Owing to the remoteness of the Longriba area and the lack of dating records,it is extremely challenging to reconstruct the chronology and extent of the paleoglaciers in this *** this paper,we combined limited observational data with automated modelling for paleoglacial *** first identified a broadly distributed paleoglacier from satellite imagery and field investigation based on the sediment-landform assemblage principle and dated it to 23.1±1.4~19.5±1.2 ka by ^(10)Be exposure dating,corresponding to the global Last Glacial Maximum(gLGM).Then,we reconstructed the extent and ice surface of 171 paleoglaciers formed during the similar period based on geomorphological evidence and‘ice surface profile’*** results showed that the paleoglacial coverage was 426.5 km2,with an ice volume of 38.1 km^(3),in the Longriba *** reconstructed equilibrium line altitudes(ELAs)based on modelled ice surfaces yielded an average of 4245±66 m above sea level(asl),~725±73 m lower than the present ELA(4970±29 m asl).The temperature was~5.51-6.68℃lower,and the precipitation was~30-34%less in Longriba,during the gLGM compared to the present *** glacial advance was mainly driven by colder climate that was synchronous with Northern Hemisphere cooling events.

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have demonstrated excellent photovoltaic performance which currently rival the long-standing silicon solar cells’ efficiency. However, the relatively poor device operational stability of PSCs still limits their future commercialization. Binary sulfide is a category of materials with promising optoelectrical properties, which shows the potential to improve both the efficiency and stability of *** we demonstrate that the inorganic tin monosulfide(Sn S) can be an efficient dopant in 2,2’,7,7’-tet rakis(N,N-di-p-methoxy-phenylamine)-9,9’-spirobifluorene(spiro-OMe TAD) to form a composite hole transport layer(HTL) for PSCs. Sn S nanoparticles(NPs) synthesized through a simple chemical precipitation method exhibit good crystallization and suitable band matching with the perovskites. The introduction of Sn S NPs in Spiro-OMTAD HTLs enhanced charge extraction, reduced trap state density, and shallowed trap state energy level of the devices based on the composite HTLs. Therefore, the resulting solar cells employing Sn S-doped spiro-OMe TAD HTLs delivered an improved stabilized power output efficiency of 21.75% as well as enhanced long-term stability and operational stability. Our results provide a simple method to modify the conventional spiro-OMe TAD and obtain PSCs with both high efficiency and good stability.

The thermal behaviors of five proteins in hydrophobic interaction chromatography （HIC） were investigated in the temperature range from 0 to 50℃. The thermodynamic parameters （△H°,△S°, △Cp°and △G°） of these proteins in the process of retention and unfolding were determined. The existence of enthalpy and entropy convergence with temperature was confirmed. The differences of the isoentropic and isoenthalpic temperatures for protein unfolding in HIC system from the traditional solution were elucidated.

采用Bridgman定向凝固法制备了DZ4125定向凝固高温合金,研究抽拉速率对DZ4215合金显微组织及偏析行为的影响。结果表明,随着抽拉速率的增加,合金中一次和二次枝晶间距逐渐减小;γ'相尺寸逐渐减小,且形貌由不规则立方体状、蝴蝶状向规则立方体状转变;枝晶间γ'相尺寸和数量均高于枝晶干处的。碳化物和γ+γ'共晶组织主要分布于枝晶间区域,且随着抽拉速率的提高,碳化物形貌从骨架状逐渐向长条状、块状转变,分布更加弥散、均匀。在定向凝固DZ4125合金中,Co和W为正偏析元素,Al、Ti、Ta、Mo为负偏析元素。随着抽拉速率的增加,正偏析元素的偏析程度降低,负偏析元素的偏析程度增加。

Direct Effects of Activin A on the Activation of Mouse Macrophage RAW264.7 Cells

Macrophages play critical roles in innate immune and acquired immune v/a secreting pro-inflammatory mediators, phagocytosing microorganisms and presenting antigens. Activin A, a member of transforming growth factor （TGF-β） superfamily, is produced by macrophages and microglia cells. In this study, we reported a direct effect of activin A as a pro-inflammatory factor on mouse macrophage cell line RAW264.7 cells. Our data revealed that activin A could not only increase IL-1β and IL-6 production from RAW264.7 cells, but also promote pinocytic and phagocytic activities of RAW264.7 cells. In addition, activin A obviously up-regulated MHC Ⅱ expression on the surface of RAW264.7 cells, whereas did not influence MHC I expression. Activin A also enhanced CD80 expression, which is a marker of activated macrophages, but did not influence RAW264.7 cell proliferation. These data suggest that activin A may regulate primary macrophage-mediated innate and acquired immune response via promoting the activation of rest macrophages.

A method based on the cross-sectional relationship between^(10)B(n,α)^(7)Li and^(1)H(n,γ)^(2)H was proposed to detect and reconstruct the three-dimensional boron concentration/dose distribution in vivo during boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT).Factors such as the neutron energy,fluence rate,and degree of non-uniform distribution of the boron concentration in a voxel may affect the results of this method.A theoretical analysis of the accuracy of the method using a Monte Carlo simulation shows that the determining error is generally less than 1%under different tumor locations and neutron source *** the voxel size is larger than 0.4 cm,the determining error might be higher for a non-uniformly distributed boron concentration in the voxel because of the changes in the neutron energy and fluence *** conclusion,the proposed method enables an accurate threedimensional boron determination in vivo during BNCT.

为对施工环境中脚手架工作人员安全带佩戴的规范性做出检测,提出了一种安全带违规佩戴检测算法。算法由目标检测和语义分割两个部分组成。在目标检测部分,利用CenterNet网络作为主体架构,由不同的预测分支完成人体关键点以及脚手架旋转目标定位任务。在语义分割部分,为了提升识别精度,在原始Deep Lab V3+网络上增加了特征融合结构以及改进后的CBAM-f注意力模块实现了挂绳的像素级定位任务,改进后的网络相对于原始模型在m IOU和F1分数上分别提升了3.5%和2.7%。
