The China Seismic Experimental Site(CSES)is located at the intersection of the Tibetan Plateau,South China Block,and Indian Plate and has complex geological settings and intense crustal deformation,making it one of the most seismically active areas in Chinese mainland.A high-resolution,three-dimensional(3D)crust-mantle velocity structure is crucial for understanding seismotectonic environments,lithospheric deformation mechanisms,and deep dynamic *** first constructed a high-vertical-resolution 3D initial velocity model using the joint inversion of receiver functions and surface waves and then obtained a 3D P-and S-wave velocity model(CSES-VM1.0)with the highest lateral resolution of 0.25°for the CSES using double-difference *** to the limitations of the Sn observation data,the resolution of the S-wave velocity model in the lower crust and upper mantle was reduced,making it closer to the initial model provided by joint inversion.A comparison with explosive-source seismic data showed that the synthetic P-wave first-arrival travel times of the new model were closer to the observations than those of the previous velocity *** velocity cross-sections across the source areas of the 2022 Lushan MS6.1 and Ludian MS6.8 earthquakes reveal that the former earthquake occurred near a weak contact zone between the Tibetan Plateau and Sichuan Basin,and the rupture of the latter earthquake occurred in a granitic area,with the northern end blocked by rigid high-velocity bodies.A clear high-velocity anomaly zone is distributed along the western margin of the yangtze Block,revealing the spatial distribution of Neoproterozoic intermediate-basic *** high-velocity zone significantly controls the morphology of fault zones and influences the rupture processes of major *** northeast-southwest and north-south trending high-velocity anomalies were found near Panzhihua,potentially related to Neoproterozoic and Middle-Late Permian intermediate

本报告受教育部人事司委托于2016年1—3月在美国实地调研基础上撰写而成。报告结合三次小样本调查数据以及对部分人员访谈记录,对我国留美人才的回国意愿、需求及其背后的相关原因做了比较全面的分析,发现留美高层次人才回归意愿不强。究其原因,与留美博士毕业之初,工作虽不稳定但机会较多;子女配偶顾虑较多;归国可能带来的福利损失;学术硬件与美国的差距;人才项目吸引力不足等因素有关。在目前条件下,从现实和务实的角度而言,我们在高层次人才引进方面可能还需要坚持"为国服务"与"归国服务"并重、以归国服务为主的策略。

我们认同当今世界政治、经济和文化的全球性事实 ,即不否认全球性的内在逻辑与民族国家社会结构调整、制度和文化变迁间存在着一定的相关性。但对于全球化本身存在的意识形态倾向却不能不加以警惕 ,因为在一个作为现代性的延伸而不是超越的全球性时代 ,民族国家的整体利益依旧是第一位的 ,这是作为一个政治、利益和文化意义共同体的国家在全球格局中免于被边缘化的前提 ,也是缓解共同体内部不断加剧的张力、保证社会持续稳定健康发展的必备条件。由此 ,从民族国家利益角度来反省全球化语境中大学的立场、大学与民族国家新的关系构型 ,对于理解所谓后现代大学的本质和功能特征。

The WRKY transcription factor gene family is one of the unique gene families in plants. It plays an important role in response to abiotic stresses such as cold and drought, hormone signal transduction, regulation of biosynthesis, leaf senescence seed germination, etc. However, little information is available about WRKY transcription factors in Verbena bonariensis. . In this study, 70 VbWRKY genes were identified fi ed from the whole genome. The phylogenetic analysis of the WRKY gene family in V. bonariensis and Arabidopsis shows that the WRKY genes in V. bonariensis can be divided into three groups: I, II, and III, which contain 13, 47, and 10 members, respectively. Group II can be further divided into fi ve subclasses: IIa (5), IIb (10), IIc (18), IId (6), and IIe (8). Conservative motif analysis showed that 64 proteins encoded by the VbWRKY gene had conserved motifs 1, 2 and 3, and the same subclass motif elements were approximately the same. The collinearity analysis showed that there were 44 homologous gene pairs among the VbWRKYs, , and these homologous gene pairs may have the same function. Promoter sequence analysis showed that the VbWRKY gene has multiple cis- acting elements, including not only cis-acting elements related to low-temperature and light responses, but also cis-acting elements related to hormone regulation, Among them, most VbWRKY genes contain response elements about low-temperature, and 30 VbWRKY genes contain low-temperature response elements (LTR), and 61 VbWRKY genes contain abscisic acid response elements (ABRE), indicating that VbWRKY plays a crucial role in plant growth and abiotic stress. This study delves into the feasibility of using amorphous silicon photocells as photosensitive units for retinal ***,theoretical simulations coupled with experimental results demonstrated its strong light absorption and quantum efficiency within the 300—800 nm ***,measurements on its visual sensitivity properties were *** findings revealed that under photopic vision conditions,the photocells could provide the stimulating current required for the human retinal nerve ***,the visual spectral sensitivity curve of the amorphous silicon photocells was assessed,and the results indicated that the spectral sensitivity curve of the amorphous silicon photocells closely mirrors the visual function curve of the human eye under photopic conditions,demonstrating a response to light across various wavelengths.

Gastric cancer(GC)is the third most common cause of cancer death globally and a large portion of patients are diagnosed at advanced stages with cancer invasion and metastasis1,***,the mechanisms underlying the invasion and metastasis of GC remain to be *** plays critical roles in cell mobility via cytoskeleton regulation in various cell types.3 In this study,we further reported that ZYX promoted migration,invasion,and metastasis of GC ***,ZYX promoted WNK1 activation and SNAl1 up-regulation,inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)to enhance the mobility of GC *** of WNK1 impaired the mobility of GC ***,ZYX/WNK1 could be potential therapeutic targets for GC treatment.
