Fusarium head blight(FHB)is one of the most detrimental wheat diseases which greatly decreases the yield and grain quality,especially in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River of ***1 and Fhb2 are two major resistance loci against Fusarium *** 15(YM15)is one of the most popular varieties in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and it has good weak gluten characters but poor resistance to *** we used Fhb1 and Fhb2 to improve the FHB resistance of YM15 by a molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS)backcrossing *** selection of agronomic traits was performed for each *** successfully selected seven introgressed lines which carry homozygous Fhb1 and Fhb2 with significantly higher FHB resistance than the recurrent parent *** of the introgressed lines had agronomic and quality characters that were similar to *** study demonstrates that the pyramiding of Fhb1 and Fhb2 could significantly improve the FHB resistance in wheat using the MAS approach.

The filling rate and the starch accumulation in developing maize kernel were analyzed. The changes of enzyme activities associated with sucrose metabolism and starch biosynthesis were investigated. The purpose is to discuss the enzymatic mechanisms responsible for starch synthesis. Two types of maize cultivars （Zea mays）, high starch maize （Feiyu 3） and normal maize （Yuyu 22）, were grown in a corn field. The factors involved in starch synthesis were performed during the growth period. The kernel filling rate, the sucrose content, the starch accumulating rates and the activities of SS （sucrose synthase）, GBSS （granule-bound starch synthase）, SBE （starch branching enzyme） of Feiyu 3, which has high starch content, were significantly higher than those of Yuyu 22, which has low starch content, after 10 DAP （days after pollination）. Correlation analysis indicated that ADPGPPase （ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase） and DBE （starch debranching enzyme） were not correlated with the starch accumulating rates and the kernel filling rate, but the SS activity at the middle and late period were highly significantly correlated with the starch accumulating rates and the kernel filling rate. The GBSS activity was highly significantly correlated with the amylose accumulating rate, but not correlated with the kernel filling rate. The SBE activity was highly significantly correlated with the amylopectin accumulating rate and the kernel filling rate. It was not ADPGPPase and DBE, but SS was the rate-limiting factor of starch biosynthesis in developing maize kernels. GBSS had an important effect on amylose accumulation, and SBE had a significant effect on amylopectin accumulation.

Objective: To explore the protection and molecular mechanism of histone deacetylase inhibitors(HDACIs) on the spleen of rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods: A total of 60 SPF male SD rats were selected for the modeling of severe hemorrhagic shock using the method of arterial and venous cannulation with the time-divided bleeding. The measurement of mean arterial blood pressure and blood lactic acid was used to verify the modeling. The modeled rats were randomly divided into shock group, shock+suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid(SAHA) group, shock+autogenous transfusion group, and shock+SAHA+autogenous transfusion group. Three hours after the treatment, the spleen of rats was collected and TUNEL method was employed to detect the apoptosis of spleen cells in each group. Afterwards, real-time PCR and western blot were employed to detect the expression of BCL-2, BAX, and caspass3 in the spleen of rats in each group. Results: A total of 55 rats had successful modeling of severe hemorrhagic shock, with success rate of 92%. Cell apoptosis in the severe hemorrhagic model group was the most serious. After the intervention of HDACIs and the autogenous transfusion, the tissue injury was a bit recovered. Cell apoptosis was least in the shock+SAHA+autogenous transfusion group(P<0.05). After the intervention of HDACIs and the autogenous transfusion, the relative expression of BCL-2 was significantly increased(P<0.05), with highest relative expression of BCL-2 in shock+SAHA+autogenous transfusion group(P<0.05). After the intervention of HDACIs and the autogenous transfusion, the relative expression of BAX was significantly decreased(P<0.05), with lowest relative expression of BAX in the intervention group of single HDACIs. The change in the expression of caspass3 was similar to BAX, namely the relative expression of caspass3 was significantly decreased after the intervention of HDACIs and the autogenous transfusion(P<0.05). Relocation of the Jinghe M_S6.6 Earthquake Sequence on August 9,2017 and Analysis of the Seismogenic Structure

