BAcKGROUND As Hepatitis c virus infection(HcV+)rates in kidney donors and transplant recipients rise,direct-acting antivirals(DAA)may affect *** To analyze the effects of HcV+in donors,recipients,or both,on deceased-donor(DD)kidney transplantation(KT)outcomes,and the impact of DAAs on those *** The Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network data of adult first solitary DD-KT recipients 1994-2019 were allocated into four groups by donor and recipient HcV+*** performed patient survival(PS)and death-censored graft survival(DcGS)pairwise comparisons after propensity score matching to assess the effects of HcV+in donors and/or recipients,stratifying our study by DAA era to evaluate potential effect *** Pre-DAA,for HcV+recipients,receiving an HcV+kidney was associated with 1.28-fold higher mortality(HR 1.151.281.42)and 1.22-fold higher death-censored graft failure(HR 1.***.221.39)compared to receiving an HcV-kidney and the absolute risk difference was 3.3%(95%cI:1.8%-4.7%)for PS and 3.1%(95%cI:1.2%-5%)for DcGS at 3 *** HcV dual-infection(donor plus recipient)group had worse PS(0.56-fold)and DcGS(0.71-fold)than the *** HcV+derived worse post-transplant outcomes than recipient HcV+(PS 0.36-fold,DcGS 0.34-fold).In the DAA era,the risk associated with HcV+in donors and/or recipients was no longer statistically significant,except for impaired PS in the dual-infected vs dual-uninfected(0.43-fold).cONcLUSION Prior to DAA introduction,donor HcV+negatively influenced kidney transplant outcomes in all recipients,while recipient infection only relatively impaired outcomes for uninfected *** adverse effects disappeared with the introduction of DAA.

以单个磁性中心的NiO以及由co和Ni等元素构成的双磁性中心的纳米结构为例,总结了近年所做的主要工作.为了在理论上实现磁性纳米结构中的超快自旋翻转和转移,提出了一种称为Λ进程(Λprocess)的超快自旋转换机理.在实际计算中,首先采用量子化学第一性原理计算得到磁性纳米结构中精确的隙间d电子态,然后考虑外加磁场和自旋轨道耦合分析磁性原子中的自旋局域化程度,最后引入激光脉冲项,研究在其作用下材料的自旋态经由Λ进程实现转换的时间历程.研究结果表明自旋翻转和转移可以在线偏振光的作用下在亚皮秒的时间尺度内完成.为了进一步实现对磁性分子自旋操控的检测和监控,采用附加于磁性中心上的cO分子对磁性分子进行标记.计算得到的与自旋态相关的c—O键振动频率表明自旋操控可以较容易地经由红外光谱实验间接监控.

Enrichment analysis methods, e.g., gene set enrichment analysis, represent one class of important bio- informatical resources for mining patterns in biomedical datasets. However, tools for inferring patterns and rules of a list of drugs are limited. In this study, we developed a web-based tool, DrugPattern, for drug set enrichment analysis. We first collected and curated 7019 drug sets, including indications, adverse reactions, targets, pathways, etc. from public databases. For a list of interested drugs, DrugPat- tern then evaluates the significance of the enrichment of these drugs in each of the 7019 drug sets. To validate DrugPattern, we employed it for the prediction of the effects of oxidized low-density lipoprotein （oxLDL）, a factor expected to be deleterious. We predicted that oxLDL has beneficial effects on some diseases, most of which were supported by evidence in the literature. Because DrugPattern predicted the potential beneficial effects of oxLDL in type 2 diabetes （T2D）, animal experiments were then performed to further verify this prediction. As a result, the experimental evidences validated the DrugPattern prediction that oxLDL indeed has beneficial effects on T2D in the case of energy restriction. These data confirmed the prediction accuracy of our approach and revealed unexpected protective roles for oxLDL in various diseases. This study provides a tool to infer patterns and rules in biomedical datasets based on drug set enrichment analysis.

自旋翻转和自旋转移是实现基于内嵌富勒体系自旋逻辑功能器件设计的先决条件.本文以双磁性中心内嵌富勒烯Y_2c_2@c8_2-c_2(1)体系为例,采用第一性原理计算方法,结合Λ进程理论模型和自编的遗传算法程序,在该内嵌富勒烯体系中分别实现了亚皮秒时间尺度内的自旋翻转和自旋转移过程.计算结果表明,优化后的内嵌Y_2c_2团簇结构和实验得到的各项数据基本吻合,并且会对外部的c8_2-c_2(1)笼结构产生一定的排斥力,但由于富勒烯笼状结构具有很强的稳定性,所以整个体系仍然保持碳笼结构的完整性.通过对自旋密度分布与激光脉冲作用下自旋期望值演化的具体分析,经由Λ进程的自旋翻转是基于两个Y元素的整体自旋翻转;自旋转移则源自两个磁性中心以及碳笼之间在激光脉冲作用下的自旋密度重新分布.本文结果揭示了Y_2c_2@c8_2-c_2(1)体系中的超快自旋动力学机理,可望为基于实际内嵌富勒烯分子的自旋逻辑功能器件设计提供理论依据.

In this paper the operation of a three level H-bridge converter as well as its parallel operations is analyzed and simulated on the computer. Based on the simulation results the operating behavior between （a） a three level H-bridge neutral point clamped convener, （b） a three level back-to-back H-bridge neutral point clamped convener, （c） two three level H-bridge neutral point clamped converters parallel connected is being compared. From the simulation results it is obvious that in the first two cases the ripples, the distortion in primary and secondary winding currents, and the power factor are quite satisfactory and almost identical to each other. In the third case as compared with the first two, it is observed that current harmonics with higher amplitude appear in the primary winding of the transformer.

This paper deals with the investigation of the behavior of a low speed, dual rotor-single coreless stator, axial flux permanent magnet synchronous machine for small power applications. Firstly, with the use of nonlinear 3D FEM electromagnetic analysis, four models with different magnet topologies are designed, simulated and compared. With criteria such as output power, power factor and torque ripple, the best performing model is selected and a further investigation, regarding the effect of the disk rotor material on the behavior of the machine, is conducted. The simulation results show how the different types of commercially available steel types affect the magnetic field and the performance of the machine.
