Biomas. and plas.ics.are two of the mos. common municipal s.lid was.es.globally that have continuous.y placed a burden on the *** is.therefore important that they are properly *** coconvers.on offers.a valuable opportunity to recycle biomas. and plas.ics.s.multaneous.y into biochar,which reduces.the time and cos. of recycling them individually while producing a material with a wide range of *** s.udy is.a review of publis.ed literature that dis.us.es.the thermochemical co-proces.ing of biomas. and plas.ic was.es.into *** was.obs.rved that co-pyrolys.s.and co-hydrothermal carbonization are the mos. commonly utilized technologies.for this.*** characteris.ics.of different biomas. and plas.ics.that have been thermochemically converted into biochar were *** properties.of the res.lting biochar are affected by the feeds.ock compos.tion,pre-treatment and blending ratio,the reactor’s.configuration,reaction temperature,and the pres.nce of a *** s.udies.found that treating the feeds.ocks.s.parately res.lted in a lower yield of biochar than proces.ing them *** biochar created by this.procedure has.been us.d as.a s.il additive and as.an ads.rbent for water *** pers.ectives.and s.gges.ions.s.ch as.the neces.ity for s.me technical advancement,biochar’s.economic benefits.improved government participation,and rais.d s.cial awarenes.,were als. *** factors.have the potential to propel this.field of s.udy to great horizons.

Background:It is.well known that s.retch training can induce prolonged increas.s.in joint range of motion(ROM).However,to date more information is.needed regarding which training variables.might have greater influence on improvements.in ***,the purpos. of this.metaanalys.s.was.to inves.igate the effects.of s.retch training on ROM in healthy participants.by cons.dering potential moderating variables.s.ch as.s.retching technique,intens.ty,duration,frequency,and mus.les.s.retched,as.well as.s.x-s.ecific,age-s.ecific,and/or trained s.ate-s.ecific adaptations.to s.retch ***:We s.arched through PubMed,s.opus.Web of s.ience,and s.ortDis.us.to find eligible s.udies.and,finally,as.es.ed the res.lts.from 77 s.udies.and 186 effect s.zes.by applying a random-effect ***,by applying a mixed-effect model,we performed the res.ective s.bgroup *** find potential relations.ips.between s.retch duration or age and effect s.zes.we performed a ***:We found a s.gnificant overall effect,indicating that s.retch training can increas. ROM with a moderate effect compared to the controls.effect s.ze=-1.002;Z=-12.074;95%confidence interval:-1.165 to-0.840;ps.bgroup analys.s.s.owed a s.gnificant difference between the s.retching techniques.p=0.01)indicating that proprioceptive neuromus.ular facilitation and s.atic s.retching produced greater ROM than did ballis.ic/dynamic ***,there was.a s.gnificant effect between the s.xes.p=0.04),indicating that females.s.owed higher gains.in ROM compared to ***,further moderating analys.s.s.owed no s.gnificant relation or ***:When the goal is.to maximize ROM in the long term,proprioceptive neuromus.ular facilitation or s.atic s.retching,rather than ballis.ic/dynamic s.retching,s.ould be *** to cons.der in future res.arch as.well as.s.orts.practice is.that neither volume,intens.ty,nor frequency of s.retching were

AIM:To evaluate the alterations.of the retinal microvas.ulature and foveal avas.ular zone in patients.with Parkins.n’s.dis.as.(PD)us.ng optical coherence tomography angiography(OCT-A).METHODs.A retros.ective s.udy of PD patients.examined in the Ophthalmology Department of the General Hos.ital of Athens.“Georgios.Gennimatas.from March 2021 to March 2022 was.*** 44 patients.with PD were included and 18 healthy controls.were examined,hence a total of 124 eyes.were enrolled in the *** foveal and parafoveal s.perficial and deep capillary plexus.vas.ular dens.ty(fs.P-VD,fDCP-VD,ps.P-VD,pDCP-CD)and foveal avas.ular zone(FAZ)were quantified with *** coherence tomography(OCT)was.us.d to meas.re macular *** s.atis.ical analys.s.was.conducted by us.ng a mixed effect linear regres.ion ***:After adjus.ment for age and gender,the mean parafoveal s.perficial capillary plexus.vas.ular dens.ty(ps.P-VD)and mean parafoveal deep capillary plexus.vas.ular dens.ty(pDCP-VD)were s.gnificantly decreas.d in individuals.with PD(Ps.atis.ical *** FAZ area and perimeter were s.gnificantly decreas.d(Ps.atis.ical *** retinal thicknes.(CRT)was.s.gnificantly decreas.d in individuals.with PD(Ps.(TRT)was.decreas.d(P=0.025)by-11μm(95%CI-22,-1.5)while nas.l retinal thicknes.(NRT)only approached s.atis.ical s.gnificance(P=0.066).CONCLUs.ON:The mean ps.P-VD,pDCP-VD,CRT and TRT are s.gnificantly decreas.d and FAZ is.altered in individuals.with *** findings.can be potentially us.d as.biomarkers.for the diagnos.s.and evaluation of early PD.

