The core collection of red-seeded winter hexaploid triticale with different pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) resistance has been evaluated for the allelic structure of the gene ViViPAROUS-1B (Vp-1B) with STS molecular marker. The discovered structure of the collection was as follows: 50.0% and 41.7% of the collection carries Vp-1Bа and Vp-1Bc alleles, respectively, while 8,3% possesses both of them. As a result of the seed color estimation, the collection has been divided into two groups: with dark red seeds and light red seeds. The allele Vp-1Bc has appeared to be associated with PHS resistance while Vp-1Ba with PHS susceptibility in the triticale accessions with light red seeds only. The influence of the seed color and allelic state of Vp-1B on PHS resistance in triticale is discussed.

An invasive biopsy followed by histological staining is the benchmark for pathological diagnosis of skin *** process is cumbersome and time-consuming,often leading to unnecessary biopsies and *** noninvasive optical technologies such as reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)can provide label-free,cellular-level resolution,in vivo images of skin without performing a *** RCM is a useful diagnostic tool,it requires specialized training because the acquired images are grayscale,lack nuclear features,and are difficult to correlate with tissue ***,we present a deep learning-based framework that uses a convolutional neural network to rapidly transform in vivo RCM images of unstained skin into virtually-stained hematoxylin and eosin-like images with microscopic resolution,enabling visualization of the epidermis,dermal-epidermal junction,and superficial dermis *** network was trained under an adversarial learning scheme,which takes ex vivo RCM images of excised unstained/label-free tissue as inputs and uses the microscopic images of the same tissue labeled with acetic acid nuclear contrast staining as the ground *** show that this trained neural network can be used to rapidly perform virtual histology of in vivo,label-free RCM images of normal skin structure,basal cell carcinoma,and melanocytic nevi with pigmented melanocytes,demonstrating similar histological features to traditional histology from the same excised *** application of deep learning-based virtual staining to noninvasive imaging technologies may permit more rapid diagnoses of malignant skin neoplasms and reduce invasive skin biopsies.

On an example of spontaneous changes 5,7-di-tert-butylspiro (2,5) octa-4,7-diene-6-one at room temperature, a new example of condensations in a solid station is opened. The single crystal of 2-(3’, 5'-di-tert-butyl-4'-hydroxy-phenyl)-ethyloxy-p-cresole is produced as result of a structure transformation 5,7-di-tert-butylspiro (2,5) octa-4,7-diene-6-one in a solid phase at room temperature except a single crystal at transformation 5,7-di-tert-butylspiro (2,5) octa-4,7-diene-6-one a new substance is formed too. Spectrums 1Н and 13С NMR differ from similar spectrums of initial compound and the single crystal. New substance represents an admixture of isomeric compounds, capable reversible to be transformed in initial 5,7-di-tert-butylspiro(2,5) octa-4,7-diene-6-one and 2-(3’, 5'-di-tert-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyloxy-p-cresole.

For terahertz wave applications,tunable and rapid modulation is highly *** studied by means of optical pump-terahertz probe spectroscopy,single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)thin films demonstrated ultrafast carrier recombination lifetimes with a high relative change in the signal under optical excitation,making them promising candidates for high-speed ***,combination of SWCNT thin films and stretchable substrates facilitated studies of the SWCNT mechanical properties under strain and enabled the development of a new type of an optomechanical *** applying a certain strain to the SWCNT films,the effective sheet conductance and therefore modulation depth can be fine-tuned to optimize the designed *** exhibited a photoconductivity change of approximately 2 times of magnitude under the strain because of the structural modification in the SWCNT *** was used to control the terahertz signal with a modulation depth of around 100%without strain and 65%at a high strain operation of 40%.The sensitivity of modulators to beam polarization is also shown,which might also come in handy for the design of a stretchable *** results give a fundamental grounding for the design of high-sensitivity stretchable devices based on SWCNT films.

