Rubidium(Rb)deposits mostly occur in the South China and Central Asia orogenic belts and are often closely associated with highly differentiated *** study investigates a newly-discovered giant Rb deposit at gariatong in the Central Lhasa terrane in *** field studies and logging data revealed that the Rb mineralization mainly occurs in monzogranite and is related to ***-ICP-mS U-Pb dating of zircon yielded ages of 19.1±0.2 ma and 19.0±0.2 ma for greisenized monzogranite and fresh monzogranite,*** monzogranites are characterized as strongly peraluminous,with high contents of SiO2,Al2O3,K2O and Na2O as well as a high differentiation *** are enriched in light rare earth and large ion lithophile elements with significant negative Eu anomalies and depleted high fieldstrength *** and geochemical features of these ore-related monzogranites suggest that they are highly fractionated S-type granites,derived from remelting of crustal materials in a post-collisional *** geochemistry of zircon and apatite points to a low oxygen fugacity of the ore-related monzogranite during the magma’s *** discovery of the gariatong Rb deposit suggests that the Central Lhasa terrane may be an important region for rare metal mineralization.

Comparison of engineering failures and seismic responses of 500 kV transformer-bushing systems in the 2022 Luding earthquake

Cemented and mechanically clamped types of end fittings(fitting-C and fitting.m.are commonly used in transformer *** the Luding.m. 6.8 earthquake that occurred in China on September 5,2022,all transformer bushings with the two types of end fittings in a 500 kV substation were ***-earthquake field investigations were conducted,and the failures of the two types of bushings were *** elementary simulation models of the transformer-bushing systems were developed to simulate the engineering failures,and further compute their seismic responses for *** results indicate that the hitch lugs of the connection flange are structurally harmful to seismic ***-m can decrease the bending stiffness of the bushing due to the flexible sealing rubber *** it provides a more flexible connection that dissipates energy,the peak accelerations and relative displacements at the top of the bushing are significantly lower than those of the bushing with *** with fitting-C,fitting.m.transfers the high-stress areas from the connection flange to the root of the porcelain,so the latter becomes the most vulnerable ***-m increases the failure risk of the low-strength porcelain,indicating the unsuitability of applying it in high-intensity fortification regions.

This paper considers the problem of estimating unknown sparse time-varying signals for stochastic dynamic *** deal with the challenges of extensive sparsity,we resort to the compressed sensing.m.thod and propose a compressed Kalman filter(KF)*** algorithm first compresses the original high-dimensional sparse regression vector via the sensing.m.trix and then obtains a KF estimate in the compressed low-dimensional ***,the original high-dimensional sparse signals can be well recovered by a reconstruction *** ensure stability and establish upper bounds on the estimation errors,we introduce a compressed excitation condition without imposing independence or stationarity on the system signal,and therefore suitable for feedback *** further present the performance of the compressed KF ***,we show that the mean square compressed tracking error matrix can be approximately calculated by a linear deterministic difference matrix equation,which can be readily evaluated,analyzed,and ***,a numerical example demonstrates that our algorithm outperforms the standard uncompressed KF algorithm and other compressed algorithms for estimating high-dimensional sparse signals.

Phase change materials(PCms)offer a promising solution to address the challenges posed by intermittency and fluctuations in solar thermal ***,for organic solid-liquid PCms,issues such as leakage,low thermal conductivity,lack of efficient solar-thermal media,and flamma-bility have constrained their broad ***,we present an innova-tive class of versatile composite phase change materials(CPCms)developed through a facile and environmentally friendly synthesis approach,leveraging the inherent anisotropy and unidirectional porosity of wood aerogel(nanowood)to support polyethylene glycol(PEg).The wood modification process involves the incorporation of phytic acid(PA)and mXene hybrid structure through an evaporation-induced assembly method,which could impart non-leaking PEg filling while concurrently facilitating thermal conduction,light absorption,and ***,the as-prepared wood-based CPCms showcase enhanced thermal conductivity(0.82 W m^(-1)K^(-1),about 4.6 times than PEg)as well as high latent heat of 135.5 kJ kg^(-1)(91.5%encapsula-tion)with thermal durability and stability throughout at least 200 heating and cooling cycles,featuring dramatic solar-thermal conversion efficiency up to 98.58%.In addition,with the synergistic effect of phytic acid and mXene,the flame-retardant performance of the CPCms has been significantly enhanced,showing a self-extinguishing ***,the excellent electromagnetic shielding of 44.45 dB was endowed to the CPCms,relieving contemporary health hazards associated with electromagnetic ***,we capitalize on the exquisite wood cell structure with unidirectional transport inherent in the development of multifunctional CPCms,showcasing the operational principle through a proof-of-concept prototype system.

Compressed Least Squares Algorithm of Continuous-Time Linear Stochastic Regression model Using Sampling Data

Effects of fracture evolution and non-Darcy flow on the thermal performance of enhanced geothermal system in 3D complex fractured rock

In fractured geothermal reservoirs,the fracture networks and internal fluid flow behaviors can significantly impact the thermal *** this study,we proposed a non-Darcy rough discrete fracture network(NR-DFN)model that can simultaneously consider the fracture evolution and non-Darcy flow dynamics in studying the thermo-hydro-mechanical(THm)coupling processes for heat extraction in geothermal *** further employed the model on the Habanero enhanced geothermal systems(EgS)project located in ***,our findings illustrate a clear spatial-temporal variation in the thermal stress and pressure perturbations,as well as uneven spatial distribution of shear failure in 3D fracture *** shear failure is mainly concentrated in the first fracture ***,channeling flow have also been observed in DFNs during heat extraction and are further intensified by the expansion of fractures driven by thermal ***,the combined effect of non-Darcy flow and fracture evolution triggers a rapid decline in the resulting heat rate and *** NR-DFN model framework and the Habanero EgS's results illustrate the importance of both fracture evolution and non-Darcy flow on the efficiency of EgS production and have the potential to promote the development of more sustainable and efficient EgS operations for stakeholders.
