The problem of an ellipsoidal inhomogeneity embedded in an infinitely extended elastic medium with sliding interfaces is investigated. An exact solution is presented for such an inhomogeneous system that is subject to remote uniform shearing stress. Both the elastic inclusion and matrix are considered isotropic with a separate elastic modulus. Based on Lur’e’s approach to solving ellipsoidal cavity problems through Lamé functions, several harmonic functions are introduced for Papkovich-Neuber displacement potentials. The displacement fields inside and outside the ellipsoidal inclusion are obtained explicitly, and the stress field in the whole domain is consequently determined.

自2013年起中国空气质量虽改善,但华北平原(NCP)重污染仍存在且二次污染加剧,而人们对其成因和变化了解有限.本研究利用2018-2022年数据,借助CMAQ模型探讨此污染响应.结果显示,在2018-2022年间,PM_(2.5)浓度显著下降31%-37%,O_(3)和NO_(2)的年下降速率分别为1%和0.5%SIA和SOA也显著减少,每年分别减少9%和6%PM_(2.5)主要因排放减少而下降,而O_(3)则受气象影响而波动.硫酸盐和铵下降的主因是减排,而硝酸盐对气象变化敏感排放和气象变化对SOA的总体减少同样重要,但人为SOA对排放控制敏感生物SOA易受气象变化影响.研究强调了控制人为排放对缓解NCP地区夏季二次污染的重要性.

his study sought to determine the effects of rosemary leaf powder(RP) on laying performance, egg quality, serum indices, gut barrier function, and cecal microbiota and metabolites of late-phase laying hens. A total of 84 “Jing Tint 6” laying hens at 65-week old were randomly divided into 2 groups and fed either a basal diet(CON) or a basal diet supplemented with 0.3% RP. Our study revealed that RP improved the Haugh unit and decreased yolk n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) ratio of laying hens,increased serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), jejunal activities of SOD and catalase(CAT), and jejunal zonula occludens-1(ZO-1) expression, as well as decreased serum tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) level and jejunal TNF-a m RNA expression. Rosemary leaf powder markedly enhanced(P 2,3-aminomutase, β-lysine 5,6-aminomutase, and 3-oxoacid Co A-transferase. Together, 0.3% RP has the potential to enhance egg quality by partially modulating serum antioxidant status, jejunal barrier function, and cecal microbiota structure and metabolites,indicating that RP could be considered a promising feed additive to promote the production performance of late-phase laying hens.

The environmental presence of decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209),which is toxic to the male reproductive system,is *** current study investigated its mechanism of toxicity in *** results showed,that BDE-209 induced DNA damage,decreased the expression of the promoter of meiosis spermatogenesis-and oogenesis-specific basic helix-loop-helix 1(Sohlh1),meiosis related-factors Lethal(3)malignant brain tumor like 2(L3MBTL2),PIWI-like protein 2(MILI),Cyclin-dependent kinase 2(CDK2),Cyclin A,synaptonemal complex protein 1(SYCP1)and synaptonemal complex protein 3(SYCP3),and caused spermatogenic cell apoptosis,resulting in a decrease in sperm quantity and ***,BDE-209 downregulated the levels of anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome(APC/C),increased the expression of PIWI-like protein 1(MIWI)in the cytoplasm of elongating spermatids,and decreased the nuclear levels of RING finger protein 8(RNF8),ubiquitinated(ub)-H2A/ub-H2B,and Protamine 1(PRM1)/Protamine 2(PRM2),while increasing H2A/H2B nuclear levels in *** reproductive toxicity was persistent for 50 days following the withdrawal of BDE-209 *** results suggested that BDE-209 inhibits the initiation of meiosis by decreasing the expression of ***,the reduced expression of L3MBTL2 inhibited the formation of chromosomal synaptonemal complexes by depressing the expression of meiosis regulators affecting the meiotic progression and also inhibited histone ubiquitination preventing the replacement of histones by protamines,by preventing RNF8 from entering nuclei,which affected the evolution of spermatids into mature sperm.

A rational space layout of suburban landscape can help promote the sustainable *** on this point,the research focused on the Zhongguancun Life science Park,where a microclimate observation was done,and a relative analysis of ground temperature,air temperature,and relative humidity and the landscape structure indexes had been made after the classification of land use in this *** results indicated the suburban landscape played an important role to improve the temperature and humidity in microenvironment,and landscape indexes such as boundary density and abundance degree had different relationship to ground temperature,air temperature,and relative humidity,especially ground temperature,air temperature,and relative humidity having prominent relativity to Shannon-wienner diversity index,and also shape index of landscape to ground *** conclusion would provided theoretical basis for the layout of suburban landscape structure,even made limited greenbelt in urban producing the maximum ecologic benefit.

The present paper deals with spherically symmetric deformation of an inclusion- matrix problem, which consists of an infinite isotropic matrix and a spherically uniform anisotropic piezoelectric inclusion. The interface between the two phases is supposed to be perfect and the system is subjected to uniform loadings at infinity. Exact solutions are obtained for solid spherical piezoelectric inclusion and isotropic matrix. When the system is subjected to a remote traction, analytical results show that remarkable nature exists in the spherical inclusion. It is demonstrated that an infinite stress appears at the center of the inclusion. Furthermore, a cavitation may occur at the center of the inclusion when the system is subjected to uniform tension, while a black hole may be formed at the center of the inclusion when the applied traction is uniform pressure. The appearance of different remarkable nature depends only on one non-dimensional material parameter and the type of the remote traction, while is independent of the magnitude of the traction.

Background Rosemary extract(RE)has been reported to exert antioxidant ***,the application of RE in late-phase laying hens on egg quality,intestinal barrier and microbiota,and oviductal function has not been systematically *** study was investigated to detect the potential effects of RE on performance,egg quality,serum parameters,intestinal heath,cecal microbiota and metabolism,and oviductal gene expressions in late-phase laying hens.A total of 21065-week-old“Jing Tint 6”laying hens were randomly allocated into five treatments with six replicates and seven birds per replicate and fed basal diet(CON)or basal diet supplemented with chlortetracycline at 50 mg/kg(CTC)or RE at 50 mg/kg(RE50),100 mg/kg(RE100),and 200 mg/kg(RE200).Results Our results showed that RE200 improved(P100 and RE200 *** with CTC and RE50 groups,RE200 increased serum SOD activity on d 28 and *** with CON,RE supplementation decreased(P100 and RE200 decreased(P200 increased jejunal m RNA expression of ZO-1 and Occludin compared with *** biomarkers of cecal microbiota and metabolite induced by RE 200,including Firmicutes,Eisenbergiella,Paraprevotella,Papillibacter,and butyrate,were closely associated with Haugh unit,n-6/n-3,SOD,IL-6,and ***2 analysis indicated that RE altered carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism of cecal microbiota and increased butyrate synthesizing enzymes,including 3-oxoacid Co A-transferase and butyrate-acetoacetate Co ***,transcriptomic analysis revealed that RE200 improved gene expressions and functional pathways related to immunity and albumen formation in the oviductal *** Dietary supplementation with 2
