Gene Ontology(GO)has been widely used to annotate functions of genes and gene ***,we proposed a new method,Triplet GO,to deduce GO terms of protein-coding and noncoding genes,through the integration of four complementary pipelines built on transcript expression profile,genetic sequence alignment,protein sequence alignment,and naīve *** GO was tested on a large set of 5754 genes from 8 species(human,mouse,Arabidopsis,rat,fly,budding yeast,fission yeast,and nematoda)and 2433 proteins with available expression data from the third Critical Assessment of Protein Function Annotation challenge(CAFA3).Experimental results show that Triplet GO achieves function annotation accuracy significantly beyond the current state-of-the-art *** analyses show that the major advantage of Triplet GO lies in the coupling of a new triplet network-based profiling method with the feature space mapping technique,which can accurately recognize function patterns from transcript expression ***,the combination of multiple complementary models,especially those from transcript expression and protein-level alignments,improves the coverage and accuracy of the final GO annotation *** standalone package and an online server of Triplet GO are freely available at https://***/Triplet GO/.

This study investigated the major ion composition and sources in wet and dry deposition samples collected over 15 months (December 2017 to February 2019) at four stations representing four different land use/cover types on the western side of Lake Kivu basin in D.R. Congo. The samples were collected every 13 days for dry deposition and two to three times per month for wet deposition. Samples were analyzed for major ionic components (Cl-, NO-3, SO2-4, na+, K+, NH+4, Ca2+, CO2-3, HCO-3 and Mg2+). Electrical conductivity and pH were analyzed immediately in the field while major ion measurements were in the laboratory. Results showed the pH of both the dry and the wet depositions were higher than what would have been expected based on equilibration with atmospheric CO2 (pH > 5.6) at all four sites, with conductivity less than 50 μS/cm. The neutralization process in dry and wet atmospheric deposition is due to Ca2+, NH+4, HCO-3 and CO2-3. The anion: cation ratio in dry deposition was close to 1 for Iko and Bukavu, and it was greater than 1.0 (1.1 - 1.2) for Lwiro and Goma in wet deposition. The dominant anions in wet deposition were SO2-4 and NO-3, found around the rural area near cement factory and the urban area near active volcanoes, respectively. The most abundant cation was na+ followed by K+. The enrichment factors and correlation analysis suggest that the main sources of Ca2+, na+ and Mg2+ were disintegration of soil processes, aeolian suspension of soil and volcanic ash, biomass burning and the cement/lime factory around the Lake Kivu basin.

目的设计和评价微测序基因芯片检测结核分枝杆菌(MTB)耐药性的价值。方法于北京结核病临床数据和样本资源库选取MTB实验室标准菌株(H37Rv)和109株MTB临床分离株,采用绝对浓度法进行表型药物敏感性试验(简称“表型药敏试验”)和基因测序法检测MTB耐药相关基因突变(包括inhA、katG、rpsL、gyrA、rrs、eis、rpoB和embB基因)。以荧光标记探针为基本检测原理设计制备微测序基因芯片,检测109株MTB临床分离株耐药基因突变,分析微测序基因芯片的检测效能。结果通过表型药敏试验及基因测序检测,明确了109株MTB临床分离株耐药相关基因(inhA、katG、rpsL、gyrA、rrs、eis、rpoB和embB基因)突变位点及突变形式。微测序耐药检测基因芯片初期设计包含了katG、inhA、rpoB、gyrA、embB、rpsL、rrs和eis基因的目前已报道的所有突变位点的全部已知突变形式,共计220条探针,并确认出67条优秀探针。采用包含67条探针的微测序耐药检测基因芯片对109株MTB临床分离株进行检测。结果发现,与测序结果相比,除检测embB基因突变的2条探针外,其余65条探针检测碱基突变形式的符合率均超过95%,其中42条探针检测的符合率达到100.00%。以测序结果为参照标准,基因芯片检测对embB基因、gyrA基因、inhA基因、katG基因、rpoB基因、rpsL基因、eis基因和rrs基因突变检测的敏感度分别为64.21%(61/95)、80.00%(8/10)、95.83%(23/24)、98.55%(68/69)、92.63%(88/95)、93.85%(61/65)、75.00%(3/4)和94.44%(17/18);特异度分别为92.86%(13/14)、100.00%(99/99)、97.65%(83/85)、87.50%(35/40)、85.71%(12/14)、63.64%(28/44)、100.00%(105/105)和98.90%(90/91);Kappa值分别为0.29、0.88、0.92、0.88、0.68、0.60、0.85、0.93。结论本研究研发设计了一套包含67条探针微测序耐药基因检测芯片,经过初步验证后证明其检测MTB耐药相关基因突变的效能较好,对embB基因的耐药检测探针还需进一步优化,使之更好的满足临床需求。

