通过比较聚 2 ,5 -二甲氧基苯胺 (PDMAn)、聚邻甲基苯胺 (PoT)和聚间氯苯胺 (Pm Cl An)膜修饰电极的氧化还原电位、沉积在这 3种聚合物上的铂微粒的表面形态与晶面取向以及异丙醇在分散 Pt微粒的聚苯胺膜修饰电极上的氧化行为 ,从电子效应和立体效应探讨了聚合物电化学性质与环取代基的关系以及不同聚合物基质对 Pt沉积机理和电极催化性能的影响 .结果表明 ,在硫酸溶液中 PDMAn膜修饰电极的氧化还原电位最负、 PoT次之、 Pm Cl An最正 .Pt在 PDMAn和 PoT膜上的电沉积机理与在 Pm Cl An膜上的不同 ,聚合物膜上沉积的 Pt微粒呈现 (2 0 0 )晶面择优取向 ,其中 PoT膜上择优取向度最大 ,PDMAn次之 ,Pm Cl An最小 .异丙醇在金属化聚合物膜电极上的氧化电位取决于聚苯胺的本质 ,在 PoT膜修饰电极上异丙醇的电氧化主要发生在 PoT的活性电位区 ,而在 PDMAn与 Pm Cl An膜上的电氧化则主要发生在 Pt上的氧化电位区 ,说明聚合物膜不仅作为 Pt微粒的分散介质 ,而且本身可能产生催化作用 .

岳敏君1964年生于中国黑龙江省大庆市。从1985年至1989年他在河北师范大学美术系学习油画。毕业以后在华北石油教育学院美术系当老师。1991年,辞掉教学工作以后到圆明园艺术村租了房子。处于北京西北边的圆明园为90年代的新一代艺术家提供了机会,他们采取了与80年代前卫艺术群不同的方式来创作。虽然圆明园的艺术家艺术风格不同,但是人们普遍视他们为一群相同的艺术家,中外评论家从90年代初开始用“玩世现实主义”概念去概括圆明园的艺术风格。属于这一概念指称的艺术家有：岳敏君、方力均、杨少斌等,他们通过描绘社会主义与资本主义的融合性,来表达对于他们时代的一种无奈与挫折。然而,笔者认为,这一概念主要有两个问题。第一,它的解释范围局限于一些观念,譬如讽刺、无聊、无奈等。但评论家往往用这些观念分析政治与社会方面的一些问题。笔者认为,这样必然分散了我们对于画面进行视觉分析的注意力。其次,它误读了岳敏君的艺术是现实的再现,是当代中国社会与历史的讽刺性的描绘。笔者认为,这一概念不是在当代艺术的语境中,而是在现代艺术传统上理解其艺术,那么这就转移了解释的目标。因而本论文有两个目的：第一,在一种没有相关讨论的语境中解释岳敏君的艺术。第二,阐释其艺术的当代本质。于是,本研究是岳敏君艺术的解读与中国当代艺术的当代性相关的讨论。岳敏君的艺术并不是现实的再现,而是中西美术史片断的融合。笔者认为,岳敏君的艺术是以中国身份的呈现与当代艺术的商业化为题材的行为艺术。本论文通过考察当代艺术与行为艺术的特征解释岳敏君的绘画。根据笔者观察,行为艺术与英文当中的"performance art"(表演艺术)两个词都强调这种艺术的特征是艺术家将会成为作品的一部分。他不只是作品的制作者,而是他本身就在作品以内。另外,“行为艺术”或者‘'performance art"主要是与艺术家本身的身份和个性相关的一些问题。根据行为艺术的这种定义,艺术家从外围角色——作为具有特定意义的作品的制作者,变成了占据作品中心地位的对象。这里,艺术家的个性与身份成为艺术作品本身。对于岳敏君的绘画而言,主要问题是,岳敏君作为中国艺术家是谁。岳敏君虽然没有直接采用自己的身体进行“表演”或显示“行为”。但却以绘画的方式呈现出一系列岳敏君身体状态的行为拟像。本研究的意义具有两个。第一,如果我们从上述的角度来分析岳敏君的艺术,那么我们才能发现其意义的一些还没显示的层面。其次,本研究显示,当代绘画未必有固定意义,而随着环境的变化,或者随着作品的变化它们能显示新的意义,而且它们的意义能不断地在新的层面上积累。

环取代基及掺杂对聚苯胺分子链结构产生影响的同时也对大分子聚集态结构产生影响.通过对聚合物膜的XRD、SEM研究,表明在所合成的环取代聚苯胺衍生物中,聚合物的结晶性依PoT(聚邻甲苯胺)、PDMAn(聚-2,5-二甲氧基苯胺)、PmClAn(聚间氯苯胺)顺序增加;与本征态的比较,质子酸掺杂后聚合物的结晶性有所提高.PoT基本上表现出了非晶聚合物的性质;PDMAn具有同质多晶的结构特征,但结晶度较低;PmClAn表现出了典型高分子晶体性质,符合单斜晶系的特征(晶胞参数为a=0.679nm,b=2.304nm,c=0.5734nm,α=90°,β=100.9°,γ=90°).采用HyperChem程序包中的MM+分子力学方法对1H-NMR和XRD实验结果进行结构优化,确定了苯式结构/醌式结构为3/2的PmClAn大分子链的构象.

