Background:Macrophages are the primary innate immune cells encountered by the invading coronaviruses,and their abilities to initiate inflammatory reactions,to main-tain the immunity homeostasis by differential polarization,to train the innate immune system by epigenic modification have been reported in laboratory animal ***:In the current in vitro research,murine macrophage RAW 264.7 cell were infected by mouse hepatitis virus,a coronavirus existed in *** 3-,6-,12-,24-,and 48-h post infection(hpi.),the attached cells were washed with PBS and harvested in Trizol *** The harvest is subjected to transcriptome ***:The transcriptome analysis showed the immediate(3 hpi.)up regulation of DEGs related to inflammation,like Il1b and *** related to M2 differential po-larization,like Irf4 showed up regulation at 24 hpi.,the late term after viral *** addition,DEGs related to metabolism and histone modification,like Ezh2 were de-tected,which might correlate with the trained immunity of ***:The current in vitro viral infection study showed the key innated im-munity character of macrophages,which suggested the replacement value of viral infection cells model,to reduce the animal usage in preclinical research.

The fatigue resistance of casting polyurethane (CPU) is crucial in various sectors, such as construction, healthcare, and the automotive industry. Despite its importance, no studies have reported on the fatigue threshold of CPU. This study employed an advanced Intrinsic Strength Analyzer (ISA) to evaluate the fatigue threshold of CPUs, systematically exploring the effects of three types of isocyanates (PPDI, NDI, TDI) that contribute to hard segment structures based on the cutting method. Employing multiple advanced characterization techniques (XRD, TEM, DSC, AFM), the results indicate that PPDI-based polyurethane exhibits the highest fatigue threshold (182.89 J/m2) due to a highest phase separation and a densely packed spherulitic structure, although the hydrogen bonding degree is the lowest (48.3%). Conversely, NDI-based polyurethane, despite having the high hydrogen bonding degree (53.6%), exhibits moderate fatigue performance (122.52 J/m2), likely due to a more scattered microstructure. TDI-based polyurethane, with the highest hydrogen bonding degree (59.1%) but absence of spherulitic structure, shows the lowest fatigue threshold (46.43 J/m2). Compared to common rubbers (NR, NBR, EPDM, BR), the superior fatigue performance of CPU is attributed to its well-organized microstructure, polyurethane possesses a higher fatigue threshold due to its high phase separation degree and orderly and dense spherulitic structure which enhances energy dissipation and reduces crack propagation.

基于“SD-PLUS-InVEST”模型演化模拟结果,构建了扩绿与增长的协同评估模型,并开展了经济带及省级尺度评估,以“经济带—省市”协同视角解析、讨论了长江经济带实现生态扩绿与经济增长协同发展的未来特征与潜在困境,并提出了长江经济带协同发展的提质路径.结果显示,长江经济带土地利用类型以林地为主,2000~2030年碳储量整体呈下降趋势,生态保护情景的碳服务价值共减少了58.8亿元,高质量发展情景的碳服务价值降低了176.64亿元,高速发展情景的碳服务价值下降了383.03亿元.基于生态扩绿和经济增长的协同评估,高质量发展情景的协同发展水平最优.空间上,各省市扩绿增长协同发展水平存在较明显差异,根据差异特征分析为经济带协同扩绿增长提出了提质发展对策.

With the convergence of high-performance computing(HPC),big data and artificial intelligence(AI),the HPC community is pushing for"triple use"systems to expedite scientific ***,supporting these converged applications on HPC systems presents formidable challenges in terms of storage and data management due to the explosive growth of scientific data and the fundamental differences in I/O characteristics among HPC,big data and AI *** this paper,we discuss the driving force behind the converging trend,highlight three data management challenges,and summarize our efforts in addressing these data management challenges on a typical HPC system at the parallel file system,data management middleware,and user application *** HPC systems are approaching the border of exascale computing,this paper sheds light on how to enable application-driven data management as a preliminary step toward the deep convergence of exascale computing ecosystems,big data,and AI.

