最新研究发现“单克隆B细胞群”并不能诊断为淋巴系统恶性肿瘤,其促使人们探索淋巴瘤的发生机制、B细胞前体转化成真正淋巴组织增殖性疾病的致病因子。单克隆B淋巴细胞扩增,最初在不同健康个体的外周血中发现,因此定义为单克隆B淋巴细胞增多症（monoclonalB-celllym-phocytosis,MBL）,同时分析显示许多患者与慢性淋巴细胞性白血病（chroniclymphocyticleukemia,CLL）具有相似的免疫表型。依据B细胞数量的不同,临床相关性也不同：高数量MBL被认为是肿瘤前期状态,且每年以1%-2%的比率进展成CLL;而低数量的MBL可存在多年。目前,临床上尚未显示与真正白血病相关。非CLL-样的MBL代表一小部分病例,其临床及生物学意义仍不清楚。原位滤泡淋巴瘤（follicularlymphoma,FL）和套细胞淋巴瘤（mantlecelllym-phoma,MCL）是以非典型淋巴样细胞的定位为特点,分别具有生发中心t（14;18）（q32;q21）或套区t（11;14）（q13;q32）易位,且有正常细胞对应体存在。生发中心或套区为这些携带致癌基因的细胞提供恰当的微环境,促进其生存或增殖。然而这些病变进展成真正淋巴瘤的机率较低,也许需要其他基因改变的蓄积。因此,这些淋巴组织增殖的患者应受到更多的关注。

BACKGROUND Chromofungin(CHR:chromogranin-A 47-66)is a chromogranin-A derived peptide with anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial *** colitis(UC)is characterized by a colonic decrease of CHR and a dysregulation of dendritic CD11c+*** To investigate the association between CHR treatment and dendritic cells(DCs)-related markers in different immune compartments in *** A model of acute UC-like colitis using dextran sulphate sodium(DSS)was used in addition to biopsies collected from UC *** Intrarectal CHR treatment reduced the severity of DSS-induced colitis and was associated with a significant decrease in the expression of CD11c,CD40,CD80,CD86 and interleukin(IL)-12p40 in the inflamed colonic mucosa and CD11c,CD80,CD86 IL-6 and IL-12p40 within the mesenteric lymph nodes and the ***,CHR treatment decreased CD80 and CD86 expression markers of splenic CD11c+cells and decreased NF-κB expression in the colon and of splenic CD11c+*** vitro,CHR decreased CD40,CD80,CD86 IL-6 and IL-12p40 expression in naïve bone marrow-derived CD11c+DCs stimulated with *** studies demonstrated an impact of CHR on the NF-κB *** patients with active UC,CHR level was reduced and showed a negative linear relationship with CD11c and *** CHR has protective properties against intestinal inflammation via the regulation of DC-related markers and CD11c+*** could be a potential therapy of UC.

On the basis of adding the bond functions (3s 3p 2d) to the basis sets 6-311G ( 2d 2p ) for increasing the efficiency of the basis sets , we have carried out the Mp2 calculations of nonlinear optical properties includintg dipole moment uo,polarizibili- ty ao and hyperpolarizability , for CH4-nFn (n = 1 , 2 , 3). The results are in good a- greement with those of experimentsl The roles of the bond functions in the calcula- tions are shown , i. e., the improved values of the properties are about 2%-7% at the SCF level and about 6%-30% at the correlated level (Mp2). It is shown that the more important role of the bond functions in calculating is the im- provement of the effects of the corrections of electronic correlations and the increase of the effects is in the order of. In addition , it is also shown that the cal-, culated value of a property does not change with the bond-function location in our calculations except for the regions close to the nuclei in a molecule.

purpose: Fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS) can be given with at least three modalities: Gamma Knife, with the noninvasive frameless extend system (GKE);linear accelerator-based volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT);and intensity-modulated proton therapy (IMpT). We extracted treatment plans for patients who had received FSRS with GKE for recurrent skull base or intracranial tumors, created corresponding plans for VMAT and IMpT, and compared the quality of the three sets of plans. Methods and materials: plans were extracted for 9 patients with recurrent malignant skull-base tumors (n = 6) or large intracranial tumors (n = 3) who had received FSRS with GKE (median dose 24 Gy in 3 fractions) in 2013 through 2015. plans for VMAT were generated with a TrueBeam STx LINAC machine using 6-MV photons, and plans for IMpT were generated with multi-field optimization. The optimized VMAT and IMpT plans were normalized to achieve the best possible target coverage while meeting the same dose-volume constraints on organs at risk (OARs) as the GKE plans. plans were evaluated on the basis of target coverage, conformity index, homogeneity index, gradient index, and treatment efficiency. Results: The median target volume was 10.2 cm3 (range 1.9 - 33.8 cm3). The VMAT and IMpT plans met all OAR constraints, and target coverage and conformity were comparable among all plans. VMAT and IMpT plans showed significantly better target uniformity and treatment delivery efficiency (p p Conclusion: FSRS for skull base and large intracranial lesions delivered by VMAT and IMpT can achieve comparable target coverage, conformity, and sparing of critical structure as the GKE while providing superior target uniformity and treatment delivery efficiency. The GKE had superior high-dose gradients outside the target and thus better protected surrounding normal structures.

HIGH ACCURATE SOLUTION OF INCOMpRESSIBLE VISCOUS FLOW WITH pRIMATIVE VARIABLE

This paper presents a higher order difference scheme for the computation of the incompressible viscous flows. The discretization of the two-dimensional incompressible viscous Navier-Stokes equations, in generalized curvilinear coordinates and tensor formulation, is based on a non-staggered grid. The momentum equations are integrated in time using the four-stage explicit Runge-Kutta algorithm [1] and discretized in space using the fourth-order accurate compact scheme [2]. The pressure-poisson equation is discretized using the nine-point compact scheme. In order to satisfy the continuity constraint and ensure the smoothness of pressure field, an optimum procedure to derive a discrete pressure equation is proposed [9][3] . The method is applied to calculate the driven cavity flow on a stretched grid with the Reynolds numbers from 100 to 10000. The numerical results are in very good agreement with the results obtained by ghia et al [7] and include the periodic solutions for high Reynolds numbers.