Modern medicine has achieved much progress in the field of medical and surgical repair of a variety of disorders. it is especially true for the early stages of treatments. in long-term period, however, instead of recovery, we frequently observe progressive regression, which completely annuls all our efforts. Moreover, the algorithm used to correct acute process may sometimes be detrimental to organs and tissues. Such situation is also frequent in the treatment of atherosclerotic descending aortic aneurysms (DAA). This is because the successful medical and even surgical repair to prevent aneurysm rupture in long-term period may trigger some detrimental processes in other regions thus producing negative results of the treatment. The present article doesn’t aim to prove some provisions in DAA clinical picture, atherosclerosis and inflammatory states. But we have faced some systematicity at these clinical implications which are absolutely not specified in literature. We have managed to find an explanation for this thing making a scrupulous analysis of nonsurgical sources. Comparing them with our observations, we have found out that aseptic and septic inflammation of connective tissue, probably, is a key component in the formation of DAA disregarding of which correction of dyslipidemia may lead to negative results. We are looking for in-depth research and discussion.

Spectral investigations of Hybrid Nanostructures including Modified Fullerene C60 and Carbazole-Derivative Fluorophore

Hybrid nanostructures including modified fullerene C60 and fluorophoric (E)-2-Cyano-3-(9-ethyl-9Н-carbazole-3-yl)-acrylic acid (cyanoacrylic acid i) were created. Spectral properties (absorption and luminescence spectra) of the hybrid nanostructures were investigated. it was established what molecules C60 strongly affected spectral properties of cyanoacrylic acid i in the hybrid nanostructures. Luminescence quenching of fluorophore and a change of luminescence features were observed in the hybrid nanostructures.

Studies have been carried out to test the assumption that the primary photoreceptors for the radioprotective action of 633 nm laser radiation are the *** do this,the device was created for radiation protection of biological objects based on laser module with a wavelength of 532 *** conducted on murine fibroblast cells showed that the radioprotection effect of laser irradiation was observed in the dose interval about 0.4-0.85 mJ/*** radioprotection effect is observed at laser radiation energy density^0.56 mJ/*** determination of the cell survival with the automatic counterСТ20 after the action of the ionizing and combined irradiation showed that radioprotective action of the laser radiation with the wavelength of 533 nm,as well as the radiation with the wavelength of 633 nm,is transferred by the mechanism of the“bystander effect”.in addition,it was found that radioprotection effect of laser irradiation observed on the criterion of number of surviving single cells,compared with cells exposed to?-radiation Laser irradiation,produces effective radioprotecting action also on the criterion of grown cell *** value of the dose modification factor(DMF)calculated on 50%cell survival(LD50)is equal to *** results suggest that in the case of radioprotective action of small doses of laser radiation with a wavelength of 633 nm,as well as 532 nm primary photoreceptors is the cytochrome-c-oxidases.

由于冷战后俄罗斯学界对国际刑法研究不重视,目前《刑法典》中仅存有关普遍管辖权和诉讼时效的规定。但刑法典总则对缺席判决下普遍管辖权的适用、指挥责任和排除违法性理由的判断标准规定模糊,而分则的犯罪体系过于粗略和封闭,没有规定反人类罪和非武装冲突中对战争手段和方法的使用等,需要根据"日内瓦公约"和"海牙议定书"予以重构。

Cuprum and Cobalt Nano-Particles influence on Bull-Calves＇ Growth and Development

They have conducted the research to identify the possibility of increasing the abiotic polymerization intensity and efficiency both in the organism and in animals" muscular tissue. These tasks can be partially solved in a case of biogenous nano-metals usage such as cuprum and cobalt when adding them to the fodder. To estimate the meat productivity indexes they have formed black and white bull-calves groups. The nano-crystal cobalt ration additive for experimental bull-calves has led to live weight increase in 2 months per 6%, in 4 months per 4.8%, in 8 months per 11.7% and in 12 months per 19% in comparison with the controlled group. Amino-transferases content depending on the nano-metal has increased by the end of the experiment from 2.4% to 8.8% on retention of de Rittis index within the physiological norm. Essential amino acids content in blood has increased per 8%-13%. One can also see mineral substances increase in animals" muscular tissue. Estimation of meat chemical content and some quantitative indexes of meat productivity prove the conclusion about the positive influence of cuprum and cobalt nano-powders fodder additives.
