To elucidate the synergistic effect of dual-atom catalysts(DACs)at the microscopic level,we propose and construct a prototype heteronuclear system,CuNi/TiO_(2),in which the two elements of a pair have significantly different d electron-donating abilities,as a piece in the *** density functional theory calculations,we investigate charge-dependent configurations of Cu-Ni dimers anchored on TiO_(2)by the mixing of individual constituent *** d electron-donating ability determines deposition sequence and position of transition metal atoms on oxides,establishing dimer pattern and metal-support *** interaction between Cu and Ni,beyond the coordination environment,predominately contributes to the synergistic effect.A complex adsorption-reduction behavior of H species on CuNi/TiO_(2)is *** reaction mechanism and catalytic activity of CuNi/TiO_(2)for hydrogen production are *** room temperature and high H coverages,CuNi/TiO_(2)shows better performance and efficiency than Ni1/TiO_(2).Our findings provide a new understanding of the synergistic effect on structure-activity relationships of supported dimers,which would be beneficial in the future design of various DACs or even atomically dispersed metal catalysts.

To solve the problem of large positioning error and discontinuous positioning of special forces members when moving in cross-region indoors and outdoors, and to compensate for the linearization error and local convergence problem that may exist in the extended Kalman filter(EKF)in nonlinear systems, that is,the iterative results may be trapped in a local optimum situation, a seamless indoor-outdoor switching localization algorithm based on cubature Kalman filter (CKF) is proposed. CKF does not require the computation of Jacobian matrices, which can improve computational efficiency and filtering accuracy to a certain extent. In the system, an inertial measurement unit (IMU) is employed to correct the positioning errors of ultra-wideband (UWB)and BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS).The positioning data from UWB and BeiDou in cross-region are weighted fused and then fused with the data from the IMU using CKF to obtain the final accurate positioning information. This study designs a scene-switching mechanism to achieve seamless switching between indoor and outdoor positioning scenes. By jointly analyzing the positioning accuracy of UWB and BeiDou,the positioning scene is determined, and appropriate counting thresholds are set to avoid frequent erroneous scene switches. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves a positioning accuracy of approximately 21.7 cm in cross-region,which can enable seamless integration of indoor and outdoor positioning,avoid positioning jumps, and enhance positioning accuracy.

Effects of surface energy and substrate on modulus determination of biological films by conical indentation

Micro-/nano-indentation has become prevalent in evaluating the mechanical characteristics of biological samples,such as cells and ***,the existing contact models describing conical indentation ignore the joint effects of surface energy and substrate,and consequently cannot accurately extract the Young's modulus of biological samples deposited on *** finite element methods,we examine the conical indentation of biological films on substrates while taking surface energy into *** on the dimensional analysis,the explicit relationship between load and indentation depth is achieved for films with their moduli varying from 0.001 to 100 times that of the *** the classical Sneddon's model was employed to analyze the load-depth data,the measured modulus could reach 18 times the real modulus for films on harder substrates,but only 4%of the real modulus for films on softer ***,in micro-/nano-indentations,neglecting the contribution of surface energy would result in an overestimation of the Young's modulus of films depending on the contact *** analytical expression provided here can be utilized to precisely deduce the mechanical characteristics of biological films deposited on substrate from the load and indentation depth data of a conical indentation.

Ultra-high nickel cobalt-free lithium layered oxides are promising cathode material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)because of their relatively high capacity and low ***,the high nickel content would induce bulk structure degradation and interfacial environment deterioration,and the absence of Co element reduces the lithium diffusion kinetics,severely limiting the performance liberation of this kind of ***,a multifunctional Ti/Zr dual cation co-doping strategy has been employed to improve the lithium storage performance of LiNi_(0.9)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NM91)*** the one hand,the Ti/Zr co-doping weakens the Li^(+)/Ni^(2+)mixing through magnetic interactions due to the inexistence of unpaired electrons for Ti^(4+)and Zr^(4+),increasing the lithium diffusion rate and suppressing the harmful coexistence of H1 and H2 *** the other hand,they enhance the lattice oxygen stability because of the strong Ti-O and Zr-O bonds,inhibiting the undesired H3 phase transition and lattice oxygen loss,improving the bulk structure and cathode-electrolyte interface *** a result,the Ti/Zr co-doped NM91(NMTZ)exhibits a 91.2%capacity retention rate after 100 cycles,while that of NM91 is only82.9%.Also,the NMTZ displays better rate performance than NM91 with output capacities of 115 and93 mA h g^(-1)at a high current density of 5 C,***,the designed NMTZ could enable the full battery to deliver an energy density up to 263 W h kg^(-1),making the ultra-high nickel cobaltfree lithium layered oxide cathode closer to practical applications.

