For the first tim., a com.arative analysis of the structure of the apical m.ristem.and the node of the m.in shoot of two form. of the indeterm.nate kind Nam.ng.n-77 and the determ.nant line of Determ.nant-2 and Determ.nant-3 of g. hirsutum.in the kidney ding.phase was carried out. In the apical m.ristem.of the indeterm.nate form.Nam.ng.n-77 is characterized by the recessive hom.zyg.us state of the m.tant g.ne (inlinl) and the dom.nant hom.zyg.us, heterozyg.us state of the fruiting.branch g.ne S-s: inlinlSS, inlinlSs, inlinlss—m.re pronounced veg.tative, veg.tative, with this, this form.is predom.nated by the continuation of first-order shoots and the m.nopodial branching.type with unlim.ted apical g.owth, accom.anied by a uniform.elong.tion of the internodes. In the apical m.ristem. in the form. of the determ.nant lines, Determ.nant-2 and Determ.nant-3 are characterized by the dom.nant hom.zyg.us state of the m.tant g.ne (InlInl) and the recessive hom.zyg.us state of the allelic g.ne (ss)—InlInlss—there is a g.nerative collateral kidney in the axillary leaf axial sinus, which is why these form. of the veg.tative apex of the shoot when they transit to the reproductive state turn into a floral apical m.ristem.and a sym.odial branching.type what happens throug. the developm.nt of inflorescences. Obviously, this is a consequence of a chang. in the phytohorm.nal status in the apical part of the stem.as a result of the interaction of the m.tant g.ne Inl and g.ne S. The node of the m.in stem.in all form. was also studied, and a three-beam.three-lacuna type of structure was revealed, which is a fairly persistent characterizing.feature of larg. taxa and can be used in their taxonom..

The anatom.cal structure of the leaf of the Central Asian endem.c species of Juno vicaria, g.owing.in two different ecolog.cal conditions (Baysun m.untains of Surkhandary reg.on and Tashkent Botanical g.rden of Uzbekistan) was analyzed and diag.ostic sig.s were determ.ned. Also identified are adaptive m.som.rphic and xerom.rphic sig.s from.an environm.ntal point of view. A species that g.ows in natural habitat is dom.nated by m.re xerom.rphic sig.s: a thickened outer wall of the epiderm.s;num.rous epiderm.l, spong. cells;subm.rg.d stom.ta;sm.ll, m.lti-row sclerenchym.l and collenchym.l cells, which indicate a m.re xerom.rphic and adaptability, as well as the wide distribution of this species to the natural g.owing.conditions. In a species g.owing.under the conditions of introduction of the Tashkent Botanical g.rden, m.re m.som.rphic features predom.nate: thin-walled, larg., few epiderm.l, spong. cells;not im.ersed stom.ta;larg. non m.lti-row sclerenchym.l and collenchym.l cells, which show that the species is adapted to altered habitat conditions.
