Background： The chicken gastrointestinal tract contains a diverse microbiota whose composition and structure play important roles in gut functionality. In this study, microbial shifts resulting from feed supplementation with Bacillus subtilis CSL2 were evaluated in broilers challenged and unchallenged with Salmonella Gallinarum. To analyse bacterial community composition and functionality, 454 GS-FLX pyrosequencing of 16 S r RNA gene amplicons was ***： The Quantitative Insights into Microbial Ecology（QIIME） pipeline was used to analyse changes in the faecal microbiota over a 24-h period. A total of 718,204 sequences from broiler chickens were recorded and analysed. At the phylum level, Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, and Proteobacteria were the predominant bacterial taxa. In Salmonellainfected chickens（SC）, Bacteroidetes were more highly abundant compared to control（NC） and Bacillus-treated（BT）chickens. At the genus level, in the NC and BT groups, Lactobacil us was present at high abundance, and the abundance of Turicibacter, unclassified Enterobacteriaceae, and Bacteroides increased in SC broilers. Furthermore, taxon-independent analysis showed that the SC and BT groups were compositional y distinct at the end of the 24-h period. Further analysis of functional properties showed that B. subtilis CSL2 administration increased gut-associated energy supply mechanisms（i.e. carbohydrate transport and metabolism） to maintain a stable microbiota and protect gut ***： This study demonstrated that S. Gallinarum infection and B. subtilis CSL2 supplementation in the diet of broiler chickens influenced the diversity, composition, and functional diversity of the faecal microbiota. Moreover, the findings offer significant insights to understand potential mechanisms of Salmonel a infection and the mode of action of probiotics in broiler chickens.

Background Smoking and other risk factors have been well known as important factors of variant angina or coronary artery spasm （CAS）. However, clinical features related to age on coronary artery spasm have been rarely evaluated. Methods We evaluated 3155 consecutive patients with insignificant coronary artery lesion. Patients underwent Acetylcholine （Ach） provocation test for induction of CAS. CAS was defined as 〉 70% luminal narrowing of coronary arteries during Ach provocation test. The results of Ach provocation test were compared among age groups; 〈 45 years （Group 1）, 45-54 years （Group 2）, 55-64 years （Group 3）, and 〉_ 65 years （Group 4）. Results Older patients had higher incidence of hypertension, diabetes, but lower incidence rate of current smoking, male sex compared with younger patients. Positive Ach provocation test finding was frequently showed with aging （47.36% vs. 58.3% vs. 62.6% vs. 61.5%; P 〈 0.001）. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that age, male, and myocardial bridge were independent predictors of CAS induced by Ach provocation test. Conclusion Our present study showed that old age was independent predictor for Ach-induced significant coronary artery spasm.

＜正＞In this paper, the permanent magnet synchronous generator of 1.5MW output power which is driven directly without gear system is designed by conventional magnetic equivalent circuit method and analyzed by finite element method for verification of design. We analyzed the characteristics of generator like no load, rated load, short circuit condition and demagnetization of permanent magnet. The last, the analysis results of two kinds of rotor types are compared with each other. Especially the THD （total harmonic distortion） of output voltage is examined for the comparison.

Nonlinear autocorrelation was one of the earliest and simplest tools for obtaining partial temporal information about an ultrashort optical pulse by gating it with ***,since the spectral phase is lost in a conventional autocorrelation measurement,it is insufficient for a full characterization of an ultrafast electric field,requiring additional spectral information for phase ***,we show that introducing an intensity asymmetry into a conventional nonlinear interferometric autocorrelation preserves some spectral phase information within the autocorrelation signal,which enables the full reconstruction of the original electric field,including the direction of time,using only a spectrally integrating *** call this technique Phase-Enabled Nonlinear Gating with Unbalanced Intensity(PENGUIN).It can be applied to almost any existing nonlinear interferometric autocorrelator,making it capable of complete optical field characterization and thus providing an inexpensive and less complex alternative to methods relying on spectral measurements,such as frequency-resolved optical gating(FROG)or spectral phase interferometry for direct electric-field reconstruction(SPIDER).More importantly,PENGUIN allows the precise characterization of ultrafast fields in non-radiative(e.g.,plasmonic)nonlinear optical interactions where spectral information is *** demonstrate this novel technique through simulations and experimentally by measuring the electric field of~6-fs laser pulses from a Ti:sapphire *** results are validated by comparison with the well-established FROG method.

S-allyl-L-cysteine (SAC) is an organosulfur compound derived from aged garlic extract (AGE). Studies have reported that AGE possesses bioprotective capacity, including antidiabetic, antimicrobial, antioxidant, and antitumor effects. The present study examined the protective effects of SAC against carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) induced hepatotoxicity in rats. Ten male Wistar rats aged 11 - 12 weeks were randomly divided into two groups (five rats/group) as control and SAC groups. All rats had ad libitum access to water, and the SAC group received water containing SAC intragastrically (200 mg/kg) once daily for five consecutive weeks. In the fifth experimental week, 50% CCl4 in olive oil (1 mL/kg) was administered intraperitoneally three times a week to induce liver injury in both groups. Rats were sacrificed at 24 hours after the last CCl4 injection, and liver tissues were excised for histopathological, immunohistochemical and antioxidant analyses. Background There are numerous but conflicting data regarding gender differences in outcomes following percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Furthermore, gender differences in clinical outcomes with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) following PCI in Asian population remain uncertain because of the under-representation of Asian in previous trials. Methods A total of 13,104 AMI patients from Korea Acute Myocardial Infarction Registry-National Institute of Health(KAMIR-NIH) between November 2011 and December 2015 were classified into male(n = 8021, 75.9%) and female(n = 2547, 24.1%). We compared the demographic, clinical and angiographic characteristics, 30-days and 1-year major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events(MACCE) in women with those in men after AMI by using propensity score(PS) matching. Results Compared with men, women were older, had more comorbidities and more often presented with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI) and reduced left ventricular systolic function. Over the median follow-up of 363 days, gender differences in both 30-days and 1-year MACCE as well as thrombolysis in myocardial infarction minor bleeding risk were not observed in the PS matched population(30-days MACCE: 5.3% vs. 4.7%, log-rank P = 0.494, HR = 1.126, 95% CI: 0.800-1.585;1-year MACCE: 9.3% vs. 9.0%, log-rank P = 0.803, HR = 1.032, 95% CI: 0.802-1.328;TIMI minor bleeding: 4.9% vs. 3.9%, log-rank P = 0.215, HR = 1.255, 95% CI: 0.869-1.814). Conclusions Among Korean AMI population undergoing contemporary PCI, women, as compared with men, had different clinical and angiographic characteristics but showed similar 30-days and 1-year clinical outcomes. The risk of bleeding after PCI was comparable between men and women during one-year follow up.

本研究的目的是分析韩国家长教育参与政策的历史发展过程与特征。在金泳三政府推动“5.31教育改革”前,家长被视为学校的支持者和志愿者。改革后,家长的社会和法律地位得到改善,开始被认可为教育的权利主体。引入学校管理委员会制度后,家长开始参与学校管理。此外,韩国政府还出台了各种赋权家长的支持政策。然而,这些政策存在如下几个问题:一是学校(教师)和家长之间的“固定关系”(不平衡的权力结构)持续存在;二是政策、规范与环境存在不协调(discord)问题;三是提高教师“协作领导力”的政策力度不够;四是建立双向沟通体制的政策不足;五是家长教育热用作战略资源的政策不足。
