于犊牛,传统型牧场感染率高于现代化牧场。提示需要高度重视,全面开展PI牛的检测和淘汰阳性牛是控制该病的关键。

A hardware/software co-synthesis method is presented for SoC designs consisting of both hardware IP cores and software components on a graph-theoretic formulation. Given a SoC integrated with a set of functions and a set of performance factors, a core for each function is selected from a set of alternative IP cores and software components, and optimal partitions is found in a way to evenly balance the performance factors and to ultimately reduce the overall cost, size, power consumption and runtime of the core-based SoC. The algorithm formulates IP cores and components into the corresponding mathematical models, presents a graph-theoretic model for finding the optimal partitions of SoC design and transforms SoC hardware/software co-synthesis problem into finding optimal paths in a weighted, directed graph. Overcoming the three main deficiencies of the traditional methods, this method can work automatically, evaluate more performance factors at the same time and meet the particularity of SoC designs. At last, the approach is illustrated that is practical and effective through partitioning a practical system.

目的:随着我国高等教育的迅速发展,高校学生数量激增,但宿舍资源有限,如何在多人寝室的有限空间内有效收纳物品,成为当前亟待解决的问题。柜体家具作为室内空间必备的贮藏类家具,是宿舍家具中必不可少的一部分,其优化设计研究对改善学生的居住体验具有重要意义。方法:文章借助线上问卷调研,收集反馈学生这一特殊群体的需求,实地考察和了解国内不同高校柜体家具的特点,将多人寝室出现的收纳问题总结归纳为三点。查阅相关文献,并进行对比研究后,结合高校多种寝室类型,多角度、多层次分析多人寝室内柜体家具的现状。结果:发现限于多人寝室的空间条件,传统的宿舍柜体家具大多存在外观简单、功能单一、收纳空间不足、无法满足个性化需求等缺陷。从使用者与市场的视角出发,结合安全性、功能性、人性化、私密性等设计要素,着重从外观、结构、功能等方面探究多人混寝模式下柜体家具的创新设计,以增强高校宿舍家具收纳的灵活性,同时为今后宿舍家具的设计优化提供参考。结论:时代在发展,科技在进步,有限空间内贮藏类家具的设计也要注重创新,始终坚持以人为本的原则,不断满足现代生活的需求,使家具实现审美价值与功能价值的统一。

A millimeter-sized negatively charged polymer embedded with molybdenum disulfide nanosheets for efficient removal of Pb(Ⅱ)from aqueous solution

Molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))has excellent trapping ability for lead ions whereas its micro-/nanoscale size has greatly impeded its practical applications in the flow-through ***,a millimetersized nanocomposite MoS_(2)-001 was synthesized for Pb^(2+)removal by loading MoS_(2) nanosheets into a polystyrene cation exchanger D-001 by a facile hydrothermal *** proposed structure and adsorption mechanism of MoS_(2)-001 was confirmed by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectro scopy(XPS)*** nanocomposite showed outstanding adsorption capacity and rapid adsorption kinetic for Pb^(2+)removal,and the adsorption behavior followed the Langmuir adsorption model and pseudo-firstmodel kinetic ***^(2+)uptake by MoS_(2)-001 still maintains a high level even in the presence of extremely highly competitive ions(Ca(Ⅱ)and Mg(Ⅱ)),suggesting its high selectivity for Pb^(2+)***,the fixed-bed column experiments further certified that MoS_(2)-001 is of great potential for Pb^(2+)removal from the wastewater in practical engineering *** more gratifying is that the exhausted MoS_(2)-001 can be regenerated by NaCl-EDTANa_(2) solution without any significant adsorption capacity ***,all the results indicated that MoS_(2)-001 is a promising candidate adsorbent for lead-containing wastewater treatment.

Convenient and effective methods to determine seasonal changes in individual leaf area (LA) and leaf mass (LM) of plants are useful in research on plant physiology and forest ecology. However, practical methods for estimating LA and LM of elm (Ulmus japonica) leaves in different periods have rarely been reported. We collected sample elm leaves in June, July and September. Then, we developed allometric models relating LA, LM and leaf parameters, such as leaf length (L) and width (W) or the product of L and W (LW). Our objective was to find optimal allometric models for conveniently and effectively estimating LA and LM of elm leaves in different periods. LA and LM were significantly correlated with leaf parameters (P < 0.05), and allometric models with LW as an independent variable were best for estimating LA and LM in each period. A linear model was separately developed to predict LA of elm leaves in June, July and September, and it yielded high accuracies of 93, 96 and 96%, respectively. Similarly, a specific allometric model for predicting LM was developed separately in three periods, and the optimal model form in both June and July was a power model, but the linear model was optimal for September. The accuracies of the allometric models in predicting LM were 88, 83 and 84% for June, July and September, respectively. The error caused by ignoring seasonal variation of allometric models in predicting LA and LM in the three periods were 1-4 and 16-59%, respectively.

Viscosity is an important physical parameter of fluid,and the Eyring viscosity equation is a popular viscosity *** on the Eyring reaction rate equation and Boltzmann statistical theory,and including the probabilities of creating a hole in liquid and the transition to the neighboring hole,a modified Eyring viscosity equation was *** to the structural characteristics of short-range order,liquid is treated as a quasi-lattice structure in a small *** activation energy,which is the minimum energy needed for the molecule to jump to its neighboring hole because of the restriction of other molecules around it,was analytically calculated from an intermolecular Lennard-Jones potential function and a Stockmayer potential *** viscosity values of 37 kinds of typical liquids at 25°C and the dependence of viscosity of three kinds of liquids on temperatures were calculated with this modified viscosity equation,and the calculated results agree with the experimental values to some *** work not only enriches the understanding of the mechanism of liquid viscosity,but also could provide some theoretical guides for the relevant studies and applications.
