Objective:To establish reference values for pixel intensity of testicular ultrasonogram of rams in breeding and non-breeding seasons,and to investigate if the seasonal changes in testicular echogenicity and heterogeneity are associated with semen ***:Five Awassi rams aged 3-5 years old and weighing 45-60 kg were subjected to ultrasonographic scanning of the testes twice monthly for one year(from January 2018 to December 2018),together with semen collection and evaluation of ejaculate volume,sperm motility,sperm concentration,sperm morphology and *** ejaculate volume was determined in a graduated collection tube(scale of 0.1 mL).Mass and individual sperm motility was expressed in percentage of motile spermatozoa under optical microscope equipped with a warm *** concentration was determined by using a Neubauer *** smears stained with eosin-nigrosin were used to determine the percentage of live spermatozoa and sperm cell morphology by using a light ***:The mean testicular pixel intensity was the lowest in winter and increased gradually from breeding season to non-breeding season,reaching its maximum value in summer(Pel intensity was found to have a significant negative correlation with progressive motility(r=-0.605,Pely correlated with the percentage of sperm morphological abnormalities(r=0.666,Pel intensity values of testicular ultrasonogram in rams undergo marked seasonal changes that are associated with fluctuations in photoperiod and ambient *** resulting values of testicular echogenicity(pixel intensity)throughout the year provide useful reference values for predicting the testicular function in Awassi rams.

We compute the total energy and the spatial momentum of four charged rotating （Kerr-Newman） frames by using the gravitational energy-momentum 3-form within the framework of the tetrad formulation of the general relativity theory. We show how the effect of the inertial always makes the total energy divergent. We use a natural regularization method, which yields the physical value for the total energy of the system. We show how the regularization method works on a number of different rotating frames that are related to each other by the local Lorentz transformation. We also show that the inertial has no effect on the spatial momentum components.

Objective: To investigate the possible a.eliorative effect of crude water extract of Morus alba(M. alba) leaves on retinopathy of rat pups maternally subjected to diabetes and/or Al ***: Both control and experimental groups were subjected to certain integrated approaches, na.ely, biochemical assessments, light microscopic investigation, transmission electron microscopic investigation, single cell gel electrophoresis(comet assay) and determination of DNA ***: The retina of pups of diabetic and/or Al-intoxicated mothers exhibited abnormal alterations in retinal cell layers including retinal pigmented epithelium, photoreceptor inner segment and ganglion cells. Increased incidence of DNA fragmentation and apoptosis were evident in pups of diabetic and/or Al-intoxicated mothers. However, retina of pups maternally received M. alba extract plus diabetes or Al-intoxicated alone or in combination showed marked a.elioration. Less degree of a.eliorations was seen in retina of pups maternally subjected to combined treatment. Furthermore, application of crude water extract of *** resulted in a.elioration of the alterations of maternal serum glucose as well as Al ***: Based on the results of the present study, M. alba extract is effective against experimentally diabetic and Al-induced developmental retinopathy.

Using nonlinear electrodynamics coupled to teleparallel theory of gravity, regular charged spherically symmetric solutions are obtained. The nonlinear theory is reduced to the Maxwell one in the weak limit and the solutions correspond to charged spacetimes. One of the obtained solutions contains an arbitrary function which we call general solution since we can generate from it the other solutions. The metric associated with these spacetimes is the same, i.e., regular charged static spherically symmetric black hole. In calculating the energy content of the general solution using the gravitational energy momentum within the framework of the teleparallel geometry, we find that the resulting form depends on the arbitrary function. Using the regularized expression of the gravitational energy-momentum we obtain the value of energy.

A new solution with constant torsion is derived using the field equations of f(T).Asymptotic forms of energy density,radial and transversal pressures are shown to meet the standard energy conditions,i.e.,weak and 'null' energy conditions according to some restrictions on T0,f(T0) and fT(T0). Other solutions are obtained for vanishing radial pressure and for specific choices of f(T).The physics relevant to the resulting models is discussed.

Objective To explore if the addition of adjuvant chemotherapy with paclita.el and carboplatin to radiotherapy confers an advantage for overall survival （OAS）, and progression free survival （PFS）; to assess the incidence of relapses over standard pelvic radiotherapy; and to evaluate the related toxicity in high-risk stage I-II endometrial carcinoma Methods Medical records were reviewed to identify high-risk stage I-1I endometrial carcinoma cases treated in the Clinical Oncology and Nuclear Medicine department between 2002 and 2008 with adjuvant radiotherapy alone （arm Ⅰ）（57 patients） or with sequential carboplatin （AUCS-6） and paclita.el （135-175 mg/m^2） with radiotherapy （arm Ⅱ）（51 patients）. Radiotherapy was performed through the four-field box technique at doses of 45-50 Gy （1.8 Gy/day × 5 days/week）. Results The toxicity was manageable and predominantly hematologic with a grade 3 neutropenia and thrombocytopenia in 9.8% and 6% of the patients in arm Ⅰ and arm Ⅱ, respectively, without febrile neutropenia. All patients experienced hair loss. Chernoradiotherapy arm was associated with a lower incidence rate of relapse （9.8% vs. 22.7%）. After a median follow-up period of 48 months, the 5-year OAS and PFS rates for chemoradiotherapy-treated patients were significantly more favorable than those who did not receive chemotherapy （P=0.02 and 0.03, respectively）. In arm I, the OAS and PFS rates were 73.7% and 66.7% compared with those in arm II, whose rates were 90.2% and 84.3%. Conclusions Adjuvant chemoradiation with paclita.el and carboplatin improved the survival rates and decreased the recurrence rates in patients with high-risk stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma. Chemotherapy was associated with an acceptable rate of toxicity. However, a prospective study with a larger number of patients is needed to define a standard adjuvant treatment for high-risk stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma.

Effects ofγ-irradiation and deformation temperature（T）on the tensile properties of Pb-2mass% Sb alloys were *** samples were annealed at 458 Kfor 2hin air,then water quenched after they wereγ-irradiated（the different doses were 0.5,1.0,1.5,and 2.0 MGy）.The tensile properties were performed using stress-strain measurements at a constant strain rate（1.2×10^（-3） s^（-1））and at different T（303-393K）.It was found that at constant dose,the fracture stress（σF）decreases while the fracture strain（εF）increases as *** particular T,σFincreases whileεFdecreases with increasing *** strain-hardening exponent（n）,which is the slope of the relation between ln（σ）and ln（ε）of the parabolic part of the stress-strain curve,was determined and its values increase as Tincreases and decrease as the dose *** value of the activation energy increases as the dose increases from 0.07 eV for un-irradiated sample to 0.1eV for the 2 MGy-irradiated *** values are in accordance with that needed for dislocation movement and ordering *** interpretation of the results was given,based on the creation of point and line defects due toγ-irradiation,and that results in a distribution of beta phase（Sb-phase）,leading to a difficulty in the movement of dislocations,so there is an increase in alloy hardness.
