Power Station(PS)monitoring systems are becoming critical,ensuring electrical safety through early warning,and in the event of a PS fault,the power supply is quickly *** technologies are based on relays and don’t have a way to capture and store user data when there is a *** proposed framework is designed with the goal of providing smart environments for protecting electrical types of *** paper proposes an Internet of Things(IoT)-based Smart Framework(SF)for monitoring the Power Devices(PD)which are being used in power substations.A Real-Time Monitoring(RTM)system is proposed,and it uses a state-of-the-art smart IoT-based System on Chip(SoC)sensors,a Hybrid Prediction Model(HPM),and it is being used in Big Data Processing(BDP).The Cloud Server(CS)processes the data and does the data analytics by comparing it with the historical data already stored in the ***-Structural Query Language Mongo Data Base(MDB)is used to store Sensor Data(SD)from the *** proposed HPM combines the Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise(DBSCAN)-algorithm for Outlier Detection(OD)and the Random Forest(RF)classification algorithm for removing the outlier SD and providing Fault Detection(FD)when the PD isn’t *** suggested work is assessed and tested under various fault circumstances that happened in *** simulation outcome proves that the proposed model is effective in monitoring the smooth functioning of the ***,the suggested HPM has a higher Fault Prediction(FP)*** means that faults can be found earlier,early warning signals can be sent,and the power supply can be turned off quickly to ensure electrical safety.A powerful RTM and event warning system can also be built into the system before faults happen.

AIM： To evaluate a low cost Indian recombinant hepatitis B vaccine GeneVac-B for its immunogenicity and safety in comparison to Engerix B and Shanvac B vaccine in high risk newborn infants born to （hepatitis B surface antigen） HBsAg positive mothers.METHODS： A total of 158 infants were enrolled in the study. Fifty eight infants were enrolled in the GeneVac-B group while 50 each were included for Engerix B and Shanvac B groups. A three-dose regimen of vaccination; at birth （within 24 h of birth）, 1st mo and 6 too. were adopted with 10 μg dosage administered uniformly in all the three groups. Clinical and immunological parameters were assessed for safety and immunogenicity of the vaccines, in all the enrolled infants.RESULTS： Successful follow up until seven months of age was achieved in 83% （48/58） for GeneVac-B, 76% （38/50） and 64% （32/50） for Engerix B and Shanvac B groups respectively. 100% seroconversion and seroprotection was achieved in all the three groups of infants. The geometric mean titers of anti-HBs one month after the completion of three dose of vaccination were 90.5, 80.9 and 72.5 mTU/mL in GeneVac-B, Engerix B and Shanvac B vaccine group respectively. Furthermore the level of anti-HBs increases with age of babies who were born to HBsAg positive mothers. The GMT values of anti-HBs were 226.7, 193.9 and 173.6 mIU/mL respectively in GeneVac-B, Engerix B and Shanvac B groups one year after the completion of the three doses of vaccine. No systemic reactions were reported in infants during the entire vaccination process of GeneVac-B and the other two vaccines. Clinical safety parameters remained within the normal limits throughout the study period.CONCLUSION： The study concludes that there is no significant difference between the three recombinant hepatitis B vaccines. Administration of these vaccines within 24 h of birth to babies, born to HBsAg positive mothers will reduce the incidence of HBV infection.

This research work develops new and better prognostic markers for predicting Childhood MedulloBlastoma(CMB)using a well-defined deep learning architecture.A deep learning architecture could be designed using ideas from image processing and neural networks to predict CMB using histopathological ***,a convolution process transforms the histopathological image into deep features that uniquely describe it using different two-dimensional filters of various sizes.A 10-layer deep learning architecture is designed to extract deep *** introduction of pooling layers in the architecture reduces the feature *** extracted and dimension-reduced deep features from the arrangement of convolution layers and pooling layers are used to classify histopathological images using a neural network *** performance of the CMB classification system is evaluated using 1414(10×magnification)and 1071(100×magnification)augmented histopathological images with five classes of CMB such as desmoplastic,nodular,large cell,classic,and *** results show that the average classification accuracy of 99.38%(10×)and 99.07%(100×)is attained by the proposed CNB classification system.

Explosive cladding of Al 5052–Al 1100 plate, interfaced with a stainless steel wire mesh interlayer, is attempted. Loading ratio and standoff distance were varied. An increase in loading ratio (R) and standoff distance (S) enhances the plate velocity (Vp), dynamic bend angle (β) and pressure developed (P). The interface morphology of the explosive clads confirms strong metallurgical bond between the wire mesh and aluminum plates. Further, a smooth transition from straight to undulating interlayered topography is witnessed. The introduction of a wire mesh, as interlayer, leads to an improvement in mechanical strength with a slender reduction in overall corrosion resistance of the “explosive clads”.