Based on the digital waveforms of the Xinjiang Digital Seismic Network,the Jinghe M_S6.6 earthquake sequence( M_L≥1. 0) were relocated by HypoDD,The characteristics of the spatial distribution and the seismogenic structure of this earthquake sequence were analyzed. The results show that the main shock is relocated at 44. 2639° N,82. 8294° E,and the initial rupture depth is 17. 6 km. The earthquake sequence clearly demonstrates a unilateral extension of about 20 km in the EW direction,and is mainly located at a depth of 7km-17 km. The depth profile along the aftershock direction shows that the focal depth of aftershocks tend to be shallower within 10 km to the west of the main shock,the focal depth of the aftershock sequence with the tail direction deflecting SW is deeper. The depth profile perpendicular to the earthquake sequence shows a gradual deepening of the seismic sequence from north to south,which indicates that the fault plane is dipping *** to the focal mechanism solution,given by the Institute of Geophysics,China Earthquake Administration,and the geological structure of the seismic source region,it is inferred that the seismogenic structure of the Jinghe M_S 6.6 earthquake may be the eastern segment of the Kusongmuxieke fault.

The finite element method of computational fluid dynamics was applied to simulate the internal flow field in hydraulic spool valve which is one of the most important components in hydraulic technique. The formation of the vortexes with time was investigated under two different flow conditions. Two kinds of flow descriptions including streamline patterns and velocity vector plots were given to show the flow field inside the spool valve clearly, which is of theoretical significance and of practical values to analyze energy loss and fluid noise in the valve and to optimize the intermal flow structure of the valve.

In the context of global warming,China is facing with increasing climate *** is imperative to develop quantitative indices to reflect the climate risks caused by extreme weather/climate events and adverse climatic conditions in association with different *** on the observations at 2288 meteorological stations in China and the meteorological disasters data,a set of indices are developed to measure climate risks due to water-logging,drought,high temperature,cryogenic freezing,and typhoon.A statistical method is then used to construct an overall climate risk index(CRI)for China from these individual *** is a good correspondence between these indices and historical climatic *** CRI,the index of water-logging by rain,and the high temperature index increase at a rate of 0.28,0.37,and 0.65 per decade,respectively,from 1961 to *** cryogenic freezing index is closely related to changes in the consumer price index for *** high temperature index is correlated with the consumption of energy and *** correlation between the yearly growth in claims on household property insurance and the sum of the water-logging index and the typhoon index in the same year is as high as *** the growth rate of claims on agricultural insurance and the annual growth rate of hospital inpatients are positively correlated with the *** year-on-year growth in the number of domestic tourists is significantly negatively correlated with the CRI in the same *** efforts are needed to develop regional CRIs.

Perovskite BaTiO3 （BTO） nanocrystals with a size of 150-200 nm have successfully been synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method by employing titanate nanowires as synthetic precursor. Tetragonality and spontaneous ferroelectric polarization of BTO nanocrystals have been determined by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy investigations. BTO nanocrystals loaded with Pt nanoparticles in a size of 2-5 nm have been explored as a catalyst towards CO oxidation to CO2. It is interesting to find that CO catalytic conversion rate over Pt-BTO nanocrystals gradually decreased and further increased near 100 ℃ when the catalytic temperature keeps increasing, whereas the conversion behavior in oxides is expected to be enhanced upon the catalytic temperature grows. Using differential scanning calorimetry and first-principle calculations, the observed catalytic behavior has been discussed on the basis of the ferroelectric polarization effect and the ferroelectric-paraelectric transition of BTO nanocrystals with a Curie temperature of 110 ℃. Below Curie temperature, CO catalytic oxidation could be significantly tailored by ferroelectric polarization of BTO nanocrystals via a promoted dissociation of O2 molecules. The findings suggest that a ferroelectric polarization in perovskite oxides could be an alternative way to modify the CO catalytic oxidation.
