This paper investigates interception missiles’trajectory tracking guidance problem under wind field and external disturbances in the boost ***,the velocity control in such trajectory tracking guidance systems of missiles is *** our contribution,the velocity control channel is designed to deal with the intractable velocity problem and improve tracking *** global prescribed performance function,which guarantees the tracking error within the set range and the global convergence of the tracking guidance system,is first proposed based on the traditional ***,a tracking guidance strategy is derived using the integral sliding mode control techniques to make the sliding manifold and tracking errors converge to zero and avoid ***,an improved switching control law is introduced into the designed tracking guidance algorithm to deal with the chattering problem.A back propagation neural network(BPNN)extended state observer(BPNNESO)is employed in the inner loop to identify *** obtained results indicate that the proposed tracking guidance approach achieves the trajectory tracking guidance objective without and with disturbances and outperforms the existing tracking guidance schemes with the lowest tracking errors,convergence times,and overshoots.

It is an interesting research direction to develop new multi-objective optimization algorithms based on meta-heuristics. Both the convergence accuracy and population diversity of existing methods are not *** paper proposes an integrated external archive local disturbance mechanism for multi-objective snake optimizer(IMOSO) to overcome the above shortcomings. There are two improved strategies. The adaptive mating between subpopulations strategy introduces the special mating behavior of snakes with multiple husbands and wives into the original snake optimizer. Some positions are updated according to the dominated relationships between the newly created individuals and the original individuals. The external archive local disturbance mechanism is used to re-search partial non-inferior solutions with poor diversities. The perturbed solutions are non-dominated sorting with the generated solutions by the next iteration to update the next external archive. The main purpose of this mechanism is to make full use of the non-inferior solution information to better guide the population evolution. The comparison results of the IMOSO and 7 state-of-the-art algorithms on WFG benchmark functions show that IMOSO has better convergence and population diversity.

With the increasing demand for non-co ntact fluorescence intensity ratio-based optical thermometry,novel phosphor materials with high-efficiency,dual-emitting centers,and differentiable temperature sensitivity are highly desired,In this wo rk,rare earth Eu^(2+) ions were incorporated Wnto CsCu_(2)I_(3) microcrystals by solidstate reaction,Under a single UV excitation,the as-synthesized samples exhibit two emissions:452 nm blue emission from the 5d→4f transition of Eu^(2+)and 582 nm yellow emission from self-trapped exciton e mission of CsCu_(2)I_(3).The photoluminescence quantum yield reaches to 50%,The dual-band emission of Eu^(2+)-doped CsCu_(2)I_(3) shows different temperature responses in the range of 260-360 *** on fluorescence intensity ratio technology,the maximum absolute sensitivity and re Iative sensitivity are 0.091 K^(-1)(at 360 K) and 2.60%/K(at 260 K),*** results suggest that Eu^(2+)-doped GsCu_(2)I_(3) could be a good candidate for highly sensitive optical thermometer.

Adding PD-1 blockade in the neoadjuvant regimens for locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC)patients with microsatellite stable(MsS)/mismatch repair-proficient(pMMR)tumors is an attractive,but debatable *** phase 2,multicenter,prospective,single-arm study enrolled patients from 6 centers from June 2021 to November *** advanced rectal cancer(LARC,cT_(3-4a)N_(0)M_(0) and cT_(1-4a)N_(1-2)M_(0))patients aged≥18 years with the distance from distal border of tumor to anal verge≤10 cm(identified by Magnetic Resonance Imaging)were qualifed for *** patients received long-course radiotherapy(50 Gy/25 fractions,2 Gy/fraction,5 days/week)and three 21-day cycles capecitabine(850-1000 mg/m2,bid,po,day1-14)and three 21-day cycles tislelizumab(200 mg,***,day8)as *** mesorectal excision(TME)was 6-12 weeks after the end of radiotherapy to achieve radical resection.A total of 50 patients were enrolled in this *** pathological complete response rate was 40.0%[20/50,95%confidence interval(CI):27.61-53.82%],while 15(30.0%,95%CI:19.1-43.75%),9(18.0%,95%CI:9.77-30.8%),2(4.0%,95%CI:1.10-13.46%)patients respectively achieved grade 1,2,and 3 tumor ***-related adverse events(TRAEs)occurred in 28(56.0%)LARC patients,including 26(52.0%)with grade I-II and 2(4.0%)with grade II(1 with grade 3 immune-related colitis and 1 with grade 3 rash).PD-1 blockade plus long-course chemoradiotherapy(CRT)showed promising therapeutic effects according to pathological complete response rate and is well-tolerated in LARC patients.A larger randomized controlled study is desired to further validate the above findings.

