With the gradual increase in the size and flexibility of composite blades in large wind turbines,problems related toaeroelastic instability and blade vibration are becoming increasingly more *** their impact on thelifespan of wind turbines,these subjects have become important topics in turbine blade *** this article,firstaspects related to the aeroelastic(structural and aerodynamic)modeling of large wind turbine blades are ***,two main methods for blade vibration control are outlined(passive control and active control),including the case of composite *** improvement schemes are proposed accordingly,with a specialfocus on the industry’s outstanding suppression scheme for stall-induced nonlinear flutter and a new high-frequencymicro-vibration control ***,future research directions are indicated based on existingresearch.

Interface modulation is an important pathway for highly efficient electromagnetic wave ***,tailored interfaces between Fe_(3)O_(4)particles and the hexagonal-YFeO_(3)(h-YFeO_(3))framework were constructed via facile *** resulting interfa-cial electron rearrangement at the heterojunction led to enhanced dielectric and magnetic loss *** results and density function theory(DFT)simulations demonstrate a transition in electrical properties from a half-metallic monophase to metallic Fe_(3)O_(4)/h-YFeO_(3)composites,emphasizing the advantages of the formed *** transformation of electron behavior is also accompan-ied by a redistribution of electrons at the Fe_(3)O_(4)/h-YFeO_(3)heterojunction,leading to the accumulation of localized electrons around the Y-O-Fe band bridge,consequently enhancing the polarization.A minimum reflection loss of-34.0 dB can be achieved at 12.0 GHz and 2.0 mm thickness with an effective bandwidth of 3.3 GHz due to the abundant interfaces,enhanced polarization,and rational ***,the synergistic effects endow the Fe_(3)O_(4)/h-YFeO_(3)composites with high performance and tunable functional properties for efficient electromagnetic absorption.

The recovery of coseismic 3-dimensional(3D) surface deformation field plays a crucial role in studying seismic source characteristics and earthquake hazards. As of now, there are two main types of methods for recovering coseismic 3D surface deformations: the first type is to solve the problem directly by using the least squares method based on observations from three or more viewpoints, and the second type solves the problem by combining ascending and descending In SAR line-of-sight(LOS) observations with constraint models. The former type is mainly applicable to surface rupture earthquakes, because when an earthquake ruptures to the surface, we can usually obtain surface deformation observations from three or more views. The latter type applies to earthquakes that do not cause surface ruptures and have extensive blind faults. Currently, most research focuses on improving the above types of ***, some key factors in the coseismic 3D surface deformation inversion are rarely mentioned, such as the influence of window size on the inversion results in the strain model and variance component estimation method(SM-VCE), and whether the outliers in the observational data are considered. So, we developed a new chain of integrating In SAR observation and SM-VCE model to systematically assess the impacts of window size and outliers on coseismic 3D surface deformation inversions. Through simulation experiments, we observed that the selection of window size significantly impacts the accuracy of the results. Specifically, larger window sizes lead to wider residuals ranges in the fault region, resulting in the loss of extreme solution values when using a window of 15 × 15 pixels(i.e., 7.5 km × 7.5 km). Hence, we recommend utilizing windows with 7 × 7 pixels or 9 × 9 pixels for optimal accuracy, as larger window sizes diminish the significance of the outcomes. Driven by practical applications, the achievement of distributed observers for nonlinear systems has emerged as a crucial advancement in recent years. However, existing theoretical advancements face certain limitations: They either fail to address more complex nonlinear phenomena, rely on hard-to-verify assumptions, or encounter difficulties in solving system ***, this paper aims to address these challenges by investigating distributed observers for nonlinear systems through the full-measured canonical form(FMCF), which is inspired by full-measured system(FMS) theory. To begin with, this study addresses the fact that the FMCF can only be obtained through the observable canonical form(OCF) in existing FMS *** paper demonstrates that a class of nonlinear systems can directly obtain FMCF through state space equations, independent of OCF. Also, a general method for solving FMCF in such systems is provided. Furthermore, based on the FMCF, A distributed observer is developed for nonlinear systems under two scenarios: Lipschitz conditions and open-loop bounded *** paper establishes their asymptotic omniscience and demonstrates that the designed distributed observer in this study has fewer design parameters and is more convenient to construct than existing approaches. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is validated through simulation results on Van der Pol oscillators and microgrid systems.

Multiaxial magnetic anisotropy(MA)refers to the phenomenon that multiple axes of the magnetic crystal correspond to different energy *** with the common uniaxial magnetic anisotropy,multiaxial MA facilitates novel forms of applications in ***,by combining the first-principles-based spin Hamiltonian and tight-binding(TB)method,we reveal the microscopic origins,instead of the common phenomenological understanding,of biaxial MA and triaxial *** the example system of NiO,it is found that the multiple minima result from the fourth-order and the sixth-order single ion interactions,while the difference between[110]and[110]directions originates from a second-order bond-dependent anisotropic pair interaction(i.e.,the so-called Gamma interaction).Moreover,through the application of a newly developed general spin dependent TB approach,it is revealed that the triaxial MA arises from the special spin-orbital entangled Hund term,which is different from the orbital-independent Hund term in the usual Slater Koster TB *** work thus not only leads to a thorough understanding of the multiaxial MA in NiO,but also establishes a methodology that can be widely used to explore the microscopic origins of MA in different magnets.

