Elm ba.k beetle Scolytus ka.hmirensis is a.key pest of elm nurseries in the socia. forestry ecosystem of Ka.hmir. The biologica. a.d morphologica. cha.a.ters of this species were determined both in field a.d in the la.ora.ory. The la.va. rema.ned ina.tive throughout the winter which resumed their a.tivity from the third week of Ma.ch. Pupa.ion sta.ted from the first week of a.ril a.d the first swa.ming a.ults a.pea.ed from the la.t week of a.ril. a.ter emergence, the a.ults fly to suita.le trees a.d undergo ma.ura.ion feeding for 8.4 (±0.68 SD) da.s a.d fema.es la.d 46 (±9.45 SD) eggs on a. a.era.e. The eggs ha.ched a.ter a. incuba.ion period of 11 - 13 da.s. The five la.va. insta.s were distinguished from ea.h other on the ba.is of the width of hea. ca.sule mea.urements. The la.va. completed their development in 40 - 46 da.s. The pupa. sta.e la.ted for 10 - 20 da.s a.d fina.ly a.ults emerge tha. lived for 45 - 60 da.s. The single longitudina. ma.erna. ga.lery mea.ured 42.67 (±11.07 SD) mm (on a.era.e) long a.d the la.va. ga.lery wa. 43 (±10.96 SD) mm (on a.era.e) in length. The sea.ona. distribution of va.ious life sta.es a.d the number of genera.ions were a.so recorded.

Recently, fluorescence technique becomes very useful. It ca. a.low for a.dressing a.funda.enta. problem of cellula. mecha.ism besides cha.a.terizing the species inside the cell to fa.ilita.e the dia.nostic a.d prognostic va.ue. Ma.ipula.ion with fluorescent dyes provides ma.y possibilities for their use a. ta.s, probes, a.d sensors. These types ca. be intrinsic or extrinsic to the cell. They ca. become not only silent observers, but a.so pa.ticipa.ts, modula.ors or disruptors of specific a.tivities outline the biologica. functions ca. be successfully studied qua.tita.ively a.d qua.ita.ively with fluorescence techniques.

For certa.n va.ues of semi-ma.or a.is a.d eccentricity, orbit pla.e precession ca.sed by Ea.th obla.e is synchronous with the mea. orbita. motion of the a.pa.ent Sun (a.sun-synchronism). Ma.y forces ca.se slow cha.ges in the inclina.ion a.d a.cending node of sun-synchronous orbits. In this work, we investiga.e the a.a.ytica. perturba.ions due to the direct sola. ra.ia.ion pressure a.d gra.ita.iona. wa.es effects. a.full a.a.ytica. solution is obta.ned using technique of ca.onica. Lie-tra.sforma.ion up to the order three in (the obla.eness of the Ea.th). The sola. ra.ia.ion pressure a.d gra.ita.iona. wa.es perturba.ions ca.se second order effects on a.l the elements of the elliptic orbit (the eccentricity, inclina.ion, a.cending node, a.gument of perigee, a.d semi-ma.or a.is) consequently these perturba.ions will ca.se disturba.ce in the sun-synchronism. a.so we found tha. the perturba.ion or the beha.ior of gra.ita.iona. wa.es a.most the sa.e a. the perturba.ion or the beha.ior of sola. ra.ia.ion pressure a.d their coupling will incorpora.e the sun-synchronism through the secula. ra.e of the a.cending node precession.

The Stupp protocol ha. become sta.da.d of ca.e for the trea.ment of gliobla.toma.(GBM) (since its publica.ion in 2005) a.d ha. led to some limited surviva. improvements. This protocol, consists of ra.iothera.y a.d concomita.t chemothera.y with temozolomide, a. a.kyla.ing a.ent. Temozolomide + ra.ia.ion, compa.ed to ra.ia.ion a.one ha. a.ded in a.era.e 3 months a.ditiona. life spa., 16 percent improved surviva. a. 2 yea.s. Tha. sa.d since 2005, the sta.da.d of ca.e ha. not cha.ged in rega.ds to the trea.ment of ea.ly dia.nosed a.gressive or multifoca. GBM, a.d unfortuna.ely the expected surviva. is still poor with 75 percent of pa.ients dying in less tha. 2 yea.s a.d a.era.e surviva. of 15 months. In pa.ients with multifoca. tumors (such a. the ca.e below) the a.era.e surviva. is even worse with less tha. 4 months a. her a.e [1]. Here we present a.ca.e study of a.pa.ient with a.va.ced multifoca., a.d ra.idly progressing Gliobla.toma.Multiforme trea.ed with STUPP protocol in combina.ion with IV Quercetin. The pa.ient experienced improved qua.ity of life a.d response, compa.ed to historica. da.a. It is our recommenda.ion to investiga.e such combina.iona. a.proa.h in pa.ients with Gliobla.toma. a. in our ca.e it proved to be sa.e a.d effective with improved qua.ity of life a.d performa.ce a. well a. clinica. response a.d surviva..
