三峡水利遗产是中华民族与中华文化多元一体的重要体现,对长江国家文化公园的建设具有不可忽视的价值。文章从物质遗产和非物质遗产两个层面,探讨了三峡水利遗产的构成,包括供水、灌溉、防洪、航道治理、水力发电等工程,以及文艺遗产、水利民俗和与水相关的音乐歌舞。重庆段长江国家文化公园建设,能够集中展现三峡水利遗产的价值,呈现三峡工程的新面貌,推动长江文化的创新发展。

As one of the important signs of the third wave of artificial intelligence, wheeled robots not only inherit knowledge but also learn independently, which brings about to learnable wheeled robots that use a driving brain to achieve data-driven control and learning. Presently, most existing technologies for selfdriving vehicles can learn positively from the benchmark drivers to guarantee safe driving. However, in many unpredicted situations, such as rollover, human drivers often cause the behavior of irrational subconscious on account of human emotions like panic. In this paper, we propose a learnable wheeled robot using the driving brain by taking the rollover as an example, which is the most serious and dangerous situation in dynamic vehicle operations. Then, based on the analysis of rollover accidents, we utilize the driving brain reversely and conduct negative learning, materializing, and condensing the group intelligence of accident experts, to solve the problem of the lack of individual intelligence in emergencies and further promote real-time response to other dangerous conditions, such as puncture for self-driving vehicles.

Peroxy radicals(RO_(2)),which are formed during the oxidation of volatile organic compounds,play an important role in atmospheric oxidation ***,the measurement of RO_(2),especially distinct species of RO_(2)radicals,is important and greatly helps the exploration of atmospheric chemistry *** the speciated detection of RO_(2)radicals remains challenging,various methods have been developed to study them in *** methods can be divided into spectroscopy and mass spectrometry *** spectroscopy methods contain laser-induced fluorescence(LIF),UV-absorption spectroscopy,cavity ring-down spectroscopy(CRDS)and matrix isolation and electron spin resonance(MIESR).The mass spectrometry methods contain chemical ionization atmospheric pressure interface time-of-flight mass spectrometry(CI-APi-TOF),chemical ionization mass spectrometry(CIMS),CI-Orbitrap-MS and the third-generation proton transfer reaction-time-of-flight mass spectrometer(PTR3).This article reviews technologies for the speciated detection of RO_(2)radicals and the applications of these *** addition,a comparison of these techniques and the reaction mechanisms of some key species are ***,possible gaps are proposed that could be filled by future research into speciated RO_(2)radicals.

The Dynamics of Two-State Public Opinion Propagation On Signed Networks

The formation of public opinion on the network is a hot issue in the field of complex network research, and some classical dynamic models are used to solve this problem. The signed network is a particular form of the complex network, which can adequately describe the amicable and hostile relationships in complex real-world systems. However, the methods for studying the dynamic process of public opinion propagation on signed networks still require to be further discussed. In this paper, the authors pay attention to the influence of negative edges in order to design a two-state public opinion propagation mechanism suitable for signed networks. The authors first set the interaction rules between nodes and the transition rules of node states and then apply the model to synthetic and real-world signed networks. The simulation results show that there is a critical value of the negative edge *** the negative edge ratio exceeds this critical value, the evolutionary result of public opinion will change from a consistent state to a split state. This conclusion is also consistent with the distribution result of opinions within communities in the signed network. Besides, the research on the network structural balance shows that the model makes the network evolve in a more balanced direction.

Split sleeve cold expansion(SSCX)can efiectively enhance fatigue life of holes by improving the field of residual *** simulations were conducted to investigate the parameter influence mechanism and obtain higher compressive residual stress(CRS).Expansion method,degree of cold expansion(DCE),friction coefficient between laminations and depth-diameter ratio were *** Ti-Al stacked joint holes,two expansion methods are proposed,namely aluminum alloy first followed titanium alloy(Al first)and titanium alloy first followed aluminum alloy(Ti first).The results show that expansion method and DCE have significant efiects on the field of circumferential residual stress,and the friction has a negligible influence.A higher value of CRS and a wider layer of plastic deformation are induced with Ti *** DCE of TiAl stacked structure is 5.2%-5.6%.As the depth-diameter ratio is in the range of 0.5-1.25,a positive linear correlation between the maximum compressive residual stress(CRS_(max))and depth-diameter ratio is shown.

The present paper is devoted to the well-posedness issue for the 3D incompressible Hall-MHD system obtained from kinetic models. Our analysis strongly relies on the use of the Fourier analysis. We establish the global existence of smooth solutions for a class of large initial data, this result implies the initial velocity and magnetic field can be arbitrarily large.
