A new search for two-neutrino double-beta(2νββ)decay of^(136)Xe to the 0+1 excited state of 136Ba is performed with the full EXO-200 dataset.A deep learning-based convolutional neural network is used to discriminate signal from background *** detection efficiency is increased relative to previous searches by EXO-200 by more than a factor of *** the addition of the Phase II dataset taken with an upgraded detector,the median 90%confidence level half-life sensitivity of 2νββdecay to the 0+1 state of 136Ba is 2.9×10^(24)yr using a total^(136)Xe exposure of 234.1 kg *** statistically significant evidence for 2νββdecay to the 0^(+)_(1)state is observed,leading to a lower limit of T2ν1/2(0^(+)→0^(+)_(1))>1.4×10^(24)yr at 90%confidence level,improved by 70%relative to the current world's best constraint.

STRUCTURAL EVOLUTIOn OF THE KULU-RAMPUR AnD LARJI WInDOW ZOnES, WESTERn HIMALAYA, InDIA

The Kulu\|Rampur and Larji windows in the western Himalaya make a window in window structure in the Lesser Himalaya between the Main Boundary Thrust (MBT) and Main Central Thrust (MCT). The former constituted of late Archean Rampur group with middle Proterozoic intrusive Bandal granite Complex has been thrusted on to the younger Larji group (Riphean) along a splay thrust making the latter a window in window structure. Both the sequences have recorded multiple deformation during the Himalayan orogeny. Five sets of Himalayan structures have been recognised. The first deformation event (D 1) was responsible for large isoclinal, (recumbent) folds (F 1) which are older than the onset of Himalayan thrusting. Presently, the Rampur group constitutes the antiform and the Larji group occupies a synformal position of F 1 folds. The parautochthons of the window zone has been covered by the Chail and Jutogh nappes along the Chail and Jutogh thrusts during D 2. Thrusting was followed by F 3 folding during D 3 deformation. This fold can be recognised in form of Rampur Antiform and corresponding nirath\|Pandoh Synform with nW—SE axial trend. The Chail and Jutogh nappes are folded along with the parautochthonous rocks of window zone by this folding event. The out\|of\|sequence imbrication and the splay thrusts in the hanging wall of the MBT were initiated during D 3. The F 3 are overprinted by cross folding (F 4) of D 4 deformation, which is responsible for the doubly plunging character of the window zones. Cross folding was followed by D 5 extensional faulting and collapse of the hanging wall in out\|of\|sequence shear zones. The D 5 extensional fabrics are attributed to gravity collapse in the hanging wall of the MBT.

【目的】在大棚条件下进行甘蔗硅肥施用量研究,阐明硅肥对甘蔗生长、营养以及土壤特性等的影响。【方法】以新台糖22号为试验材料,以每桶26gn+1.76gP+20gK为对照,设置T1～T6(20、40、60、80、120and150g/桶)6个不同硅肥用量,研究不同施硅水平对甘蔗的影响。【结果】硅肥处理的甘蔗+1叶n、P、Ca、Mg、Si含量较对照有一定提高,其中120g/桶处理的甘蔗+1叶含硅量比对照增加92%。不同施硅水平对甘蔗土壤理化性状具有显著影响,SOM和有效P较对照显著降低,120g/桶处理的有效Si含量较对照增加137%,150g/桶处理的交换性Ca和Mg分别较对照增加117.9%和86.0%,pH均有一定提高。硅肥处理对甘蔗株高和产量增加有显著影响,对甘蔗干物质和产糖量的提高也有促进作用,但不显著。【结论】硅肥对甘蔗生产以及土壤理化性状具有一定正效应,可结合常规施肥进一步推广从而提高甘蔗生产。

目的观察电针"足三里"穴对孕期及哺乳期尼古丁暴露新生鼠肺功能、肺指数和肺组织形态学的影响。方法将20只成年SD雌鼠采用随机数字表法分为生理盐水组(S组)、生理盐水加电针"足三里"组(S+ST36组)、尼古丁组(n组)、尼古丁加电针"足三里"组(n+ST36组),采用皮下注射尼古丁注射液[1 mg/(kg·d),100μL]造模,从妊娠第6天至新生鼠出生后21 d,用动物肺功能分析系统检测各组新生鼠肺功能,根据肺组织重量和体重计算各组新生鼠肺指数,采用HE染色法观察各组新生鼠肺组织形态学变化。结果与S组比较,n组呼气峰值(PEF)、肺动脉顺应性(Cdyn)显著降低(Pn组比较,n+ST36组PEF、Cydn显著升高(P<0.05),RL显著降低(P<0.05),肺指数显著升高(P<0.05);新生鼠肺组织中肺泡数量增多、肺泡面积减小和肺泡壁破裂融合情况减少。结论电针孕期和哺乳期尼古丁暴露大鼠"足三里"穴可能通过改善新生鼠肺功能、肺指数及肺组织形态学变化发挥对新生鼠肺发育的保护效应。

