Coilia nasus,a migratory fish species found in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and along offshore areas of China,possesses considerable aquacultural and economic ***,the species faces challenges due to significant variation in the gonadal development rate among females,resulting in inconsistent ovarian maturation times at the population level,an extended reproductive period,and limitations on fish growth rate due to ovarian *** the present study,we combined genome-wide association study(GWAS)and comparative transcriptome analysis to investigate the potential single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and candidate genes associated with population-asynchronous ovarian development in *** of the female population based on whole-genome resequencing yielded 2120695 high-quality SNPs,39 of which were suggestively associated with ovarian *** note,a significant SNP peak on LG21 containing 30 suggestively associated SNPs was identified,with cpne5a determined as the causal gene of the ***,single-marker and haplotype association analyses were performed on cpne5a,revealing four genetic markers(P0.9)significantly associated with the *** transcriptome analysis of precociously and normally maturing individuals screened out 29 and 426 overlapping differentially expressed genes in the brain and ovary,respectively,between individuals of different body *** the GWAS and transcriptome analysis results,this study identified genes and pathways related to hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis hormone secretion,extracellular matrix,angiogenesis,and gap junctions involved in population-asynchronous ovarian *** insights gained from this study provide a basis for a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying ovarian development in fish and may facilitate the genetic breeding of *** strains exhibiting population-synchronous ovarian

Objective: Positive peritoneal lavege cytology(CY1) gastric cancer is featured by dismal prognosis, with high risks of peritoneal metastasis. However, there is a lack of evidence on pathogenic mechanism and signature of CY1and there is a continuous debate on CY1 therapy. Therefore, exploring the mechanism of CY1 is crucial for treatment strategies and targets for CY1 gastric ***: In order to figure out specific driver genes and marker genes of CY1 gastric cancer, and ultimately offer clues for potential marker and risk assessment of CY1, 17 cytology-positive gastric cancer patients and 31matched cytology-negative gastric cancer patients were enrolled in this study. The enrollment criteria were based on the results of diagnostic laparoscopy staging and cytology inspection of exfoliated cells. Whole exome sequencing was then performed on tumor samples to evaluate genomic characterization of cytology-positive gastric ***: Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO) algorithm identified 43 cytology-positive marker genes, while Mut Sig CV identified 42 cytology-positive specific driver genes. CD3G and CDKL2 were both driver and marker genes of CY1. Regarding mutational signatures, driver gene mutation and tumor subclone architecture, no significant differences were observed between CY1 and negative peritoneal lavege cytology(CY0).Conclusions: There might not be distinct differences between CY1 and CY0, and CY1 might represent the progression of CY0 gastric cancer rather than constituting an independent subtype. This genomic analysis will thus provide key molecular insights into CY1, which may have a direct effect on treatment recommendations for CY1and CY0 patients, and provides opportunities for genome-guided clinical trials and drug development.

Therapeutic safety evaluation of sodium glycididazole combined with ^(131)I radiotherapy for differentiated thyroid carcinoma

To evaluate safety and therapeutic efficacy of sodium glycididazole (CMNa) combined with 131I radiotherapy for differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC),the 60 patients of DTC therapeutic protocols were selected and divided into 3 groups of the DTC 4.44 GBq 131I,DTC 3.70 GBq 131I,and combination of DTC 3.70 GBq 131I with CMNa,and the 20 patients of Graves' Disease were selected as the control *** blood was sampled at 131I pre-treatment of 1 day,and 131I post-treatment of 7,91,and 182 days,thus analyzing lymphocyte micronucleus scores and karyotyping *** with the control group,the lymphocyte micronucleus and chromosome mutation rates in 131I treated DTC increased after post-treatment of 7 days,recovered after post-treatment of 91 days,and did not bounce after post-treatment of 182 *** micronucleus and chromosome mutation rates in the combination of DTC 3.70 GBq 131I with CMNa showed less significant variation than other treated DTC *** results demonstrate that micronucleus assay and karyotyping analysis are favorable to evaluate 131I radiotherapy for *** combination of the CMNa with 131I radiotherapy was safe for DTC patients without affecting the long-term therapeutic outcomes.

目的探讨基于问题的教学法(PBL)和研讨式(Seminar)教学法在社会医学课程中的应用，研究在课程思政视域下如何发挥社会医学课堂育人作用，为协调推进思想政治教育和提升课程教学质量提供参考。方法采用PBL+Seminar教学法开展社会医学课程的理论和实践教学，授课及讨论过程中融入课程思政元素，对参与上课的176名本科学生进行线上问卷调查，数据导出后以SPSS 26.0进行统计描述。结果通过问卷调查，79.29%的学生对该次课程表示满意，60.36%的学生对认为PBL+Seminar教学模式比传统教学模式更有趣，70.41%的学生认为这种教学模式能学到更多知识，62.13%的学生认为这种教学模式学到的知识更牢靠；有81.07%学生体会到了爱国主义、合作精神、创新精神、社会和谐等思政元素的教育，有75.15%学生认为课程思政教学对课程的学习起到了积极的推进作用。结论在课程教学过程中，将PBL和Seminar教学法结合使用，并浸润式地渗入多种思想政治元素，使得学生在学习专业知识的同时增强思想政治素养，学生接受度高且教学效果良好。

