Colorectal cancer(CRC)represents a molecularly heterogeneous disease and one of the most frequent causes of cancer-related death *** traditional classification of CRC is based on pathomorphological and molecular character-istics of tumor cells(mucinous,ring-cell carcinomas,etc.),analysis of mechanisms of carcinogenesis involved(chromosomal instability,microsatellite instability,CpG island methylator phenotype)and mutational statuses of commonly altered genes(KRAS,NRAS,BRAF,APC,etc.),as well as expression signatures(CMS 1-4).it is also suggested that the tumor microenvironment is a key player in tumor progression and metastasis in *** to the latest data,the immune microenvironment can also be predictive of the response to immune checkpoint *** this review,we highlight how the immune environment influences CRC prognosis and sensitivity to systemic therapy.

Ninety male Wistar rats were selected under the ＂Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals＂ for skin-muscle wound models. Three groups of animals were examined respectively for inoculation of inhibitor of p38 MAPK （mitogen activated protein kinase） SB 203580 and JNK inhibitor SP 600125, and a control. Light microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and tensometry revealed that the inhibition of p38 or JNK cascades have modified the formation of the connective tissue scar. The degree of connective tissue growth in the area of surgical wound had been significantly reduced by the end of observation （30 d） as the SB 203580 was applied （% volume of collagen 43.60 （41.05 - 60.15） vs. 73.54 （66.87 - 78.01） in control, p = 0.002）. Conversely, when we have applied the JNK blocker, the density of collagen in scar tissue increased （78.14 （72.77 - 81.14）, p = 0.022 vs. control）. SB203580 inhibits the expression of p38, c-Jun and c-Fos. When we have used the JNK blocker, the expression of c-Fos and c-Jun decreased, but the expression of p38 increased. This determines the high functional activity of fibroblasts after using SP 600125. Obtained results show the importance of studying regulators of cell differentiation as potential drugs, which significantly affect the outcome of the pathological processes.

The polycondensation of the mixture of diamines 5,5-methylene bis(2-aminophenol) and 4,4-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)dianiline(molar ratio 0.8:0.2) with isophthaloyl dichloride was used to synthesize poly(amido-o-hydroxy amide)(POA-F)-new heat resistant binder of the composites for microelectronics. The copolymer was fractionated, its hydrodynamic, optical, and conformational properties were researched, and molecular masses(ММ) of the fractions were defined. The polydispersity index was estimated. Based on experimental data, calculation of the size of a segment of Kuhn characterizing degree of an intramolecular orientation order and value of coefficients of the equation of Mark-Kuhn-Hauvink for viscometric and diffusion data were performed. it was demonstrated that introducing 20 mol % of the monomer with-CF3-groups does not lead to any changes in conformational properties of the macromolecules and does not change the degree of intramolecular orientational order(the Kuhn segment length). Optical characteristics of POA-F solutions are virtually similar to the corresponding values for POA prepared with the use of single amine-containing component-5,5-methylene bis(2-aminophenol). The received MM distribution for POA-F(prepolymer) provided the solubility of its films in alkaline solutions. The heat resistance(τ5 and τ10-temperatures corresponding to 5% and of 10% PBO-F mass loss of a polymer) of the powders and the films of PBO, PBO-F were determined. The electrophysical parameters-dielectric permittivity(ε) and dielectric loss tangent(tan δ) of the PBO-F films decreased down to 3.30 and 0.017, in comparison 3.40 and 0.025 for PBO respectively.

Bai et *** the multistep Rayleigh quotient iteration(MRQi)as well as its inexact variant(iMRQi)in a recent work(***.77:2396–2406,2019).These methods can be used to effectively compute an eigenpair of a Hermitian *** convergence theorems of these methods were established under two conditions imposed on the initial guesses for the target eigenvalue and *** this paper,we show that these two conditions can be merged into a relaxed one,so the convergence conditions in these theorems can be weakened,and the resulting convergence theorems are applicable to a broad class of *** addition,we give detailed discussions about the new convergence condition and the corresponding estimates of the convergence errors,leading to rigorous convergence theories for both the MRQi and the iMRQi.

Tumor cell death visualization of renal cell carcinoma under the combined effect of the Gratiola officinalis extract and cyclophosphamide using fluorescent staining methods

Objective of the study:We used fluorescence imaging methods of apoptosis and necrosis in human renal carcinoma A498 tumor cells in vitro to reveal the indicated forms of cell death under the combined effect of flavonoid-containing extract of Gratiola officinalis and cytostatic(cyclo-phosphamide).Materials and methods:The dyes were propidium iodide and acridine orange,which were used in the"alive and dead"*** test helped us to identify the total number of dead cells in the forms of necrosis and apoptosis and the number of cells in which apoptosis had started,it was characterized by the appearance of apoptotic bodies or nucleus ***:We found the most pronounced cytotoxic activity at the ratio of extract of Gratiola officinalis and cyclophosphamide concentrations of 1∶*** number of living cells decreased when exposed to the ratio of extract and cytostatic concentrations of 2∶*** the ratio of concentration of the extract relative to the cytostatic increased to 3∶1,the cytostatic activity of the extract began to appear,the total number of tumor cells *** number of cells with nucleus pyknosis and the number of cells with apoptosis signs significantly increased at a 3∶1 ratio of extract and cytostatic concentrations,which confirms the presence of pro-apoptotic activity of the studied *** trend indicates the dependence of a certain form of cell death(apoptosis,necrosis)on the ratio of extract and cytostatic doses,and it also demon-strates the cytostatic and cytotoxic effects of this ***:Fluorescence methods of investigation in the"alive and dead"test allowed us to visualize the forms of cell death of human kidney carcinoma A498 by combined exposure to the fiavonoid-containing extract of Gratiola officinalis and cytostatic(cyclophosphamide)24 h after *** found that the combination with a concentration ratio of the extract and cyclophosphamide of 3:1 has the greatest effectiveness due to stimulation of t