Resetting of Cardiac Ventricular Tachycardia Storm with Intravenous Potassium Chloride: A Case Report

Ventricular Tachycardia Storm (VTS) with hemodynamic instability is a life-threatening arrhythmia more often presents in patients with structural heart disease. Lack of response to cardioversion and/or antiarrhythmic drugs will have fatal consequences. We report a case of a hemodynamically unstable patient with Ventricular Tachycardia Storm refractory to intravenous antiarrhythmic medications, which finally responded to a slow bolus of IV potassium chloride. This case emphasizes the importance of identifying an electrolyte imbalance as a possible cause of a Ventricular Tachycardia storm and its rapid correction as an addition to the usual pharma.o.ogical treatment.

Background Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a progressive multifaceted neurodegenerative disorder for which no disease-modifying treatment *** is central to the pathology progression,with evidence suggesting that microglia-released galectin-3(gal3)plays a pivotal role by amplifying neuroinflammation in ***,the possible involvement of gal3 in the disruption of neuronal network oscillations typical of AD remains *** Here,we investigated the functional implications of gal3 signaling on experimentally induced gamma.o.cillations ex vivo(20-80 Hz)by performing electrophysiological recordings in the hippocampal CA3 area.o. wild-type(WT)mice and of the 5×FAD mouse model of *** addition,the recorded slices from WT mice under acute gal3 application were analyzed with RT-qPCR to detect expression of some neuroinflammation-related genes,and amyloid-β(Aβ)plaque load was quantified by immunostaining in the CA3 area.o. 6-month-old 5×FAD mice with or without gal3 knockout(Ko).Results gal3 application decreased gamma.o.cillation power and rhythmicity in an activity-dependent manner,which was accompanied by impairment of cellular dynamics in fast-spiking interneurons(FSNs)and pyramidal *** found that the gal3-induced disruption was mediated by the gal3 carbohydrate-recognition domain and prevented by the gal3 inhibitor TD139,which also prevented Aβ42-induced degradation of gamma ***-more,the 5×FAD mice lacking gal3(5×FAD-gal3Ko)exhibited WT-like gamma network dynamics and decreased Aβplaque *** We report for the first time that gal3 impairs neuronal network dynamics by spike-phase uncoupling of FSNs,inducing a network performance ***,our findings suggest gal3 inhibition as a potential therapeutic strategy to counteract the neuronal network instability typical of AD and other neurological disorders encompassing neuroinflammation and cognitive decline.

The amygdala modulates memory processes in other brain areas and modulates emotional memory formation（i.e. "Emotional Tagging"）. Under extreme conditions amygdala modulation may lead to the formation of abnormal plasticity and to the formation of trauma-related psychopathologies. In the past we could demonstrate that priming the amygdala prior to attempts to induce long-term potentiation（LTP） in areas such as the hippocampus and m PFC, indeed modulated the level of LTP. Importantly, it was demonstrated that similar to exposure to different stressors, priming the amygdala did not simply enhance or suppress LTP, but rather had region-specific effects. For example, priming the amygdala suppressed LTP in CA1 but enhanced LTP in the dentate gyrus（DG）. These results were in full agreement with the notion that stress and trauma do not impair or enhance memory but rather modulate the way the experience is remembered. However, the amygdala is a dynamic brain region which by itself is affected by emotional experiences and being amenable to long-term plasticity. Typically in stressrelated research animals are exposure to stress and the impact of that exposure is then examined. Similarly, amygdala priming effects on plasticity in other brain areas was mainly studied by priming the amygdala.o.ce and examining the impact on LTP induction in other brain areas. These approaches fail to take into consideration the dynamic nature of responses to stress and the fact that the amygdala is amenable to plasticity which may modify the emotional response of the individual later on. In recent years, we have started to examine the possible implications of the dynamic nature of the amygdala. We have employed a range of methodologies aiming to understand the consequences of meta-plastic alterations within the amygdala.o. its role in emotional learning and in stress-related psychopathologies. Systemic inflamma.o.y markers in elderly patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement

BACKGRoUND Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)provokes an early injury response,partially represented by dynamic changes in inflamma.o.y *** greatly benefits the elderly and we aimed to determine whether increased inflamma.o.y markers post-TAVR in octagenerians were different than their younger counterparts and whether it was associated with adverse clinical *** Patients with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis who underwent transfemoral TAVR from January 2010 to December 2021 were *** white blood cells(WBC)count and subpopulation dynamics were *** Five-hundred and seven patients were finally included in the study,65%of these patients were 80 or more years old(54%female,median age 84[82-87])years,with severe symptomatic aortic *** patients aged a.o.e 80 years(patients≥80),we noticed significant kinetic changes in the WBC and their differential cellular subpopulations(Pon and early days *** was evident by a significant increase in total WBC(median 7.1 to 9.4)and absolute neutrophil count(median 4.7 to 7.4),neutrophil-lymphocyte(NL)ratio(median 2.82 to 7.21),and a meaningful decrease in absolute lymphocyte count(median 1.5 to 1.0).Implantation of self-expandable valves(SEVs)was associated with a more pronounced inflamma.o.y response than balloon-expandable valves(BEVs).Higher WBC and neutrophil counts were associated with higher mortality and ma.o. vascular complications at 30 days,in addition,higher neutrophil counts and NL ratios were found to be correlated to arrhythmia at 30 days with P values of 0.04 and 0.028,*** This is the first description of a differential age-related inflamma.o.y response in patients after TAVR,which shows an association between inflamma.o.y markers post procedure and clinical ***,survival rates were similar in the elderly population and in younger patients,despite the presence of comorbid conditions.
