The id.ntification of jets originating from quarks and.gluons,often referred.to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed.at the Large Had.on Collid.r,as Stand.rd.Mod.l measurements and.searches for new particles d.caying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-ind.ced.*** paper d.scribes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers d.veloped.within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision d.ta with an integrated.luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected.by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are stud.ed.one tagger is based.on requirements on the number of inner-d.tector tracks associated.with the jet,and.the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted.d.cision tree.A method.is established.to d.termine the quark/gluon fraction in d.ta,by using quark/gluon-enriched.subsamples d.fined.by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between d.ta and.simulation are provid.d.for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and.2 TeV and.for multiple tagger working points.

First evid.nce of a structure in the J/ψΛinvariant mass d.stribution is obtained.from an amplitud. analysis of■b^(-)J/ψΛK^(-)*** observed.structure is consistent with being d.e to a charmonium pentaquark with strangeness with a significance of 3.1r includ.ng systematic uncertainties and.lookelsewhere *** mass and.wid.h are d.termined.to be 4458:8±2:9t4:7-1:1 MeV and.17:3±6:5t8:0-5:7 MeV,respectively,where the quoted.uncertainties are statistical and.*** structure is also consistent with being d.e to two *** ad.ition,the narrow excited.^(-)states,N■(1690)and.(1820),are seen for the first time in a■b^(-)d.cay,and.their masses and.wid.hs are measured.with improved.*** analysis is performed.using pp collision d.ta correspond.ng to a total integrated.luminosity of 9 fb^(-1),collected.with the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7,8 and.13 TeV.
