Darboux transformation method is used for constructing harmonic maps from R2 to U(N).The explicit expressions for Darboux matrices are used to obtain new harmonic maps from aknown *** algorithm is purely algebraic and can be repeated successively to obtain aninfinite sequence of harmonic maps. Single and multiple solitons are obtained with geometriccharacterizations and it is proved that the interaction between solitons is elastic. By introducingthe singlllar Darboux transformations, an explicit method to construct new unitons is presented.

The power system of a free piston Stirling generator(FPSG)based on potassium heat pipes has been developed in this *** to the advantages of long life,high reliability,and high overall thermal efficiency,the FPSG is a promising candidate for nuclear energy,especially in space *** this paper,the recent progress of FPSG based on nuclear reactor for space use was briefly reviewed.A novel FPSG weighted only 4.2 kg was designed,and one dimensional thermodynamic modeling of the FPSG using Sage software was performed to estimate its *** experiment results indicated that this FPSG could provide 142.4 W at a thermal-to-electric efficiency of nearly 17.4%.Besides,the power system integrated with four FPSGs and potassium heat pipes was performed and the single machine failure test was *** results show that this system could provide an electrical power of 300 W at an overall thermal efficiency of 7.3%.Thus,it is concluded that this power system is feasible and will have a great prospect for future applications.

Objective To construct adeno-associated virus (AAV) expression system for transforming growth factor β3 (TGFβ3) and detect its biological effect on proteoglycan synthesis of the earlier and later dedifferentiated rabbit lumbar disc nucleus pulpous (NP) cells, which was compared with that of adenovirus (AV) expression system for TGFβ1. Methods TGFβ3 gene was obtained using PCR. Its upstream contained restriction enzyme site Kpn Ⅰ, and its downstream contained restriction enzyme site SalⅠ. Using the restriction enzyme sites of PCR product of TGFβ3 and the corresponding multiple cloning site (MCS) in plasmid AAV, TGFβ3 was subcloned into AAV. The recombinant plasmid AAV-TGFβ3 was transfected into H293 cells with LipofectamineTM 2000, and the expression of TGFβ3 gene was detected using immunofluorescent analysis. After AAV-TGFβ3 virus particle with infectious activity was packaged, TGFβ3 expression in NP cells was detected by immunoblotting, and its biological effect on proteoglycan synthesis was detected by antonopulos method and compared with that of AV-TGFβ1 in the earlier and later dedifferentiated NP cells. Results For the earlier dedifferentiated NP cells, AAV-TGFβ3 slowly and stably enhanced proteoglycan synthesis, but AV-TGFβ1 rapidly and transiently enhanced its synthesis. For the later dedifferentiated NP cells, AAV-TGFβ3 stably enhanced proteoglycan synthesis, but AV-TGFβ1 inhibited its synthesis. Conclusion AAV expression system can mediate TGFβ3 gene to be expressed stably, and AAV-TGFβ3 can enhance proteoglycan synthesis of the earlier and later dedifferentiated NP cells.

Novel SPPESK/PAA composite proton exchange membranes with semi-interpenetrating polymer network （sIPN） structure have been synthesized through the in-situ polymerization of acrylic acid （AA） in the presence of sulfonated poly （phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone）（SPPESK）. The composite membranes were identified by FT-IR analysis. Water uptake of the composite membranes was as high as 89.7% at 90℃, nearly one time higher than that of the corresponding SPPESK membrane.

Objective This study aimed to design and evaluate the efficacy of pyrrolidone derivatives as potential therapeutic agents against diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL),a common and heterogeneous malignancy of the adult lymphohematopoietic *** the limitations of current therapies,there is a pressing need to develop new and effective drugs for DLBCL *** A series of pyrrolidone derivatives were synthesized,and their antitumor activities were assessed,particularly against DLBCL cell ***-activity relationship(SAR)analysis was conducted to identify key structural components essential for *** most promising compound,referred to as compound 7,was selected for further mechanistic *** expression levels of relevant mRNA and protein were detected by RT-qPCR and Western blotting,and the expression of mitochondrial membrane potential and ROS was detected using flow cytometry for further assessment of cell cycle arrest and *** The compound 7 exhibited good antitumor activity among the synthesized derivatives,specifically in DLBCL cell *** analysis highlighted the critical role ofα,β-unsaturated ketones in the antitumor efficacy of these ***,compound 7 was found to induce significant DNA damage,trigger an inflammatory response,cause mitochondrial dysfunction,and disrupt cell cycle progression,ultimately leading to apoptosis of DLBCL *** The compound 7 has good antitumor activity and can induce multiple cellular mechanisms leading to cancer cell *** findings warrant further investigation of the compound 7 as a potential therapeutic agent for DLBCL.

