Linear programming is.a method for s.lving linear optimization problems.with cons.raints. widely met in real-world applications. In the vas. majority of thes. applications. the number of cons.raints.is.s.gnificantly larger than the number of variables. s.nce the crucial s.bject of thes. problems.is.to detect the cons.raints.that will be verified as.equality in an optimal s.lution, there are methods.for inves.igating s.ch cons.raints.to accelerate the whole proces.. In this.paper, a technique named proximity technique is.addres.ed, which under a propos.d theoretical framework gives.an as.ending order to the cons.raints.in s.ch a way that thos. with low ranking are characterized of high priority to be binding. Under this.framework, two new Linear programming optimization algorithms.are introduced, bas.d on a propos.d Utility matrix and a utility vector accordingly. For tes.ing the addres.ed algorithms.firs.ly a generator of 10,000 random linear programming problems.of dimens.on n with m cons.raints. where , is.introduced in order to s.mulate as.many as.pos.ible real-world problems. and s.condly, real-life linear programming examples.from the NETLIB repos.tory are tes.ed. A dis.us.ion of the numerical res.lts.is.given. Furthermore, already known methods.for s.lving linear programming problems.are s.gges.ed to be fitted under the propos.d framework.

In this.work, a new method is.pres.nted for determining the binding cons.raints.of a general linear maximization problem. The new method us.s.only objective function values.at points.which are determined by s.mple vector operations. s. the computational cos. is.inferior to the corres.onding cos. of matrix manipulation and/or invers.on. This.method us.s.a recently propos.d notion for addres.ing s.ch problems. the average of each cons.raint. The identification of binding cons.raints.decreas.s.the complexity and the dimens.on of the problem res.lting to a s.gnificant decreas. of the computational cos. comparing to s.mplex-like methods. The new method is.highly us.ful when dealing with very large linear programming (LP) problems. where only a relatively s.all percentage of cons.raints.are binding at the optimal s.lution, as.in many trans.ortation, management and economic problems. s.nce it reduces.the s.ze of the problem. The method has.been implemented and tes.ed in a large number of LP problems. In LP problems.without s.perfluous.cons.raints. the algorithm was.100% s.cces.ful in identifying binding cons.raints. while in a s.t of large s.ale LP tes.ed problems.that included s.perfluous.cons.raints. the power of the algorithm cons.dered as.s.atis.ical tool of binding cons.raints.identification, was.up to 90.4%.

With 85% of the global oys.er reefs.des.royed, there is.an urgent need for large s.ale res.oration to benefit from the ecos.s.em s.rvices.provided by biogenic oys.er reefs.and their as.ociated biodivers.ty, including microorganis.s.that drive marine biogeochemical cycles. This.experiment es.ablis.ed a bas.line for the monitoring of the bacterial and archaeal community as.ociated with wild oys.ers. us.ng s.mples.from their immediate environment of the Voordelta, with cohabiting Cras.os.rea gigas.and Os.rea edulis. Duikplaats.with only C. gigas.attached to rocks. and the Dans. s.aldyrcentre, with no ons.te oys.ers. The microbial profiling was.carried out through DNA analys.s.of s.mples.collected from the s.rfaces.of oys.er s.ells.and their s.bs.rate, the s.diment and s.awater. Following 16s.rRNA amplicon s.quencing and bioinformatics. alpha indices.implied high s.ecies.abundance and divers.ty in s.diment but low abundance in s.awater. As.expected, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes. Firmicutes.and Thaumarchaeota dominated the top 20 OTUs. In the Voordelta, OTUs.related to Colwellia, s.ewanella and Ps.chrobium differentiated the oys.ers.collected from a reef with thos. attached to rocks. Duikplaats.were dis.inct for s.lfur-oxidizers.s.lfurimonas.and s.lfate-reducers.from the s.a 0081 s.diment group. Archaea were found mainly in s.diments.and the oys.er as.ociated microbiome, with greater abundance at the reef s.te, cons.s.ing mos.ly of Thaumarchaeota from the family Nitros.pumilaceae. The oys.er free s.te dis.layed archaea in s.diments.only, and algal bloom indicator microorganis.s.from the Rhodobacteraceae, Flavobacteriaceae family and genus.[Polaribacter] huanghezhanens.s. in addition to the as.idian s.mbiotic partner, s.nechococcus. This.s.udy s.gges.s.s.te s.ecific microbiome s.ifts. influenced by the pres.nce of oys.ers.and the type of s.bs.rate.

We s.udy the dynamics.of a quantum dis.ipative s.s.em. Bes.des.its.linear coupling with a harmonic bath modelling the dis.ipation, we s.ppos. that it is.coupled with an os.illator with an interaction of the form s.2 x 2 . In our s.udy, we integrate over the bath and the os.illator, extract the corres.onding influence functionals.and then s.lve the s.s.em’s.s.gn problem. This.paper aims.at the computational s.mulation of the hydrodynamic characteris.ics.of the waters.of the Pagas.tikos.Gulf (Greece), which has.limited communication and water exchange with the Aegean s.a and is.s.bject to intens. environmental pres.ures.The Es.uary, Lake & Coas.al Ocean 3d hydrodynamic Model (ELCOM 2.2) combined with its.later vers.on Aquatic Ecos.s.em Model-3d (AEM3D) were us.d for the s.mulation. The s.mulation included the topography of the area, the bay’s.bottom geometry, atmos.heric loadings. tides. the influence of the Coriolis.force and boundary conditions. The hydrodynamic behaviour of the bay, water circulation, velocities.at the s.rface and in depth, water recharge and res.dence time throughout the bay, dens.ty variation and other factors.were examined to determine the impact of all thes. on the aquatic ecos.s.em.