Objective:Clitoria ternatea is a well-known bioactive plant used to treat several inflammatory ailments in Ayurvedic system of medicine in *** present investigation aimed to determine the antiinflammatory and anti-arthritic activity of ethanolic extract of Clitoria ternatea roots(EECT) in animal ***:The anti-inflammatory activity of the EECT was evaluated by carrageenan and histamineinduced paw ***:EECT showed a significant reduction in mean paw edema volume in both carrageenan and histamine-induced *** efficacy of EECT in rheumatoid arthritis was tested against Freund's complete adjuvant(CFA) induced arthritic model in Wistar *** anti-arthritic effect of EECT was determined by systematic scoring of arthritis symptoms and measuring paw edema.A considerable decrease in paw diameter was observed in the EECT(200 and 400 mg/kg) and diclofenac(10 mg/kg) treated groups after day ***(10 mg/kg) and EECT(400 mg/kg) showed a significant reduction in paw diameter from day 14 compared with CFA control(P <0.001).The anti-arthritic activity was also confirmed from the altered biochemical,haematological(Hb,RBC and WBC) and anti-oxidant parameters(SOD,MDA,CAT,and GSH).EECT(400 and 200 mg/kg) also showed a marked inhibition of joint ***:This study provides a pharmacological rationale for the traditional use of *** against inflammation and rheumatoid arthritis in India.

Array P systems were introduced by Paun Gh. which is linking the two areas of membrane computing and picture grammars. Puzzle grammars were introduced by us for generating connected picture arrays in the two-dimensional plane, motivated by the problem of tiling the plane. On the other hand, incorporating into arrays the developmental type of generation used in the well-known biologically motivated L systems, Siromoney and Siromoney proposed a very general rectangular array generating model, called extended controlled tabled L array system (ECTLAS). In this paper we introduce two variations of the array P system, called BPG array P system and parallel array P system. The former has in the regions array objects and basic puzzle grammar rules (BPG), which are a specific kind of puzzle grammar rules. In the latter, the regions have rectangular array objects and tables of context-free rules. We examine these two types of P systems for their array generative power.

The brain of humans and other organisms is affected in various ways through the electromagneticﬁeld(EMF)radiations generated by mobile phones and cell phone *** variations in the brain are caused by the neurological changes due to the revelation of *** level analysis is used to measure and detect the effect of mobile radiations,but its utilization seems very expensive,and it is a tedious process,where its analysis requires the preparation of cell *** this regard,this research article proposes optimal broadcast-ing learning to detect changes in brain morphology due to the revelation of ***,Drosophila melanogaster acts as a specimen under the revelation of *** segmentation is performed for the brain to attain the microscopic images from the prejudicial geometrical characteristics that are removed to detect the effect of revelation of *** geometrical characteristics of the brain image of that is microscopic segmented are *** results reveal the occur-rence of several prejudicial characteristics that can be processed by machine learn-ing *** important prejudicial characteristics are given to four varieties of classiﬁers such as naïve Bayes,artiﬁcial neural network,support vector machine,and unsystematic forest for the classiﬁcation of open or nonopen micro-scopic image of *** *** results are attained through various experimental evaluations,and the said classiﬁers perform well by achieving 96.44%using the prejudicial characteristics chosen by the feature selection *** proposed system is an optimal approach that automatically identiﬁes the effect of revelation of EMF with minimal time complexity,where the machine learning techniques produce an effective framework for image processing.

Unit commitment （UC） is an optimization problem used to determine the operation schedule of the generating units at every hour interval with varying loads under different constraints and environments. Many algorithms have been invented in the past five decades for optimization of the UC problem, but still researchers are working in this field to find new hybrid algorithms to make the problem more realistic. The importance of UC is increasing with the constantly varying demands. There- fore, there is an urgent need in the power sector to keep track of the latest methodologies to further optimize the working criterions of the generating units. This paper focuses on providing a clear review of the latest techniques employed in optimizing UC problems for both stochastic and deterministic loads, which has been acquired from many peer reviewed published papers. It has been divided into many sections which include various constraints based on profit, security, emission and time. It emphasizes not only on deregulated and regulated environments but also on renewable energy and distributed generating systems. In terms of contributions, the detailed analysis of all the UC algorithms has been discussed for the benefit of new researchers interested in working in this field.

The discovery of microRNAs （miRNAs） is one of tbe most significant breakthroughs in recent decades, miRNAs are a class of small, endogenous, non-coding RNAs （19-24 nt） that negatively regulate the expression of target genes by binding to their 3＇ untranslated region and are involved in various biological processes. Three main approaches that are globally used for the detection of miRNA include direct cloning, forward genetics and computational approaches using bioinformatics.
