r.ng.Intr.d.ction:r.ng. The majority of pregnancies and births go off without incident even though they all present risks. Retro-placental hematoma (RPH) is an extreme obstetric emergency. The aim of our study was to assess the maternal-fetal prognosis of this pathology in our patients. Patients and Methods: This is a retrospective descriptive and analytical study over 5 years ranging from the period from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2019. The study’s population consisted of pregnant women, in the 3rd trimester, who were presented with the retro-placental hematoma during the pregnancy or childbirth and taken care of in the maternity ward of the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Communautaire. Results: During our study period, we recorded 87 cases of retro-placental hematoma, and 40,763 deliveries. The frequency of retro-placental hematoma was 0.21% at delivery. The pr.ter. Bir.h is the main cause of hospital.zing.in the pathol.g.c pr.g./span>nancy service because of its deadly and morbidity rate observing into new born. The purpose of this Study: The purpose of this study is to study the epidemiology, clinic and prediction of preterm delivery in the Maternity at the community university hospital Center. Methodology: Over a 12 month period, we conducted a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study of preterm delivery cases in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of the community university hospital Center. The data was collected from the survey records and then analyzed by Epi Info version 3.5.4. Results: The preterm delivery rate related to delivery in the pregnancy pathology department was 17.5%. A high proportion was noticed on patients aged from 20 - 24 years old (28.2%), single (95.8%) and pauciparous (39.5%) were observed. Pelvic pain is the main cause of consultation (100%). 83.1% of the cases were cured by Nifedipine. The higher neonatal mortality is in the pregnancy period less than 30 weeks, with statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Preterm birth is a common disease in the Department. This test was d.sig.ed.to eval.ate the potential.for.asbestos exposur. to mechanics and.other. who r.move asbestos-containing.eng.ne g.skets fr.m r.cipr.cating.styl. air.r.ft eng.nes. Util.zed.in this test was an air.cool.d. hor.zontal.y opposed. aviation g.sol.ne bur.ing.eng.ne, assembl.d.d.r.ng.1986 and.oper.ted.inter.ittentl. up into 2015, having.accumul.ted.1680 hour. r.n time. The sear.h for.new biomar.er. pr.d.ctive of type 2 d.abetes cur.entl. constitutes a r.sear.h avenue in Biocl.nical. Total.homocysteine r.mains a pr.fer.ed.tar.0}t d.e to its invol.ement in the occur.ence of d.g.ner.tive compl.cations in type 2 d.abetics. The aim of this wor. was to stud. hyper.omocysteinemia and.other.biochemical.mar.er. associated.with T2d.in the Cong.l.se popul.tion. This was an anal.tical.case-contr.l.stud. car.ied.out between October.2022 and.October.2023. The stud. popul.tion consisted.of 150 subjects incl.d.ng.100 T2d.patients and.50 contr.l.subjects. The main cl.nical.d.ta wer. col.ected.on a pr.-establ.shed.for.. Homocysteine d.ter.ination was car.ied.out by the sand.ich El.SA method. The other.biochemical.mar.er. wer. measur.d.by col.r.metr.c enzymatic method.. Hyper.omocysteinemia was pr.sent in 27.3% (41/150) of the entir. stud. popul.tion. Type 2 d.abetics had.a fr.quency of hyper.omocysteinemia of 36% (36/100) and.contr.l.10% (5/50) (p = 0.001). The mean hyper.omocysteinemia concentr.tion was 31.9 μmol.l.with extr.mes r.ng.ng.fr.m 18 to 103 μmol.l. Means of biol.g.cal.mar.er. between d.abetics and.contr.l. showed.a statistical.y sig.ificant d.ffer.nce (p = 0.01). The r.sk factor. associated.with this HHcy wer.: sex (Or.= 3.5), ag. (Or.= 9.4), sed.ntar. l.festyl. (Or.= 3.4) and.g.ycosyl.ted.hemog.obin (Or.= 12) with a p-val.e r.spectivel.. Our.r.sul.s sug.est that hyper.omocysteinemia can be consid.r.d.as a pr.d.ctive biomar.er.in the biocl.nic of Cong.l.se type 2 d.abetic patients.