Carbonate deposits in the Ordovivian Majiagou Formation are significant source rocks for natural gas generation in the Ordos Basin, northwestern China. Previous studies mainly focused on the organic matter enrichment mechanism of shales rather than carbonate rocks. The biological sources and paleoenvironment of carbonate source rocks, and the main controlling factors of organic matter enrichment in the carbonate source rocks were studied in this paper in combination with evidence from biomarkers, microfossils and inorganic geochemistry analysis. The results show that four types of microfacies were identified in the Majiagou Formation, respectively as: mud flat microfacies, mud-dolomite flat microfacies, dolomite flat microfacies, and open marine microfacies. The biological sources of organic matter are chiefly planktonic algae, followed by bacteria. The mud flat and mud-dolomite flat contain a high abundance of terrigenous detrital inputs, as indicated by the high content of Al_(2)O_(3), TiO_(2), Th, and Zr. The low Sr/Cu and high Rb/Sr values reveal warm and humid paleoclimate conditions in the mud flat and mud-dolomite flat, whereas the dolomite flat and open marine were likely formed in hot and arid paleoclimate conditions. The mud flat and mud-dolomite flat deposits were characterized by high paleoproductivity of the Majiagou Formation. Low Sr/Ba values were found in the mud flat samples, indicating fresh to brackish water condition, whereas samples of other facies have a relatively high degree of salinity. Based on U_(auth), Mo_(auth), Cr_(auth), Co_(auth), δCe, and δEu values, the mud flat microfacies was formed in a suboxic and anoxic environment, whereas the mud-dolomite flat, dolomite flat and open marine microfacies were within dysoxic to oxic conditions. A model of organic matter enrichment in the Majiagou Formation is thus established. Subnanometer metal clusters play an increasingly important role in heterogeneous catalysis due to their high catalytic activity and *** this work,by means of the density functional theory（DFT） calculations,the catalytic activities of transition metal clusters with precise numbers of atoms supported on graphdiyne(TM1-4@GDY,TM=V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Ru,Rh,Pd,Ir,Pt) were investigated for oxygen evolution reactions（OER）,oxygen reduction reactions（ORR） and hydrogen evolution reactions（HER）.The computed results reveal that the Pd2,Pd4and Pt1anchored graphdiyne can serve as trifunctional catalysts for OER/ORR/HER with the overpotentials of 0.49/0.37/0.06,0.45/0.33/0.12 and 0.37/0.43/0.01 V,respectively,while Pd1and Pt2@graphdiyne can exhibit excellent catalytic performance for water splitting（OER/HER） with the overpotentials of 0.55/0.17 and 0.43/0.03 *** addition,Ni1and Pd3anchored GDY can perform as bifunctional catalysts for metal-air cells（OER/ORR） and fuels cells（ORR/HER） with the overpotentials of 0.34/0.32 and 0.42/0.04 V,***,by precisely controlling the numbers of atoms in clusters,the TM1-4anchored graphdiyne can serve as promising multifunctional electrocatalysts for OER/ORR/HER,which may provide an instructive strategy to design catalysts for the energy conversation and storage devices.

Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of *** to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydrogen-rich media entering a blast furnace will change the heat distribution,thus affecting the stability of ***,a heat distribution model was proposed to study the temperature distribution in a blast furnace,simultaneously considering gas-solid heat exchange,slag and iron melting,and chemical *** model was used to analyze the temperature distribution of a 2300 m^(3) blast furnace and was verified via comparison with actual production ***,the effects of the injection rate of hydrogen-rich media,H2 concentration,and oxygen enrichment rate of the blast on the temperature distribution were *** indicated that the increase in the injection rate of the hydrogen-rich media decreased the amount of direct reduction and led to an increase in the furnace ***,an increase in the oxygen enrichment rate led to a decrease in the furnace temperature,but could reduce the solid fuel ratio,while the change in H2 concentration had less effect on the temperature *** combination of hydrogen-rich media injection and the increase in the oxygen enrichment rate would help to adjust the temperature distribution to the same level as the conventional blast furnace conditions.
