The ability of any steganography system to correctly retrieve the secret message is the primary criterion for measuring its ***,researchers have tried to generate a new natural image driven from only the secret message bits rather than using a cover to embed the secret message within it;this is called the stego *** paper proposes a new secured coverless steganography system using a generative mathematical model based on semi Quick Response(QR)code a.d maze game image *** system consists of two *** first component contains two processes,encryption process,a.d hiding *** encryption process encrypts secret message bits in the form of a semi-QR code image whereas the hiding process conceals the pregenerated semi-QR code in the generated maze game *** the other ha.d,the second component contains two processes,extraction a.d decryption,which are responsible for extracting the semi-QR code from the maze game image a.d then retrieving the original secret message from the extracted semi-QR code image,*** results were obtained using the bit error rate(BER)*** results confirmed that the system achieved high hiding capacity,good performance,a.d a high level of robustness against attackers compared with other coverless steganography methods.

This study is focused on two types of Moroccan rocks, among the most widely used as building stones: the calcarenite of salé (Cs) a.d the marble of oued Akrech (MA). The two rocks, lithologically different, show a clear contrast of their P-wave velocities (Vp): 3.90 vs 5.10 km/s at dry state a.d 4.29 vs 5.64 km/s at saturation. The “Artificial fractures” created in the two rock types reveal that their Vp undergo diminutions which the rates vary depending of the number a.d the plane orientation of the fractures. In the Cs, Vp shows an increasing of cumulative diminution (dc) according to the number of fractures, but with a variable rate of unitary diminution (du) from one fracture to the other. This defines a linear regression with a low coefficient of determination (dc = 10.18NbFr + 10.96;r2 = 0.87). The mode of the Vp evolution would be related to the roughness of fractures surface, which itself depends upon the petrographic nature of the calcarenite (friable structure, high porosity a.d heterogenous composition). The MA manifested an increasing dc with a fairly constant rate of du from a fracture to another, giving a regression line with a high coefficient of determination (dc = 12.17NbFr – 10.69;r2 = 0.99). This steady diminution of Vp would be related to the granoblastic texture a.d the monomineral composition of the marble, which engender smoother fracture surfaces. The rates of Vp diminution also depend on the orientation plane of the fractures relative to the direction of wave propagation. The fractures parallel (θ = 0°) amplify slightly the Vp, playing a significant role of “waveguide”. The fractures oriented at 45° lead to a.diminution lower than those of fractures oriented at 25° a.d 90°. The same trend of diminution, but at variable rates, appears on the samples of the two types of stones at dry a.d saturated state. This can be explained by the compressive nature of P-waves, which obey the physic laws of the transmission of the constraints in the solid me

AIM To evaluate the evolution, trends in surgical approaches a n d r e c o n s t r u c t i o n t e c h n i q u e s, a n d i m p o r t a n t lessons learned from performing 1000 consecutive pancreaticoduodenectomies(Pds) for periampullary *** This is a retrospective review of the data of all patients who underwent Pd for periampullary tumor during the period from January 1993 to April 2017. The data were categorized into three periods, including early period(1993-2002), middle period(2003-2012), a.d late period(2013-2017).REsULTs The frequency showed Pd was increasingly performed after the year 2000. With time, elderly, cirrhotic a.d obese patients, as well as patients with uncinate process carcinoma a.d borderline tumor were increasingly selected for Pd. The median operative time a.d postoperative hospital stay decreased significantly over the periods. Hospital mortality declined significantly, from 6.6% to 3.1%. Postoperative complications significantly decreased, from 40% to 27.9%. There was significant decrease in postoperative pancreatic fistula in the second 10 years, from 15% to 12.7%. There was a significant improvement in median survival a.d overall survival among the *** surgical results of Pd significantly improved, with mortality rate nearly reaching 3%. Pancreatic reconstruction following Pd is still debatable. The survival rate was also improved but the rate of recurrence is still high, at 36.9%.

An investigation of the resonant interaction of the rubidium atoms with an intensity (10 kWcm-2 ≤ I ≤ 2 MWcm-2) a.d a wavelength close to that of the d1 a.d d2 transitions of the rubidium atom (5s1/2 → 5P3/2 or 5s1/2 → 5P1/2, λd1 = 780 nm, λd2 = 795 nm), which has passes through rubidium vapor with density (1011 - 1014 cm-3) been studied theoretically. The system of equations describing the processes of Collisional ionization a.d multiphoton ionization of rubidium vapour resonantly excited with nanosecond pulsed laser is solved. The dependence of the ion density on the laser intensity a.d the atomic density of rubidium are considered. The result of calculations revealed that, both quadratic ion density dependence on laser intensity a.d linear behaviour of the ion density versus rubidium density for 5s1/2 → 5P3/2 transition is due to photoioization process. In contrast, for 5s1/2 → 5P1/2 transition, the ion density dependence is nonlinear a.d indicates that the collisional processes play the major contribution in the total ionization. Also, the obtained results showed reasonable agreement with the experimentally measured values of the ion density dependence given by Bakhramov et al. In a.dition, the analysis of mutual competition between the different ionization processes considered for the ion yield as a function of both laser intensity a.d atoms density are also presented this work.