Background: Superficial siderosis (SS) of the CnS is caused by repeated slow hemorrhage into the subarachnoid space with resultant hemosiderin deposition in the subpial layers of the brain and spinal cord. Despite extensive investigations, the cause of bleeding is frequently undetermined. Objectives: To review the clinical and imaging features of 30 consecutive patients with SS and provide insights into the underlying causes of subarachnoid bleeding in this disabling disorder. Methods: The authors reviewed the medical records of 30 consecutive patients with clinical and MRI evidence of SS. Results: The commonest neurologic manifestations included gait ataxia and hearing impairment. A clinical history of subarachnoid hemorrhage was relatively rare. Possible predisposing conditions were identified on history in 22 patients, the commonest being a prior trauma (15 patients). In addition to the characteristic MRI findings of SS, 18 patients had abnormalities on MRI possibly related to chronic bleeding. The most common of these was the presence of a fluid- filled collection in the spinal canal seen in 14 patients. Conclusions: A history of prior subarachnoid hemorrhage is often absent in patients with superficial siderosis (SS). A past history of trauma is common. Prior intradural surgery may be an additional risk factor. Xanthochromia or the presence of red blood cells in the CSF is a common finding. Only rarely does angiography demonstrate the bleeding source. The presence of a fluid- filled collection in the spinal canal is a common finding on MRI and is likely related to the SS. With longitudinally extensive cavities, a dynamic CT myelogram may help localize the defect and direct the site of laminectomy. Surgical repair of a dural defect, if present, should be considered. Surgical correction of bleeding should be documented by CSF examination months after surgery. Friable vessels in the dural defect are a possible source of the chronic bleeding.

目的:比较EXCEL与PARTnER支架单一植入治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的长期有效性和安全性。方法:328例入选患者,分为EXCEL组(175例)与PARTnER组(153例),行PCI治疗并单一植入EXCEL或PARTnER支架。随访12～70个月观察两组MACE的发生率及两组生存时间。结果:两组间MACE发生率及心源性死亡、非致命性心肌梗死、TVR的发生率无统计学差异。两组间生存时间:EXCEL组:(58.77±1.51)个月;PARTnER组:(61.92±1.57)个月;两组生存时间比较,t=0.074,P=0.78。结论:国产生物可降解涂层与不可降解涂层药物支架在急性STEMI PCI治疗中有相似的安全性和有效性。在长期的临床随访中,心源性死亡、非致命性心肌梗死和靶血管血运重建以及MACE的发生率无显著差异。但本研究发现,术后很长时间(>59个月)内,EXCEL药物洗脱支架患者的生存率比PARTnER药物洗脱支架患者的生存率高,在冠心病真实世界中造成该现象可能与样本例数少有关,需要进一步进行多中心、更大样本的研究。

BACKgROUnD Coagulopathy and thromboembolic events are associated with poor outcomes in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** is conflicting evidence on the effects of chronic anticoagulation on mortality and severity of COVID-19 *** To summarize the body of evidence on the effects of pre-hospital anticoagulation on outcomes in COVID-19 *** A Literature search was performed on LitCovid PubMed,WHO,and Scopus databases from inception(December 2019)till June 2023 for original studies reporting an association between prior use of anticoagulants and patient outcomes in adults with *** primary outcome was the risk of thromboembolic events in COVID-19 patients taking *** outcomes included COVID-19 disease severity,in terms of intensive care unit admission or invasive mechanical ventilation/intubation requirement in patients hospitalized with COVID-19 infection,and *** random effects models were used to calculate crude and adjusted odds ratios(aORs)with 95%confidence intervals(95%CIs).RESULTS Forty-six observational studies met our inclusion *** unadjusted analysis found no association between prior anticoagulation and thromboembolic event risk[n=43851,9 studies,odds ratio(OR)=0.67(0.22,2.07);P=0.49;I2=95%].The association between prior anticoagulation and disease severity was non-significant[n=186782;22 studies,OR=1.08(0.78,1.49);P=0.64;I2=89%].However,pre-hospital anticoagulation significantly increased all-cause mortality risk[n=207292;35 studies,OR=1.72(1.37,2.17);Png adjusted estimates revealed a statistically non-significant association between pre-hospital anticoagulation and thromboembolic event risk[aOR=0.87(0.42,1.80);P=0.71],mortality[aOR=0.94(0.84,1.05);P=0.31],and disease severity[aOR=0.96(0.72,1.26);P=0.76].COnCLUSIOn Prehospital anticoagulation was not significantly associated with reduced risk of thromboembolic events,improved survival,and lower disease seve