运用16S rRNA测序技术,研究黄连解毒汤对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)肠道菌群的影响。将60只大鼠随机分为正常组(10只)、造模组(50只),适应性喂养1周后,予高脂饮食+链脲佐菌素的方法进行造模,空腹血糖>16.7 mmol·L^(-1)即造模成功,将造模组随机分为模型组,黄连解毒汤高、中、低剂量组,二甲双胍组,给予相应药物灌胃处理7 d后,收集各组大鼠粪便、结肠及胰腺组织,运用苏木素-伊红染色法观察各组大鼠结肠和胰腺组织病理变化,16S rRNA测序方法观察各组大鼠肠道菌群结构的变化。结果显示,与模型组相比,黄连解毒汤高、中、低剂量不同程度上降低了大鼠空腹血糖水平,体质量无明显变化,增加了胰岛细胞数量和减轻了肠黏膜损伤;通过alpha多样性分析发现黄连解毒汤降低了T2DM大鼠肠道菌群丰富度和多样性;在门水平上,黄连解毒汤降低、中剂量低了拟杆菌门、变形菌门和脱硫菌门丰度,增加了厚壁菌门丰度;黄连解毒汤高剂量却增加了变形菌门相对丰度和拟杆菌门/厚壁菌门比值,降低了厚壁菌门相对丰度;在属水平上,黄连解毒汤增加了异芽孢杆菌属、布劳特菌属及乳酸杆菌属相对丰度;通过LEfse分析发现黄连解毒汤低、中剂量组生物标记物为乳酸杆菌属,黄连解毒汤低剂量组肠道菌群结构与二甲双胍组高度相似。PICRUSt2功能预测发现黄连解毒汤主要影响碳水化合物和氨基酸代谢途径;说明黄连解毒汤能够降低T2DM大鼠空腹血糖和增加胰岛细胞数量,其作用机制可能与增加产短链脂肪酸的菌种和乳酸杆菌丰度,影响碳水化合物和氨基酸代谢途径有关。

Nowadays, there is the tendency to outsource data to cloud storage servers for data sharing purposes. In fact, this makes access control for the outsourced data a challenging issue. Ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption（CP-ABE） is a promising cryptographic solution for this challenge. It gives the data owner（DO） direct control on access policy and enforces the access policy cryptographically. However,the practical application of CP-ABE in the data sharing service also has its own inherent challenge with regard to attribute revocation. To address this challenge, we proposed an attribute-revocable CP-ABE scheme by taking advantages of the over-encryption mechanism and CP-ABE scheme and by considering the semitrusted cloud service provider（CSP） that participates in decryption processes to issue decryption tokens for authorized users. We further presented the security and performance analysis in order to assess the effectiveness of the scheme. As compared with the existing attributerevocable CP-ABE schemes, our attribute-revocable scheme is reasonably efficient and more secure to enable attribute-based access control over the outsourced data in the cloud data sharing service.

Bibliometric analysis on retinoblastoma literatures in PubMed during 1929 to 2010

AIM: To determine the growth rule and tendency of retinoblastoma (Rb) literature, and to provide the basis for research of diagnosis, treatment and on Rb. METHODS: Bibliometric analyses were carried out on Rb literatures which contain the descriptors of Rb in their titles or texts from 1929 to 2010 in PubMed database (***. ***/Pubmed). The biomedical journals referring to Rb by using bibliometric indicators were calculated. The principal bibliometric indicators, i.e, Price's and Bradford's laws to the increase or distribution of scientific literature, the participation index of languages and the journals were applied. By means of manual coding, Rb documents were classified according to documents studied and to statistical analysis. RESULTS: During 1929-2010, there were 16162 literatures in the PubMed database including the word Rb. According to the literature type, it includes Review (n=2026), Randomized Controlled Trial (n = 7), Practice guideline (n = 3), meta-analysis (n = 4), letter (n = 215), editorial (n = 98), clinical trial (n = 115) and others (n = 13694). By the statistical analysis, its equation is near power index (y = 3.0477 x(2.6088), R(2) = 0.9666). From 1929 to 2010, Rb literatures in English were primarily dominant (90.71%) and the amount of the literature in Chinese ranked the fourth (1.37%). By searching PubMed, 1420 (8.8%) literatures covered were from 41 of 48 ophthalmological, and 406 (2.5%) literatures from 44 of 86 pediatrics journals that correlated with retinoblastoma (SCI-indexed). The data showed that the literatures of Rb were gradually increasing year by year and were approximate near power index during 1929-2010, and the document publishes published mainly in ophthalmological journals, and in English (90.71%), and showing that the study on Rb is a popular subject in the last half century. CONCLUSION: The literatures of Rb are gradually increasing, mainly English in ophthalmologic journals.
