In recent years, multimode fiber(MMF) has become an important tool for high-resolution endoscopic imaging in narrow channels(e.g., in the brain via needles or inside blood vessels) due to its high mode density and fine diameter, typically despread deployment in applications is that realistic perturbations, including bending, twisting and changes in temperature, cause unacceptable image degradation.

In this paper, we deal with nonlinear ill-posed problems involving m-accretive mappings in Banach spaces. We consider a derivative and inverse free method for the imple- mentation of Lavrentiev regularization method. Using general HSlder type source condition we obtain an optimal order error estimate. Also we consider the adaptive parameter choice strategy proposed by Pereverzev and Schock （2005） for choosing the regularization parameter.

We present a novel approach for tailoring the laser induced surface topography upon femtosecond(fs)pulsed laser *** method employs spatially controlled double fs laser pulses to actively regulate the hydrodynamic microfluidic motion of the melted layer that gives rise to the structures *** pulse train used,in particular,consists of a previously unexplored spatiotemporal intensity combination including one pulse with Gaussian and another with periodically modulated intensity distribution created by direct Laser Interference Patterning(dLIP).The interpulse delay is appropriately chosen to reveal the contribution of the microfluidic melt flow,while it is found that the sequence of the Gaussian and dLIP pulses remarkably influences the surface profile *** also demonstrate that both the spatial intensity of the double pulse and the effective number of pulses per irradiation spot can further be modulated to control the formation of complex surface *** underlying physical processes behind the complex patterns’generation were interpreted in terms of a multiscale model combining electron excitation with melt *** believe that this work can constitute a significant step forward towards producing laser induced surface structures on demand by tailoring the melt microfluidic phenomena.

The deep-towed Acoustics and Geophysics System (dTAGS) is a high frequency (220-820 Hz) multichannel seismic system towed about 300 m above *** to the conventional surface-towed seismic system,the dTAGS system is characterized by its shorter wavelength (d greater sampling in wavenumber space,so it has unique advantages in distinguishing fine sedimentary layers and geological *** the near-bottom configuration and wide high-frequency bandwidth,the precise source and hydrophone positioning is the basement of subsequent seismic imaging and velocity analysis,and thus the quality of array geometry inversion is the key of dTAGS data *** the application of exploration for marine gas hydrate on mid-slope of northern Cascadia margin,the dTAGS system has shown high vertical and lateral resolution images of the sedimentary and structural features of the Cucumber Ridge (a carbonate mound) and Bullseye Vent (a cold vent),and provided abundant information for the evaluation of gas hydrate concentration and the mechanism of fluid flow that controls the formation and distribution of gas hydrate.

Acute primary immune responses tend to focus on few immunodominant determinants using a very limited number of T cell clones for expansion, whereas chronic inflammatory responses generally recruit a large number of different T cell clones to attack a broader range of determinants of the invading pathogens or the inflamed tissues. In T cell-mediated organ-specific autoimmune disease, a transition from the acute to the chronic phase contributes to pathogenesis, and the broadening process is called determinant spreading. The cellular components catalyzing the spreading reaction are not identified. It has been suggested that autoreactive B cells may play a central role in diversifying autoreactive T cell responses, possibly through affecting antigen processing and presentation. The clonal identity and diversity of the B cells and antibodies seem critical in regulating T cell activity and subsequent tissue damage or repair. Here, we use two autoimmune animal models, experimental autoimmune thyroiditis （EAT） and type 1 diabetes （T1d）, to discuss how autoreactive B cells or antibodies alter the processing and presentation of autoantigens to regulate specific T cell response. Hepatitis C(HCV)is a viral infection that affects an estimated 71 million people worldwide,with over 1 million new infec-tions *** medical treatments exist,HCV continues to be a significant public health *** prevention and transmission risk factor identification remain key in helping decrease disease *** intravenous drug use,healthcare exposure(*** transfusions and surgical care),and body modification(*** and piercings)are well accepted risk factors for HCV transmission,others remain *** dental practice is often asso-ciated with procedures and bleeding,the possibility of HCV transmission seemed reasonable to ***,we review the evidence for dental care as a potential risk factor for HCV *** identified a total of 1,180 manu-scripts related to HCV and dental care,of which 26 manu-scripts were included in the study after exclusionary criteria were *** per our review of the available literature,in the developing world,the improper use of sterile technique and lack of provider education likely increases the risk of HCV transmission during dental *** developed nations,on the other hand,general dental care does not appear to be a significant risk factor for HCV transmission in non-intravenous drug user patients;although,the improper use and reuse of anesthetics during procedures poses a rare potential risk for viral transmission.

In the present era,the competitive producers are forced to use maximally newer advanced technology and its effective fast implementation using various available tools for synthesis of new product *** of current state of art computer aided technology supports the creation of flexible assemblies and their built up though unified modular *** design of robotic mechanism is a complex process involving geometric,kinematic,singularity analyses during its synthesis *** present work is aimed at the effective utilization of CAx system Pro/Engineer tools for creation,ease in modifi-cation and analysis of spatial parallel *** degrees of freedom of 3-PRS parallel manipulator is obtained using mobility *** manipulator with 3-dOF with 3-PRS configuration is *** kinematics simulation of the robot is carried out using mechanism simulation and compared with closed form *** concept of reachable,orientation and dexterous workspace is *** tip coordinates obtained through simulation are plotted for workspace *** and outer workspace boundaries are developed and analyzed for four different cases to understand the problem of interior singularity within workspace.
