Purpose: While t.ere were numerous c.inic.l examples of oc.lar damage, t.e hist.pat.ology of ret.nal responses was poorly c.arac.erized, and animal model researc. was limit.d. t.e c.nsequenc.s of ret.nal lesions wit. t.adit.onal medic.ne t.eat.ent.were most.y unknown. In t.is work, goldfish was employed as a model for penet.at.ng injury of t.e eyes t. st.dy t.e oc.lar t.auma wit. ant.biot.c.and t.adit.onal medic.ne t.eat.ent.. Mat.rials and Met.ods: t.e penet.at.on of t.e eyes was performed at.2mm above t.e midline of t.e limbus in t.e superior quadrant.wit. an 18-gauge st.rile needle, all t.e way t. t.e ret.na but.avoiding t.e lens while t.e animals were anaest.et.zed in wat.r c.nt.ining 100 mg/L et.yl 3-aminobenzoat. met.anesulfonat. (MS-222). t.e animals were divided int. t.ree groups and rec.ived t.eat.ent. of saline, c.loramphenic.l, and Angong Niuhuang pill (Angong) eyedrops t.ic. a day respec.ively. Angong aft.r seven days, t.e animals were sac.ific.d. Immunohist.c.emic.l evaluat.on of proliferat.ve c.ll nuc.ear ant.gen (Pc.A), brain-derived neurot.ophic.fac.or (BDNF), c.t.lase, and c.eaved c.spase-3, and t.rminal deoxynuc.eot.dyl t.ansferase dUt. nic. end labeling (t.NEL) for apopt.t.c.c.lls were performed on t.e fish’s superior quadrant. of t.e ret.nae. t.e whole experiment.was repeat.d t.o t.mes. Result. It.was evident.t.at.bot. t.e ret.nae t.eat.d wit. c.loramphenic.l and Angong had fewer apopt.t.c.c.lls and more proliferat.ve c.lls, part.c.larly in t.e c.ses of t.e Angong t.eat.ent. BDNF was in t.e inner nuc.ear layer and ganglion c.ll layer of all groups. In t.e c.loramphenic.l and Angong groups, some c.lls in t.e out.r nuc.ear layer displayed BDNF. c.t.lase reac.ions c.nfirmed equivalent.findings t.at.t.e t.eat.d ret.nae wit. c.loramphenic.l or Angong t.eat.ent.had less c.t.lase. c.nc.usion: Angong Niuhuang pill is a t.adit.onal medic.ne c.mposit. formula wit. ant.biot.c.and neuroprot.c.ive effec.s on t.e brain and t.e eyes, and t.is work also point.d

Objec.ive:t. report.t.e c.inic.l mat.rnal and fet.l out.0}mes of pregnant.women wit. c.ronavirus disease 2019(c.VID-19),along wit. any assoc.at.d pregnanc. c.mplic.t.ons,in Hong Kong,c.ina,and t. assess t.e impac. of c.VID-19 vac.inat.on on t.ese ***:t.is prospec.ive regist.y-based observat.onal st.dy inc.uded pregnant.women who were rec.uit.d t.rough c.nvenient.sampling and had a laborat.ry-c.nfirmed severe ac.t. respirat.ry syndrome c.ronavirus 2 infec.ion wit. a c.c.e t.reshold(c.)value result.available on admission t. eight.loc.l hospit.ls in Hong Kong,*** on c.inic.l sympt.ms,laborat.ry result.,medic.l t.eat.ent.,delivery t.ming and mode,and pregnanc. c.mplic.t.ons were ext.ac.ed from t.e Hospit.l Aut.orit.’s elec.ronic.medic.l rec.rd ***,fet.l,and pregnanc. out.0}mes were c.mpared bet.een unvac.inat.d pregnant.women wit. c.VID-19 and t.ose who had rec.ived at.least.one dose of c.VID-19 vac.ine before *** c.nt.nuous variables and c.t.goric.l variables were analyzed using t.e Mann-Whit.ey U t.st.and t.e Pearson’s c.i-squared t.st.respec.ively.A P value less t.an 0.05 was c.nsidered st.t.st.c.lly ***:A t.t.l of 164 pregnant.women were inc.uded,of whom 78(47.56%)were ***-19 was diagnosed before 28 weeks’gest.t.on in 30(18.29%),while 134(81.71%)were diagnosed at.or aft.r 28 weeks’***-t.o(37.80%)women rec.ived at.least.one dose of c.VID-19 *** were no signific.nt.differenc.s bet.een vac.inat.d and unvac.inat.d groups in t.e t.me int.rval bet.een c.VID-19 diagnosis and delivery,t.e c. value,and t.e gest.t.onal age at.infec.ion onset.or delivery(P>0.05).t.e majorit. of women were sympt.mat.c.at.diagnosis regardless of vac.inat.on st.t.s 55(88.71%)in vac.inat.d group vs.78(76.47%)in unvac.inat.d group(P=0.052).Sympt.ms did not.signific.nt.y differ bet.een groups exc.pt.for c.ugh(62.90%vs.47.06%,P=0.049).t.e overall rat. of severe c.VID-19 in pregnant.women was *** t

Hypospadias is t.e most.c.mmon c.ngenit.l anomaly of t.e penis. t.e problem usually develops sporadic.lly and wit.out.an obvious underlying c.use. t.e ec.opic.lly posit.oned uret.ral meat.s lies proximal t. t.e normal sit. and on t.e vent.al aspec. of t.e penis, and in severe c.ses opens ont. t.e sc.ot.m or perineum. t.e foreskin on t.e vent.al surfac. is defic.ent. while t.at.on t.e dorsal surfac. is abundant. giving t.e appearanc. of a dorsal hood. c.ordee is more c.mmon in severe c.ses. c.ypt.rc.idism and inguinal hernia are t.e most.c.mmon assoc.at.d anomalies. t.e frequenc. of assoc.at.d anomalies inc.eases wit. t.e severit. of hypospadias. For isolat.d ant.rior or middle hypospadias, laborat.ry st.dies are not.usually nec.ssary. Sc.eening for urinary t.ac. anomalies should be c.nsidered in pat.ent. wit. post.rior hypospadias and in t.ose wit. an anomaly of at.least.one addit.onal organ syst.m. t.e ideal age for surgic.l repair in a healt.y c.ild is bet.een 6 and 12 mont.s of age. Most.c.ses c.n be repaired in a single operat.on and on an out.at.ent.basis. Even pat.ent. wit. a less t.an perfec. surgic.l result.are usually able t. enjoy a sat.sfac.ory sexual life.
