利用PCR法克隆得到家蚕核型多角体病毒-镇江株(BmNPV-ZJ)的两个iap基因,BmNPV-ZJ iapl和Bm-NPV-ZJiap2。序列同源分析表明:BmNPV-ZJ的iapl全长为858个碱基对,与BmNPV-T3株的碱基同源性为96%,且与BmNPV-T3株相比少了一段编码7个氨基酸的区域,该缺失区域的两侧有着独特的结构:缺失区的5’侧为连续编码7个天冬氨酸的序列,缺失区的3’侧为连续编码3个天冬氨酸的序列。iap2基因的全长为750个碱基对,与BmNPV-T3株的iap2有99%的序列同源性。NCBI的DART(Domain Architecture Re-trieval Tool)功能域搜索表明BmNPV-ZJ的iapl含有2个杆状病毒BIR功能域,但不含RING区域。Iap2则

Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a major health problem in AsianPacific *** therapy reduces,but does not eliminate the risk of *** would be a heavy financial burden in most low and middle economic countries if all CHB patients received antiviral therapy and HCC ***,there is a need for accurate risk prediction to assist prognostication,decisions on the need for antiviral therapy and HCC surveillance.A few wellestablished risk factors for HCC,namely advanced age,male gender,high viral load,cirrhosis etc.,are the core components of three HCC risk scores:CU-HCC,GAGHCC and REACH-B *** 3 scores were confirmed to be accurate in predicting HCC up to 10 years in treatment-na ve *** validity and applicability have recently been demonstrated in a large cohort of entecavir treatment patients.A decrease in risk scores after antiviral therapy translates to a lower risk of *** findings support the application of HCC risk scores in all CHB *** levels of care and different intensities of HCC surveillance should be offered according to the risk profile of *** at risk of HCC should undergo regular HCC surveillance,even when they are receiving antiviral treatment.

Many migratory birds exhibit interannual consistency in migration schedules,routes and stopover *** the interannual consistency in spatiotemporal characteristics helps understand the maintenance of migration and enables the implementation of targeted conservation *** tracked the migration of Whimbrel(Numenius phaeopus)in the East Asian-Australasian Flyway and collected spatiotemporal data from individuals that were tracked for at least two *** non-parametric tests were used to compare the interannual variations in the dates of departure from and arrival at breeding/nonbreeding sites,and the inter-annual variation in the longitudes when the same individual across the same *** exhibited a high degree of consistency in the use of breeding,nonbreeding,and stopover sites between *** variation of arrival dates at nonbreeding sites was significantly larger than that of the departure dates from nonbreeding and breeding *** used stopover sites by the same individuals in multiple years were concentrated in the Yellow Sea coast during northward migration,but were more widespread during southward *** stopover duration at repeatedly used sites was significantly longer than that at sites used only *** flying across the Yellow Sea,Whimbrels breeding in Sakha(Yakutia)exhibited the highest consistency in migration routes in both autumn and ***,the consistency in migration routes of Yakutia breeding birds was generally higher than that of birds breeding in *** results suggest that the northward migration schedule of the Whimbrels is mainly controlled by endogenous factors,while the southward migration schedule is less affected by endogenous *** repeated use of stopover sites in the Yellow Sea coast suggests this region is important for the migration of Whimbrel,and thus has high conservation value.

Entecavir(ETV)and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)are first-line antiviral therapies for patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and reduce the risk of disease progression and liver-related complications,as well as improve survival by effectively suppressing viral ***,since the first publication in 2019 on a lower risk of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in Korean patients receiving TDF than those receiving ETV,the topic has remained a hot and unsettled *** studies and meta-analyses have yielded conflicting *** HCC takes time to develop,studies are mainly observational to benefit from a larger sample size and longer follow-up that provides a higher statistical power to compare the two ***,TDF was available to CHB patients a few years later than ETV in most countries,thus leading to a difference in follow-up ***,despite studying the same topic,the difference in data sources and available parameters,inclusion and exclusion criteria,and use of statistical methods complicated the interpretation and comparison of the findings and contributed to between-study heterogeneity in *** review describes some caveats in interpreting and comparing the results from these observational studies and *** studies should explore better designed observational studies with high-quality data sources,and aggregation of patient data in metaanalysis to tackle between-study heterogeneity.

Background:The purpose of this study was to report on the psychometric measures and discriminatory function of a new diagnostic test for autism spectrum disorders,the Clinical Autism Diagnostic Scale(CADS).Methods:The CADS was used to test 216 children in the study,including 86 with low-functioning autism specturm disorders(ASD),16 children with highfunctioning ASD,16 with pervasive developmental disorder,not otherwise specified,7 with Asperger syndrome,65 with typical development,11 children with language impairments and 15 with intellectual *** ranged from 38-73 *** for the groups were compared across seven ***:The results indicated the instrument was reliable,valid,and successfully differentiated the different groups of children with and without *** ASD groups were found to display difficulties in the domains of sensory behaviors and stereotyped *** play and social domains were found to measure similar underlying concepts of behaviors,while the receptive language and expressive language domains were also found to measure similar underlying-language *** group of children diagnosed as having low-functioning autism performed less well on all tested domains in the instrument than did the other three groups of children with ASD,and these other three groups each also presented unique patterns of behaviors and differed on individual ***:CADS is a reliable and valid *** successfully differentiates the abilities of children with ASD at different levels of functioning.