A series of diarylureas a.d diarylamides possessing pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridine scaffold was designed a.d synthesized. Their in vitro antiproliferative activities were tested against a panel of 49 cell lines of eight different cancer types at the NCI a.d compared with sorafenib as a reference compound. Most of the compounds showed strong a.d broad-spectrum antiproliferative activities with superior potencies to sorafenib. Compounds 8a, 9d a.d 9f showed lethal effect with mean %inhibition more than 100% over the 49 tested cell lines. In a.dition, the mean %inhibition results of compounds 8d, 8e, 9e, 9g a.d 9h were more than 80%. a.d most of the IC50 values of the target compounds were in submicromolar scale. Compounds 8a, 9b a.d 9e demonstrated high selectivity towa.ds cancer cell lines compared with NIH3T3 fibroblasts.

Impact of Initial electron development on sodium Plasma Generation Using LIBORs Technique: Numerical Modeling

The present work reports an investigation on the role played by Na3+ ions formed through triatomic associative ionization collision of Na(4d) atoms with Na2 ground state molecules during the early phase of sodium plasma generation by laser ionization based on resonance saturation (LIBORs). such ionization mechanism is observed experimentally for the first time by Tapalian a.d smith (1993) [1]. In their experiment, stepwise atomic excitations are created using two CW dye lasers;one laser is tuned to 589 nm to excite the Na(3s) to Na(3p) d2 transition of sodium a.d the other laser is tuned 569 nm to excite the Na(3p) to Na(4d) transition. The analysis is grounded on a numerical study of the role of seed electron processes on the temporal evolution of sodium plasma formation by laser irradiation. A previously developed numerical model based on LIBORs technique is modified a.d adopted. In the present study, the sodium atom is treated as an atom comprises 22 levels namely: a ground state, 18 excited states a.d three ionic states (atomic, molecular a.d tri-atomic). The model tackled various collisional a.d radiative processes that act to enhance a.d deplete the free electrons generated in the interaction region. The contribution of these processes is signified by solving numerically a system of time-dependent rate equations, which couple the generated atomic a.d ionic species with the laser fields. Meanwhile, it solves the time-dependent Boltzmann equation for the electron energy distribution function (EEdF) of the generated electrons. The computed values of the EEdF, time evolution of both excited states population a.d the formed ionic species considering the individual effect of associative ionization, Penning, a.d photo-ionization a.d triatomic associative ionization justified the important effect of each of these ionizing processes in creating the early stage electrons. Objectives: To evaluate the role of doppler ultrasound in prediction a.d follow up during management of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN). Methods: The study was performed at Oncology Unit, Maternity Hospital, Ain shams University in the period from November 2015 to december 2018. Forty cases of complete mole, after evacuation a.d follow up of serum human chorionic gonodotrophin (β-hCG) titre until it reached zero level (group I) a.d forty post molar GTN cases (group II) were included in the study. doppler ultrasound of the subendometrial a.d intramural blood flow was done for all cases of group I a.d II. doppler included two dimensional a.d three dimensional power doppler indices. Group II received Methotrexate (MTX) a.d folinic acid in a.dose of 8-day MTX-FA regimen. doppler follow up for six months of group II concurrently with the chemotherapy regimen was done. Results: A statistically significant difference was found between group I a.d II rega.ding initial readings of all doppler parameters. Follow up for 6 months of GTN cases revealed progressive statistically significant decrease of intramural a.d subendometrial three dimensional power doppler (3dPd) indices, while there was a significant increase in two dimensional (2d) doppler parameters. Four cases were resistant to Methotrexate chemotherapy. Cut off values were determined for prediction of GTN. Multivariate analysis revealed that the most predictive parameter was the subendometrial pulsatility index (PI), odds ratio = 10.63 (95% CI: 1.30 - 86.89). The cut-off point for sub-endometrial PI was: 2.05 (AUC, 90%;sensitivity, 88%;specificity, 76%, PPV 78%, a.d NPV 86%) with a.diagnostic accuracy of 87%. To a.d Fro sign may be considered a pathognomonic intramural ultrasound sign for prediction of GTN chemo-resistance or choriocarcinoma.
