A series of copolymers, based on benzo[1,2-b：4,5-b＇]dithiophene （BDT） as the electron donor and 2,1,3- benzothiadiazole （BT）/diketopyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole （DPP） as the electron acceptors, were synthesized for highly efficient polymer solar cells. By changing the BT/DPP ratio in the conjugated backbone, the absorption, energy levels, molecular aggregation and carrier mobility could be finely tuned. With increased DPP content, the absorption range was extended to the longer wavelength region with narrower bandgaps. The highest occupied molecular orbital （HOMO） levels were also raised up and the molecular aggregation was enhanced. The balance of these factors would afford a remarkable device performance enhancement. Polymer P3 with BT：DPP = 0.7：0.3 （molar ratio） exhibited the highest power conversion efficiency （PCE） of 9.01%, with open circuit voltage （Voc） = 0.73 V, short current density （Jsc） = 18.45 ***-2, and fill factor （FF） - 66.9%. The PCE value was improved by 48.7% compared to P1 and by 117.6% compared to P7, respectively, indicating a great potential in photovoltaic application.

Two three-dimensional lanthanide（Ⅲ） coordination polymers with the formula [Ln（PYDC）（NA）（H2O）]n [Ln=Gd（1）, Eu（2）, H2PYDC=pyridine-2,5-bicarboxylic acid, HNA=nicotinic acid] have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The NA came from in situ decarboxylation of the part of PYDC. X-ray single crystal structural analyses reveal that complexes 1 and 2 are isomorphous, they possess the 43.63 topology assembled by Gd^3＋/Eu^3＋ and two different multidentate carboxylate ligands Magnetic measurements show that antiferromagnetic coupling exists between adjacent Gd^3＋ ions in complex 1. The complex 2 exhibits the corresponding characteristic luminescence in the visible region under an excitation at 305 nm.

Multiphysics simulation and optimization of the in-situ beneficiation process of ilmenite minerals from lunar regolith

The exploration and utilization of lunar resources have become the major objectives of future lunar exploration missions. The classified collection and processing of lunar minerals is the basic prerequisite for the in-situ exploration and utilization of lunar resources. In this study, we propose a scheme for in-situ separation of magnetic minerals from lunar soils using the dry magnetic separation method. The scheme can realize the purpose of separating magnetic minerals from lunar regolith by altering the motion trajectory of lunar regolith particles with different magnetic properties. Detailed modeling of the dry magnetic separation device is conducted, and the three-dimensional distribution of magnetic parameters is calculated and analyzed. Based on the characterization and analysis of the Chang E-5's samples, the morphologies and physical parameters of lunar regolith particles are modeled and simulated. A discrete element simulation of the motion process of lunar regolith particles under multi-physical field conditions is performed, and the influences of key parameters on the beneficiation performance of lunar magnetic minerals are investigated. Our results indicate that optimal separation and beneficiation of lunar regolith particles can be achieved under specific conditions of magnetic field strength and drum speed. Additionally, we analyze the effects of lunar weak gravity conditions and the charged nature of lunar particles on the beneficiation process, showing that these factors can obviously enhance the beneficiation process of lunar ilmenites. This study demonstrates the feasibility of using the dry magnetic separation method for the beneficiation of magnetic minerals from lunar regolith, providing a theoretical basis for the scientific tasks of collecting, processing, and utilizing lunar mineral resources.

基于人-机-环境系统工程理论,研究了船舶机舱模拟训练评估问题,建立了船舶的角色-任务-资源系统协作训练模型,提出了基于专家系统和机器学习的智能评估方法,并用于改进三维机舱协作训练系统;建立了船舶机舱模拟训练情景知识库、任务知识库和评估指标体系,结合专家经验和评估规范提取评估规则,采用遗传算法优化后的权重对数据进行多重模糊综合评判;针对实际的评估问题构造合适的机器学习网络结构,利用BP神经网络和深度学习算法具备的自学习优势,以简化运算步骤;将评估指标数据进行归一化处理后作为评估模型的输入数据,将评估结果作为目标数据,采用稀疏自动编码器对大量数据样本进行特征变换,深入学习样本特征并用于分类评估,经反复训练后得到较好的评估模型;对基于专家系统和机器学习的智能评估方法进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:经遗传算法优化的评估结果误差明显较小,平均绝对误差为0.761分,平均相对误差为0.983%,均方误差为0.938分,最大误差为2.263分,最小误差为0.248分;对于较简单任务的评估,基于机器学习评估的最大绝对误差为3.521分,最小绝对误差为0.304分,较好的深度学习评估网络的所有指标的评估误差均可小于1分。