目的　探讨是否原发性高血压继发于多巴胺受体、G蛋白和na+ H+ 交换体 3(NHE3)的相互作用障碍。方法　为避免第二信使的影响 ,我们采用无细胞质成分的肾小管细胞膜刷状缘进行实验 ,实验对象为高血压产生前 (2～ 3周龄 )和高血压产生后 (12周龄 )的自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR) ,研究多巴胺受体激活剂对SHR肾小管细胞膜刷状缘的NHE活性的抑制作用和对G蛋白亚基与NHE3结合的影响。结果　正常对照鼠 (WKY鼠 )NHE3活性随年龄增长而增强 ,但SHR肾NHE3活性未随年龄变化而改变。SHR与WKY鼠的D1多巴胺受体表达不受年龄影响。多巴胺D1受体激活剂对WKY肾NHE3活性的抑制能力随年龄增长而增强 ,但对SHR的抑制未随年龄变化。多巴胺D1受体激活剂 (Fenoldopam)增加WKY幼鼠Gsα/NHE3结合量与成年鼠相同 ,但使SHR幼鼠Gsα/NHE3结合量减少。结论　多巴胺D1受体激活剂对SHR中NHE3活性的抑制减少早于高血压的形成。

Over the last six years many experiments have been done at the national Ignition Facility to measure the Hugoniot of materials,such asCHplastic at extreme pressures,up to 800 ***“Gbar”design employs a strong spherically converging shock launched through a solid ball of material using a hohlraum radiation *** shock front conditions are characterized using x-ray *** this paper we examine the role of radiation in heating the unshocked material in front of the shock to understand the impact it has on equation of state measurements and how it drives the measured data off the theoretical Hugoniot *** particular,the two main sources of radiation heating are the preheating of the unshocked material by the high-energy kilo-electron-volt x-rays in the hohlraum and the heating of the material in front of the shock,as the shocked material becomes hot enough to radiate *** our model,we estimate that preheating can reach 4 eV in unshocked material,and that radiation heating can begin to drive data off the Hugoniot significantly,as pressures reach above 400 Mb.

患者为青年男性,病程19年,表现为重度黄疸、肝脾大、肝功能异常、轻度贫血及铁蛋白明显增高,血液生化和基因检查证实黄疸为先天性溶血性黄疸合并gilbert综合征。基因二代测序发现溶血性贫血为非常罕见的PIEZO1基因突变导致的遗传性口形红细胞增多症。肝活检和磁共振T2*显像明确肝脏为重度铁过载。遗传性口形红细胞增多症多表现为轻中度贫血,却常合并铁过载,祛铁治疗可改善贫血,而禁忌行脾切除术。

对7轮AES-192的碰撞攻击进行了改进.改进的碰撞攻击是基于gilbert和Minier的攻击过程并且利用了一些AES-192的密钥特性.改进的攻击可以使用2123字节的存储通过大约2120次加密运算来恢复主密钥,此过程比gilbert和Minier的攻击过程提高了224倍而只需增加28倍的存储量.如果保持存储量不变,改进的攻击过程需要大约2127次加密运算.
