　　Solid-phase asymmetric organic synthesis has become a very important synthetic strategy within the organic chemistry community.[1] Critical to success in SPOS is a linking strategy which allows both the substrate to be loaded and the product released efficiently from the polymeric support. A safety catch linker[2] (SCL) is in principle a linking molecule orthogonal to the reaction conditions of the library synthesis, which can be easily activated by a simple chemical transformation to allow efficient cleavage of the products from the polymer under mild conditions. In order to introduce the SuperQuat chiral auxiliaries[3] for SOPS, we report herein design and synthesis of a novel safety catch linker for asymmetric conjugate addition reactions.……

Bi-directional BLAST is a simple approach to detect, annotate, and analyze candidate orthologous or paralogous sequences in a single go. This procedure is usually confined to the realm of customized Perl scripts, usually tuned for UNIX-like environments. Porting those scripts to other operating systems involves refactoring them, and also the installation of the Perl programming environment with the required libraries. To overcome these limitations, a data pipeline was implemented in Java. This application submits two batches of sequences to local versions of the NCBI BLAST tool, manages result lists, and refines both bi-directional and simple hits. gO Slim terms are attached to hits, several statistics are derived, and molecular evolution rates are estimated through PAML. The results are written to a set of delimited text tables intended for further analysis. The provided graphic user interface allows a friendly interaction with this application, which is documented and available to download at http：//***/course/***？id=2079 or https：//***/projects/bidiblast/ under the gNU gPL license.

Wild-type p53 is a stress-responsive transcription factor and a potent tumor suppressor.P53 inhibits the growth of incipient cancer cells by blocking their proliferation or inducing their death through *** is a self-eating process that plays a key role in response to *** autophagy,organelles and other intracellular components are degraded in autophagolysosomes and the autophagic breakdown products are recycled into metabolic and energy producing pathways needed for survival.P53 can promote or inhibit autophagy depending on its subcellular localization,mutation status,and the level of *** autophagy has been reported in several studies to increase p53-mediated apoptosis,revealing that autophagy can influence cell-fate in response to activated p53 and is a potential target to increase p53-dependent tumor suppression.

为解决两电极电磁流量计对于速度非轴对称分布的敏感问题,基于Shercliff权函数提出区域权函数概念,研究其计算方法并设计出多电极电磁流量计.通过多电极传感器测量不同位置的弦端电压,计算管道截面各区域的局部轴向平均速度,并实现体积流量的测量.介绍了多电极电磁流量计传感器设计,通过测量偏流发生器下游的非轴对称单相流及倾斜管固-液两相流,证明该设计对于非轴对称流具有较高的流量测量精度及可靠的速度分布测量结果.

There has been tremendous changes in land use and management in the River Njoro Watershed during the last three *** large scale farms have been converted into smallholder farms and plantation forests have gradually been *** changes in land use and management have brought in different approaches that have triggered soil erosion and other forms of land *** objective of this study was to trace the changes in land use and determine their effects on aggregate stability and hydraulic conductivity.A semi detailed soil survey of the watershed was undertaken following a three-tier approach comprising image interpretation,field surveys and laboratory *** measured variables in the soil were analysed using ANOVA and correlation *** major land uses were found to be forestland,agricultural land,grassland,and wetland.A strong soil type_landscape relationship was observed within the *** of slopes were moderately to severely eroded,shallow and less developed whereas those on summits,pen plains,uplands,plateaus and valleys were deep and well *** stability was the highest in forestland and decreased in the order of grassland,agricultural land and wetland *** mean weight diameter under the various land use conditions was 0.68,0.64,0.58,and 041 *** conductivity was the highest in forest-land and decreased in the order of agricultural land,grassland and wetland *** was significant negative correlation between hydraulic conductivity and the bulk density and clay content of the *** aggregate stability and lowered hydraulic conductivity is likely to be responsible for some of the severe soil erosion and other forms of land degradation observed in the River Njoro Watershed.