By manipulating the distribution of surface electrons,defect engineering enables effective control over the adsorption energy between adsorbates and active sites in the CO2reduction reaction（CO2RR）.Herein,we report a hollow indium oxide nanotube containing both oxygen vacancy and sulfur doping（V_o-Sx-In2O3） for improved CO2-to-HCOOH electroreduction and *** componential synergy significantly reduces the*OCHO formation barrier to expedite protonation process and creates a favorable electronic micro-environment for*HCOOH *** a result,the CO2RR performance of Vo-Sx-In2O3outperforms Pure-In2O3and V_o-In2O3,where V_o-S53-In2O3exhibits a maximal HCOOH Faradaic efficiency of 92.4% at-1,2 V *** hydrogen electrode（RHE） in H-cell and above 92%over a wide window potential with high current density(119.1 mA cm-2at-1.1 V ***) in flow ***,the rechargeable Zn-CO2battery utilizing V_o-S53-In2O3as cathode shows a high power density of 2.29 mW cm-2and a long-term stability during charge-discharge *** work provides a valuable perspective to elucidate co-defective catalysts in regulating the intermediates for efficient CO2RR.

Interference mechanism of trailing edge flap shedding vortices with rotor wake and aerodynamic characteristics

A robust Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)based solver is established to predict the complex unsteady aerodynamic characteristics of the Active Flap Control(AFC)*** complex motion with multiple degrees of freedom of the Trailing Edge Flap(TEF)is analyzed by employing an inverse nested overset grid *** of non-rotational and rotational modes of blade motion are carried out to investigate the formation and development of TEF shedding vortex with high-frequency deflection of ***,the mechanism of TEF deflection interference with blade tip vortex and overall rotor aerodynamics is also *** nonrotational mode,two bundles of vortices form at the gap ends of TEF and the main blade and merge into a single TEF *** deflection of the TEF significantly interferes with the blade tip *** position of the blade tip vortex consistently changes,and its frequency is directly related to the frequency of TEF *** rotational mode,the tip vortex forms a helical *** end vortices at the gap sides co-swirl and subsequently merge into the concentrated beam of tip vortices,causing fluctuations in the vorticity and axial position of the tip vortex under the *** research concludes with the investigation on suppression of Blade Vortex Interaction(BVI),showing an increase in miss distance and reduction in the vorticity of tip vortex through TEF phase control at a particular control *** this mechanism,a designed TEF deflection law increases the miss distance by 34.7%and reduces vorticity by 11.9%at the target position,demonstrating the effectiveness of AFC in mitigating BVI.

Light Use Efficiency Model Based on Chlorophyll Content Better Captures Seasonal Gross Primary Production Dynamics of Deciduous Broadleaf Forests

Gross primary production(GPP)is a crucial indicator representing the absorption of atmospheric CO_(2) by *** present,the estimation of GPP by remote sensing is mainly based on leaf-related vegetation indexes and leaf-related biophysical para-meter leaf area index(LAI),which are not completely synchronized in seasonality with *** this study,we proposed chlorophyll content-based light use efficiency model(CC-LUE)to improve GPP estimates,as chlorophyll is the direct site of photosynthesis,and only the light absorbed by chlorophyll is used in the photosynthetic *** CC-LUE model is constructed by establishing a linear correlation between satellite-derived canopy chlorophyll content(Chlcanopy)and *** method was calibrated and validated utiliz-ing 7-d averaged in-situ GPP data from 14 eddy covariance flux towers covering deciduous broadleaf forest ecosystems across five dif-ferent climate *** showed a relatively robust seasonal consistency between Chlcanopy with GPP in deciduous broadleaf forests under different climatic *** CC-LUE model explained 88% of the in-situ GPP seasonality for all validation site-year and 56.0% of in-situ GPP variations through the growing season,outperforming the three widely used LUE models(MODIS-GPP algorithm,Vegetation Photosynthesis Model(VPM),and the eddy covariance-light use efficiency model(EC-LUE)).Additionally,the CC-LUE model(RMSE=0.50 g C/(m^(2)·d))significantly improved the underestimation of GPP during the growing season in semi-arid region,re-markably decreasing the root mean square error of averaged growing season GPP simulation and in-situ GPP by 75.4%,73.4%,and 37.5%,compared with MOD17(RMSE=2.03 g C/(m^(2)·d)),VPM(RMSE=1.88 g C/(m^(2)·d)),and EC-LUE(RMSE=0.80 g C/(m^(2)·d))*** chlorophyll-based method proved superior in capturing the seasonal variations of GPP in forest ecosystems,thereby provid-ing the possibility of a more precise depiction of forest seasonal carbon uptake.