提出了一种应用于智能交通监控系统的运动目标识别和跟踪方法。针对帧间差分提取运动目标的缺陷与不足,提出了一种基于二进小波变换的运动目标识别算法,即直接在二进小波变换域提取运动区域,从而检测出运动目标。对于检测出来的运动目标,对mean-shift跟踪算法进行了改进,采用以Mexico小波核函数自适应mean-shift算法对目标进行跟踪。实验结果表明,提出的算法可以有效地提取运动目标,即使目标与背景具有较高的相似度,也可以较准确的提取出前景运动信息,效果要好于传统的帧差法;跟踪目标准确度高,不受目标大小变化的影响。本算法具较高的实用价值和应用前景。

Carbon materials are widely recognized as highly promising electrode materials for various energy storage system *** tar residues(CTR),as a type of carbon-rich solid waste with high value-added utilization,are crucially important for the development of a more sustainable *** this study,we employed a straightforward direct carbonization method within the temperature range of 700-1000℃to convert the worthless solid waste CTR into economically valuable carbon materials as anodes for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).The effect of carbonization temperature on the microstructure and the potassium ions storage properties of CTR-derived carbons(CTRCs)were systematically explored by structural and morphological characterization,alongside electrochemical performances *** on the co-regulation between the turbine layers,crystal structure,pore structure,functional groups,and electrical conductivity of CTR-derived carbon carbonized at 900℃(CTRC-900H),the electrode material with high reversible capacity of 265.6m Ah·g^(-1)at 50 m A·g^(-1),a desirable cycling stability with 93.8%capacity retention even after 100 cycles,and the remarkable rate performance for PIBs were ***,cyclic voltammetry(CV)at different scan rates and galvanostatic intermittent titration technique(GITT)have been employed to explore the potassium ions storage mechanism and electrochemical kinetics of *** indicate that the electrode behavior is predominantly governed by surface-induced capacitive processes,particularly under high current densities,with the potassium storage mechanism characterized by an“adsorption-weak intercalation”*** work highlights the potential of CTR-based carbon as a promising electrode material category suitable for high-performance PIBs electrodes,while also provides valuable insights into the new avenues for the high value-added utilization of CTR.

In the field of intelligent education,the integration of artificial intelligence,especially deep learning technologies,has garnered significant *** tracing(KT)plays a pivotal role in this field by predicting students’future performance through the analysis of historical interaction data,thereby assisting educators in evaluating knowledgemastery and tailoring instructional *** knowledge tracingmethods,largely based on Recurrent Neural Networks(RNNs)and Transformer models,primarily focus on capturing long-term interaction patterns in sequential ***,these models may neglect crucial short-term dynamics and other relevant *** paper introduces a novel approach to knowledge tracing by leveraging a pure Multilayer Perceptron(MLP)*** proposeMixerKT,a knowledge tracing model based on theHyperMixer framework,which uniquely integrates global and localMixer feature *** architecture enables more effective extraction of both long-terminteraction trends and recent learning behaviors,addressing limitations in currentmodels thatmay overlook these key *** evaluations on twowidely-used datasets,ASSIS Tments2009 and Algebra2005,demonstrate that MixerKT consistently outperforms several state-of-the-art models,including DKT,SAKT,and Separated Self-Attentive Neural Knowledge Tracing(SAINT).Specifically,MixerKT achieves higher prediction accuracy,highlighting its effectiveness in capturing the nuances of learners’knowledge *** results indicate that our model provides a more comprehensive representation of student learning patterns,enhancing the ability to predict future performance with greater precision.
