Objective Exercise is Medicine(EIM)is a global initiative encouraging healthcare providers to routinely.assess and promote phy.ical activity.PA)among *** objective of this study.was to evaluate the feasibility.adoption,implementation and effectiveness of EIM from patient,clinician and healthcare staff perspectives using a combination of electronic health record(EHR),survey.and interview *** This study.used a combination of the Practical Robust Implementation and Sustainability.Model(PRISM)and the Learning Evaluation model to implement *** captured from the EHR,including Phy.ical Activity.Vital Sign(PAVS)scores,and data collected from qualitative survey. and interviews were used to evaluate the programme’s Reach,Effectiveness,Adoption,Implementation,Maintenance(RE-AIM,which is embedded within PRISM)from provider,staff and patient *** Five primary.care clinics within a large academic health *** A total of 24443 patients from all participating clinics had at least one PAVS score during the study.period.A total of 17 clinicians completed survey.,and 4 clinicians,8 medical assistants and 9 patients completed *** Implementation fidelity.metrics varied widely.between components and across clinics but were generally.consistent over time,indicating a high degree of programme *** was highest during the first 6 months of the COVID-19 pandemic when most visits were *** PAVS scores increased from 57.7(95%CI:56 to 59.4)to 95.2(95%CI:91.6 to 98.8)min per week at 6 months for patients not meeting PA guidelines at baseline and decreased from 253.84(95%CI:252 to 255.7)to 208.3(95%CI:204.2 to 212.4)min per week at 6 months for patients meeting PA guidelines at *** EIM implementation,clinician-estimated time spent discussing PA with patients increased for 35%of providers and stay.d the same for 53%.Conclusion Overall,this study.established EIM’s feasibility.adoption,implementation

Endometriosis is a common chronic gy.ecological disease with endometrial cell implantation outside the *** is a major pathophy.iology.in *** previous studies have demonstrated that the prodrug of epigallocatechin gallate(ProEGCG)exhibits superior anti-endometriotic and anti-angiogenic effects compared to epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG).However,their direct binding targets and underly.ng mechanisms for the differential effects remain *** this study.we demonstrated that oral ProEGCG can be effective in preventing and treating ***,1D and 2D Proteome Integral Solubility.Alteration assay.based chemical proteomics identified metadherin(MTDH)and PX domain containing serine/threonine kinase-like(PXK)as novel binding targets of EGCG and ProEGCG,*** simulation and BioLay.r interferometry.were used to confirm their binding *** results showed that MTDH-EGCG inhibited protein kinase B(Akt)-mediated angiogenesis,while PXK-ProEGCG inhibited epidermal growth factor(EGF)-mediated angiogenesis via the EGF/hy.oxia-inducible factor(HIF-1a)/vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)*** vitro and in vivo knockdown assay. and microvascular network imaging further confirmed the involvement of these signaling ***,our study.demonstrated that ProEGCG has superior therapeutic effects than EGCG by.targeting distinct signal transduction pathway. and may.act as a novel antiangiogenic therapy.for endometriosis.

Gallstone(GS)disease is common and arises from a combination of genetic and environmental *** genetic abnormalities specifically.leading to cholesterol GSs are rare,there are clinically.significant gene variants associated with cholesterol *** contrast,most bilirubin GSs can be attributed to genetic *** pathogenesis of cholesterol and bilirubin GSs differs *** GSs are notably.influenced by.genetic variants within the ABC protein superfamily.including ABCG8,ABCG5,ABCB4,and ABCB11,as well as genes from the apolipoprotein family.such as ApoB100 and ApoE(especially.the E3/E3 and E3/E4 variants),and members of the MUC ***,bilirubin GSs are associated with genetic variants in highly.expressed hepatic genes,notably.UGT1A1,ABCC2(MRP2),ABCC3(MRP3),CFTR,and MUC,alongside genetic defects linked to hemoly.ic anemias and conditions impacting *** genetic cases constitute a small portion of GS disease,recognizing genetic predisposition is essential for proper diagnosis,treatment,and genetic counseling.

Temporal and Spatial Requirement of EMF1 Activity.for Arabidopsis Vegetative and Reproductive Development

EMBRy.NIC FLOWER （EMF） genes are required to maintain vegetative development via repression of flower homeotic genes in Arabidopsis. Removal of EMF gene function caused plants to flower upon germination, producing abnormal and sterile flowers. The pleiotropic effect of ernfl mutation suggests its requirement for gene programs involved in diverse developmental processes. Transgenic plants harboring EMF1 promoter：：glucuronidase （GUS） reporter gene were generated to investigate the temporal and spatial expression pattern of EMF1. These plants display.d differential GUS activity.in vegetative and flower tissues, consistent with the role of EMF1 in regulating multiple gene programs. EMFI：：GUS expression pattern in emf mutants suggests organ-specific auto-regulation. Sense- and antisense （as） EMF1 cDNA were expressed under the control of stage- and tissue-specific promoters in transgenic plants. Characterization of these transgenic plants showed that EMF1 activity.is required in meristematic as well as differentiating tissues to rescue emf mutant phenoty.e. Temporal removal or reduction of EMF1 activity.in the embry. or shoot apex of wild-ty.e seedlings was sufficient to cause early.flowering and terminal flower formation in adult plants. Such reproductive cell memory.is reflected in the flower MADS-box gene activity.expressed prior to flowering in these early.flowering plants. However, temporal removal of EMF1 activity.in flower meristem did not affect flower development. Our results are consistent with EMF1＇s primary.role in repressing flowering in order to allow for vegetative growth.