通过主动侧加载模拟开挖卸载,进行了基坑SMW工法围护结构与型钢围护结构的室内模型对比试验。试验结果表明:SMW工法相对于单独型钢围护结构,由于水泥土对型钢的围箍作用,使型钢、水泥土成为一整体,共同协调工作,提高了型钢的刚度,同时有效地起到了减小水平位移的作用。SMW工法结构内力相对于单独型钢围护结构内力,由于水泥土的作用,其内力明显要小,与工程实测规律一致。从不同角度探讨了SMW工法的工作特性、型钢-水泥土组合结构的相互作用机理。

目的对m6A修饰与氧化应激的相互调控作用在疾病发生过程中的机制进行总结归纳。方法检索Pub Med数据库、中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库的相关文章，英文检索词为“m6A modification,oxidative stress,disease”，中文检索词为“m6A修饰、氧化应激、疾病”。排除重复性研究及部分相关性较低的文章，进行详细阅读并进行总结归纳。结果氧化应激可通过影响m6A修饰的甲基转移酶、去甲基化酶和甲基结合蛋白，影响m6A修饰的生物学效应；反过来，m6A亦可通过调节Nrf2信号通路及ROS生成过程等参与氧化应激的发生发展。结论本文对m6A修饰与氧化应激相互调控的最新研究现状进行综述，能为氧化应激及m6A修饰水平紊乱相关疾病的预防和治疗提供新的研究方向和思路。

16MnDR钢中厚板核贫料储罐焊接接头采用脉冲钨极氩弧焊(P-TIG)打底和埋弧焊(SAW)填充及盖面工艺制造。只采用P-TIG焊接的打底层组织为针状铁素体+索氏体,但SAW填充后的打底层发生了组织转变,变为多边形铁素体+蠕虫状屈氏体。通过对焊接接头在0.1 M氢氟酸中的浸泡腐蚀试验发现,SAW填充后的打底层的耐蚀性发生严重退化,其原因是蠕虫状屈氏体极细的片层结构在腐蚀溶液中发生了微电偶腐蚀,从而近表面的屈氏体就相当于一个块状的渗碳体,然后与周边多边形铁素体形成的大阴极小阳极的腐蚀电偶加速了铁素体的腐蚀溶解,进而屈氏体失去支撑,最终松动脱落并在宏观上形成了腐蚀坑。这一发现为核贫料储罐的安全服役奠定了理论基础,为后续工艺的优化设计指明了方向。

针对玉米秸秆深埋还田机田间作业过程中振动剧烈的问题,对其振动特性进行了研究,并以提高低阶固有频率为目标优化机具结构,提高机具作业效果。通过模态分析,获取机具的固有频率;田间测试得到机具8个测试点的振动特性及功率谱;应用ISIGHT耦合平台对机具主结构进行了参数优化,避开了机具外部主要激振频率。研究表明:机具在田间作业过程中的振动主要由前进速度、自身结构、外部激励及地表情况决定,覆土装置和镇压装置具有一定的吸能减振作用,其中机具尾部已经发生共振;影响机具振动的主频集中在8~16 Hz,接近机具1阶和2阶固有频率;优化后机具主结构的1阶固有频率提升至20.348 Hz,可有效避免共振。田间试验表明,机具优化后作业过程中振动减少,噪音降低,作业效果良好,为秸秆深埋还田机具的设计优化提供了一定的理论参考。

Postoperative mortality and morbidity in octogenarians and nonagenarians with hip fracture： an analysis of perioperative risk factors

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the role of high risk factors in octogenarians and nonagenarians with hip trauma,which may lead to excessive mortality and morbidity ***:Fifty-four octogenarians and nonagenarians patients were enrolled in the study,receiving surgical repair of hip fracture in our hospital from January 2006 to January *** risk factors were recorded preoperatively in *** and survival state were followed up by telephone for 2 years *** the data were analyzed by Chi-square test with SPSS ***:Twenty-six males (48.1％),aged from 80 to 94years with a mean age of 84.2 years,and twenty-eight females (51.9％),aged from 80 to 95 years with a mean age of 83.4 years,were presented in the cohort *** hip traumas were caused by daily slight injuries (52 cases) and car accidents (2 cases),***-eight patients (51.9％) with femoral neck fracture while 26 patients (48.1％)with intertrochanteric fracture were diagnosed through an anterior-posterior pelvic *** this series,39patients (72.2％) suffered from one or more comorbidities *** morbidity was 48.1％ and the major cause was urinary tract infection,while a significant difference was noted between females and *** mortality was 20.4％ with a predominant cause of acute renal ***:The gender should be considered as a critical high risk factor in octogenarians and nonagenarians with hip trauma *** are more likely to suffer complications postoperatively,which is especially obvious in senile patients over 80 years (P＜0.05).Urinary tract infection is the most frequent complication after hip surgery,followed by low limb embolism and *** mortality is dramatically greater in patients over 80 years old than those below,and major causes are acute renal failure,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and mental *** consultations and mental assess
