X-ray detectors show potential applications in medical imaging,materials science,and nuclear *** achieve high detection efficiency and spatial resolution,many conventional semiconductor materials,such as amorphous selenium,cadmium telluride zinc,and perovskites,have been utilized in direct conversion X-ray ***,these semiconductor materials are susceptible to temperature-induced performance degradation,crystallization,delamination,uneven lattice growth,radiation damage,and high dark *** study explores a new approach by coupling an FC40 electronic fluorinated liquid with a specialized high-resolution and high-readout-speed complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)pixel array,specifically the Topmetal II−chip,to fabricate a direct conversion X-ray *** fluorinated liquid FC40(molecular formula:C_(21)F_(48)N_(2))is an electronic medium that is minimally affected by temperature and displays no issues with uniform *** exhibits a low dark current and minimal radiation damage and enables customizable thickness in X-ray *** addresses the limitations inherent in conventional semiconductor-based *** this study,simple X-ray detector imaging tests were conducted,demonstrating the excellent coupling capability between FC40 electronic fluorinated liquid and CMOS chips by the X-ray detector.A spatial resolution of 4.0 lp/mm was measured using a striped line par card,and a relatively clear image of a cockroach was displayed in the digital radiography imaging *** test results indicated the feasibility of fabricating an X-ray detector by combining FC40 electronic fluorinated liquid and CMOS *** to the absence of issues related to chip-material coupling,a high spatial resolution could be achieved by reducing the chip pixel *** method presents a new avenue for studies on novel liquid-based direct conversion X-ray detectors.

In this paper,we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)system by employing the bath-engineering technology,and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise *** findings indicate that for the single-qubit system,the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power ***,the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed,and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit *** our research,we discovered a fundamental relationship:if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian atω_(0) within 0-2t ms,shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω_(0).This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems,and it is not limited by the type of *** from system dynamics,quantum coherence is also a focal point of our *** find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior,the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences ***,the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity ***,our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.

碳青霉烯酶编码基因的传播是临床抗菌治疗面临的严重威胁之一。采用PCR、Southern杂交、测序比对等方法筛查和研究了碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的相关耐药基因。首次在国内发现了产KPC酸的植生拉乌尔菌两株。分离到的植生拉乌尔菌对被测试的19种常用抗菌药物中的16种耐药,只对多粘菌素B、粘菌素和米诺环素敏感。它们均产KPC-2型碳青霉烯酶,其编码基因bla KPC-2位于质粒上,两侧(包括bla KPC-2)长度为7 498 bp的DNA序列所包含的结构从上游至下游分别为Tn3-transposase,Tn3-resolvase,ISKpn8,bla KPC-2和ISKpn6-like元件。

小白菜表面粪大肠菌群的污染及其耐药性研究

为明确粪大肠菌群对蔬菜的污染及其耐药性,对厦门市集美区主要菜市场及超市的小白菜进行抽样调查。采用平板计数和MPN法对小白菜表面的粪大肠菌群进行计数,并通过对分离的细菌进行药敏试验,揭示粪大肠菌群对常用抗生素的耐药性。结果显示平板计数粪大肠菌群数量平均为631.3 CFU·g-1,合格率达90.9%;MPN计数平均为48.2 MPN·g-1,合格率达87.9%。清洗处理后粪大肠菌群数量从564.7 CFU·g-1降到92.5 CFU·g-1;流水浸泡10 min后,粪大肠菌群数量从564.7 CFU·g-1降到99.2 CFU·g-1。药敏试验结果表明,粪大肠菌对青霉素和四环素的耐药率达到100%,对红霉素的耐药率达到85.0%,但对庆大霉素、阿米卡星和环丙沙星没有耐药性。研究表明清洗处理显著降低粪大肠菌群的数量,粪大肠菌群对常用抗生素具有一定程度的耐药性,其耐药谱较广。