The differences in the leaching and mass transfer characteristics of ion-adsorption type rare earth ore between rare earth and non-rare earth impurities were investigated. It is determined that the leaching kinetics of rare earths （REs）, Mg and Ca could be described by the shrinking-core model. The leaching rate is controlled by inner diffusion and is in the order of Mg 〉 Ca 〉 RE. The apparent activation energy is 8.48, 6.79 and 6.32 kJ·mol^-1, respectively. In leaching system of Al, the leaching efficiency decreases with the increase in temperature because of hydrolysis reactions. The leaching efficiency of aluminum increases firstly and then decreases with the passage of time when the temperature is higher than 35 ℃. Besides, there is a good consistency in leaching characteristics and mass transfer, and the order of the time-to- peak is Mg 〈 Ca 〈 RE 〈 Al. Therefore, rare earth and non-rare earth may be partly separated by expanding the separation coefficient. The research could provide a theoretic basis for the separation of rare earth and non-rare earth impurities. Furthermore, compound leaching with magnesium salt and calcium salt is innovatively proposed to solve the problem of calcium and magnesium nutrient loss in the soil as well as eliminate ammonia-nitrogen emissions from the source.

Behavioral analysis of macaques provides important experimental evidence in the field of *** recent years,video-based automatic animal behavior analysis has received widespread ***,methods capable of extracting and analyzing daily movement trajectories of macaques in their daily living cages remain underdeveloped,with previous approaches usually requiring specific environments to reduce interference from occlusion or environmental ***,we introduce a novel method,called MonkeyTrail,which satisfies the above requirements by frequently generating virtual empty backgrounds and using background subtraction to accurately obtain the foreground of moving *** empty background is generated by combining the frame difference method(FDM)and deep learning-based model(YOLOv5).The entire setup can be operated with low-cost hardware and can be applied to the daily living environments of individually caged *** test MonkeyTrail performance,we labeled a dataset containing>8000 video frames with the bounding boxes of macaques under various conditions as *** showed that the tracking accuracy and stability of MonkeyTrail exceeded that of two deep learningbased methods(YOLOv5 and Single-Shot MultiBox Detector),traditional frame difference method,and na?ve background subtraction *** MonkeyTrail to analyze long-term surveillance video recordings,we successfully assessed changes in animal behavior in terms of movement amount and spatial ***,these findings demonstrate that MonkeyTrail enables low-cost,large-scale daily behavioral analysis of macaques.

Expression and significance of HBV genes and their antigens in human primary intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

AIM To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of human primary intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, the expression of HBV genes and HBV-antigens was detected in the cancerous tissue and its surrounding hepatic *** HBV-antigens were detected by immunohistochemical technique and HBV genes were examined with in situ *** In 20 cases of cholangiocarcinoma, the positive detection rate of HBxAg, pre-S1, pre-S2, HBsAg and HBcAg was 75%, 40%, 40%, 10% and 0%, respectively, and in the surrounding hepatic tissues of 19 cases the positive rates were 84.2%, 47.9%, 47.9%, 31.6% and 31.6%. Among 40 cases of cholangiocarcinoma, the positive rate of HBV-DNA, x gene, pre-s gene, s gene and s gene fell on 77.5%, 70.0%, 47.5%, 40% and 42.5%, respectively, and of the surrounding hepatic tissues in 33 cases, 87.9%, 84.8%, 63.6%, 69.7% and 66.7%.CONCLUSION The development of human primary intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma bears a close relationship with chronic persistent HBV infection. Particularly, the x gene of HBV and its protein (HBxAg) might play an important role in pathogenesis of hepatic carcinoma.A large number of studies indicate a close relationship between human primary hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, which is considered generally as an important factor in the development of hepatic carcinoma[1,2]. In human primary hepatic carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma is more frequently encountered, while intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ChC), including hepatocholangiocarcinoma (HChC), is relatively less, being 8%-10%[3]. For a long time, the etiology and pathogenesis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma have been unclear. A few reports considered it to be related to infestation with clonorchiasis sinensis[4,5], but never involved with HBV infection.