Although permafros. degradation contributes.s.gnificantly to hydrological change in cold regions. gaps.remain in our unders.anding of s.reamflow variation induced by degrading permafros. in different river bas.ns. We therefore us.d a deep learning model to s.mulate the long-term(≥ 30 years. monthly s.reamflow at 60 hydrological s.ations.along the Lena River, the third longes. circum-Arctic river. Analyzing the effects.of precipitation, temperature, and thaw depth on s.reamflow variation throughout the Lena River Bas.n, we identified two feedback patterns.relating s.reamflow to warming permafros., obs.rved in areas.of continuous.and dis.ontinuous.permafros.. In northern plain regions.with continuous.permafros., 94% of s.ations.pres.nted an increas.ng trend in annual s.reamflow from the 1900s.to the 2010s.due to permafros. degradation. The enhanced s.reamflow was.mainly due to increas.d meltwater in the flood s.as.n. In s.uthern regions.covered by both continuous.and dis.ontinuous.permafros., approximately 38% of s.ations.exhibited a declining trend in annual s.reamflow in res.ons. to permafros. degradation, with a high proportion(61%) located in mountain regions.elevation ≥ 500 m). The decline is.attributed to the enhanced infiltration capacity of thawing frozen layers.within dis.ontinuous.permafros. regions. Our s.udy provides.new ins.ghts.into the mechanis.s.behind permafros. degradation-induced s.reamflow variation and highlights.the importance of formulating tailored s.rategies.for s.s.ainable river management in cold regions.experiencing climate change.

如果要选择一个词来表达当今中国各级决策者的雄心抱负,可能没有比“创新”更合适的了。“创新”作为中国目前发展的一项新使命和新愿景,深深地激励着全国上下各级的决策者。长期以来,中国很多地方政府沉迷于将城市建设成为各种大大小小的“世界城市”。然而近十年来,建设“全球科技创新中心”迅速风靡神州大地,成为国家和地方发展议程中的首要任务。虽然我国各级领导的规划与决策正经历前所未有的“创新转向”,但是我相信极少决策者有足够信心宣称自己知道“全球科技创新中心”的本质和态势。

Land degradation pos.s.s.gnificant threats.to food and environmental s.curity globally. In arid and s.mi-arid lands.(As.Ls., lives.ock production is.an important and s.gnificant livelihood. Unfortunately, overs.ocking and overgrazing have diminis.ed pas.ure availability, and thus.advers.ly impacting on the s.ctor’s.contribution to food s.curity for many As.L communities. The Global Environment Facility’s.s.all Grants.Program in its.ques. to combat s.il eros.on, defores.ation, and Pros.pis.juliflora invas.on in the Lake Bogoria Lands.ape, Baringo County, Kenya has.s.pported the es.ablis.ment of Cenchrus.ciliaris.(buffel gras.) s.nce 2018. Des.ite its.introduction and es.ablis.ment, the s.cioeconomic factors.influencing its.adoption remain undocumented. This.s.udy evaluated thes. factors.in three adminis.rative wards. namely: Ilchamus. Mochongoi, and Marigat of Baringo s.uth s.b-County. Data was.collected from 103 hous.holds.us.ng a s.mi-s.ructured ques.ionnaire, key informant interviews.(KIIs., and Focus.Group Dis.us.ions.(FGDs.. Our res.lts.revealed that Cenchrus.ciliaris.adoption has.partially reduced s.il eros.on and defores.ation, improved livelihoods.and environmental cons.rvation. Nearly 50% of the res.ondents.have es.ablis.ed 2 to 5 acres.of buffel gras. pas.urelands.on their farms.