Recently,increasing attention has been attracted by the high-nuclearity metal clusters not only because of their structural aesthetics,but also owing to their intriguing properties and potential applications.[1-2]A general and effective approach to the synthesis of organosilver（I）clusters makes use of suitably selected template ***,it is still a challenge to obtain the stable high-nuclearity silver clusters with high yield and new *** have always devoted ourselves to the synthesis of functional high-nuclearity silver clusters templated by polyoxoanions bearing novel structures and functions.[3-5]In this work,a novel high-nuclearity silver cluster of[Ag36（StBu）28（V10O28）][(V6O13（OCH3）6]·8CH3OH（1）（Fig.1）has been synthesized by self-assembly of polyoxovanadates and silver *** 1 is composed of a novel 36-core silver（I）-thiolate[Ag36（StBu）28]8+cage,which wraps around a central[V10O28]6-polyoxovanadate *** organofunctionalized polyoxovanadate of[(V6O13（OCH3）6]2-is isolated and acts as counter anion to balance the *** 1 not only extends the structural diversity of polyoxometalate-based silver（I）-thiolate family,but also is potentially used as new antibacterial agent and photo-catalyst.

Bacterial meningitis is a serious and potentially life-threatening infection that affects the protective layers surrounding the brain and spinal cord,known as the *** types of bacteria,including Streptococcus pneumoniae,Neisseria meningitidis,and Haemophilus influenzae,can cause this *** populations,such as infants,children,immunocompromised adults,and the elderly,are particularly vulnerable to these *** of bacterial meningitis can manifest suddenly and may include high fever,severe and persistent headache,stiff neck,vomiting,sensitivity to light,and confusion or changes in mental state[1,2].Identifying these symptoms in infants can be more challenging and may lead to long-term disability or death[3].Despite the effectiveness of vaccines,it is crucial to understand how bacteria invade the brain and how our innate immune system responds to infection(Fig.1).

Exploration of the coupled lattice Boltzmann model based on a multiphase field model:A study of the solid-liquid-gas interaction mechanism in the solidification process

Silver-alkynyl clusters have been studied extensively not only due to their fascinating structures but also owing to their potentially luminescent and catalytic appications.[1-3]However,there remains unexplored in targeting antitumor activities so far.[4]Traditional organic noble metal anticancer drugs are focused on platinum-organic complexes broadly used in clinical patients that can effectively induce tumor cell death.[5]However,the side effects and cancerous tolerance limit their application as solely used anticancer drugs in recent years.[6]Thus,cheap,highly active and targeting antitumor drug remains a grand challenge for both pharmaceutists and ***,ethisterone was selected as bioactive alkynyl ligand to react with silver（I）salts,forming a novel estrogen-based10-core silver（I）cluster of[Ag10（Eth）4（CF3COO）6（CH3OH）3].3CH3OH（Eth=ethisterone）（1）,and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction（Fig.1A）.The chiral complex 1 presents strong affinity to glutathione and significant tumor suppression activities to Hep G2 *** of Hep G2 cells with complex 1 resulted in a significant inhibition of cell proliferation in concentration-and time-dependent manner when compared to the ethisterone（Fig.1B）.In addition,this complex is less cytotoxic towards the normal cells than that to the examined cancerous cells（Fig.1C）.Therefore,complex 1 opens a new approach to anticancer hybrid based on silver（I）-alkynyl cluster assembly.

A multiphase field model coupled with a lattice Boltzmann(PF-LBM)model is proposed to simulate the distribution mechanism of bubbles and solutes at the solid-liquid interface,the interaction between dendrites and bubbles,and the effects of different temperatures,anisotropic strengths and tilting angles on the solidified organization of the SCN-0.24wt.%butanedinitrile alloy during the solidification *** model adopts a multiphase field model to simulate the growth of dendrites,calculates the growth motions of dendrites based on the interfacial solute equilibrium;and adopts a lattice Boltzmann model(LBM)based on the Shan-Chen multiphase flow to simulate the growth and motions of bubbles in the liquid phase,which includes the interaction between solid-liquid-gas *** simulation results show that during the directional growth of columnar dendrites,bubbles first precipitate out slowly at the very bottom of the dendrites,and then rise up due to the different solid-liquid densities and pressure *** bubbles will interact with the dendrite in the process of flow migration,such as extrusion,overflow,fusion and *** the case of wide gaps in the dendrite channels,bubbles will fuse to form larger irregular bubbles,and in the case of dense channels,bubbles will deform due to the extrusion of *** the simulated region,as the dendrites converge and diverge,the bubbles precipitate out of the dendrites by compression and diffusion,which also causes physical phenomena such as fusion and spillage of the *** results reveal the physical mechanisms of bubble nucleation,growth and kinematic evolution during solidification and interaction with dendrite growth.