类受体蛋白激酶基因OsRPK1在水稻的抗逆信号传导中起着重要作用。本研究扩增获得与OsRPK1高度同源的OsRPK2基因,构建p1300:35S:OsRPK2过表达载体后转化拟南芥。对35S:OsRPK2纯合体拟南芥进行抗逆性分析表明,在盐、ABA、PEG胁迫下,OsRPK2过表达拟南芥萌发率都明显低于野生型拟南芥,其幼苗的根长生长和成株生长状况方面比野生型拟南芥表现出更为明显的受抑现象。生理检测表明,盐胁迫处理后,与野生型拟南芥相比,35S:OsRPK2转基因拟南芥中叶绿素含量下降更为明显,脯氨酸上升量较小,丙二醛含量上升更为明显,这些内在生理机制使得OsRPK2过表达拟南芥抗逆性明显下降。通过对35S:OsRPK2拟南芥的qRTPCR检测发现,OsRPK2的过量表达使拟南芥抗逆信号通路下游的SAD、SOS3和FRY基因表达明显受到抑制,OsRPK2基因可能通过SOS和CDPK信号通路影响拟南芥的抗逆性。

A polynomial resultant approach to algebraic constructions of extremal graphs

The Turán problem asks for the largest number of edges ex(n,H)in an n-vertex graph not containing a fixed forbidden subgraph H,which is one of the most important problems in extremal graph ***,the order of magnitude of ex(n,H)for bipartite graphs is known only in a handful of *** particular,giving explicit constructions of extremal graphs is very challenging in this *** this paper,we develop a polynomial resultant approach to the algebraic construction of explicit extremal graphs,which can efficiently decide whether a specified structure exists.A key insight in our approach is the multipolynomial resultant,which is a fundamental tool of computational algebraic *** main results include the matched lower bounds on the Turán number of 1-subdivision of K3,t1and the linear Turán number of the Berge theta hypergraph■_(3,t_(2))^(B).where t_(1)=25 and t_(2)=***,the constant t1improves the random algebraic construction of Bukh and Conlon(2018)and makes the known estimation better on the smallest value of t1concerning a problem posed by Conlon et al.(2021)by reducing the value from a magnitude of 10^(56)to the number 25,while the constant t_(2)improves a result of He and Tait(2019).

以Tagsk1(*** synthase kinase1)基因的cDNA的碱基序列为基础,设计特异引物由小麦耐盐突变体RH8706-49基因组DNA进行扩增后,得到来自于基因组的Tagsk1基因。采用基因枪法,利用携带该基因的双元表达载体pBI121-gsk1转化敏盐小麦H8706-34和中国春的成熟胚愈伤组织,经Kanamycin和0.5%NaCl筛选获得耐盐愈伤组织。这些被转化的愈伤组织表现出较高的耐盐性,并且能够在含盐培养基上进一步分化出根和芽。

Revisiting Dipole-Induced Fluorinated-Anion Decomposition Reaction for Promoting a LiF-Rich Interphase in Lithium-Metal Batteries

Building anion-derived solid electrolyte interphase（SEI） with enriched LiF is considered the most promising strategy to address inferior safety features and poor cyclability of lithium-metal batteries（LMBs）. Herein, we discover that, instead of direct electron transfer from surface polar groups to bis（trifluoromethanesulfonyl）imide（TFSI-） for inducing a LiF-rich SEI, the dipole-induced fluorinated-anion decomposition reaction begins with the adsorption of Li ions and is highly dependent on their mobility on the polar surface. To demonstrate this, a single-layer graphdiyne on MXene（sGDY@MXene） heterostructure has been successfully fabricated and integrated into polypropylene separators. It is found that the adsorbed Li ions connect electron-donating sGDY@MXene to TFSI-, facilitating interfacial charge transfer for TFSI-decomposition. However, this does not capture the entire *** sGDY@MXene also renders the adsorbed Li ions with high mobility, enabling them to reach optimal reaction sites and expedite their coordination processes with O on O=S=O and F on the broken –CF3-, facilitating bond cleavage. In contrast, immobilized Li ions on the more lithiophilic pristine MXene retard these cleavage processes. Consequently, the decomposition reaction is accelerated on sGDY@MXene. This work highlights the dedicate balance between lithiophilicity and Li-ion mobility in effectively promoting a LiF-rich SEI for the long-term stability of LMBs.
