AIM:To provide a comprehensive and more representative national data on the disease,especially on treatment options and outcomes,and to determine access of retinob.astoma patients from Luzon,visayas and Mindanao to eye care,and determine if access is associated with delay in consultation,stag.ng.and ***:Cohort study of retinob.astoma patients seen in eleven institutions located in the three major areas of the Philippines namely Luzon,vizayas and Mindanao from ***:Totally 636 patients,involving.821 eyes,were ***(57%)were from Luzon and were seen in institutions in Luzon(72%).Annually,58±10 new cases were seen with 71%having.unilateral *** delay of consultation remained long.at 9(3,17)mo,long.st in patients with unilateral disease(Pvisayas(Pb.sed on the International Retinob.astoma Stag.ng.System,only 35%of patients had Stag. 1 while 47%already had extraocular *** was the most common treatment received b. 484 patients while intravenous chemotherapy was received b. *** were 250(39%)patients alive,195(31%)dead,85(13%)ab.ndoned,17(3%)refused and 89(14%)with no ***:This study presents the larg.st cohort of retinob.astoma patients in the Philippines in terms of patients’and participating.institutions’numb.r and g.og.aphical location and type of institution(private and pub.ic).It also presents more comprehensive data on the treatments used and outcomes(survival,g.ob. salvag.,and vision retention rates).Delay in consultation was still long.among.patients leading.to advanced disease stag. and lower survival *** increasing.capacity to diag.ose and manag. retinob.astoma in the country,the delay of consultation remains long.primarily due to accessib.lity issues to eye care institutions especially in the visayas and financial *** delay was still sig.ificant that overall survival rate remain low.

The development of hig.-performance solution-processed red org.nic lig.t-emitting.diodes(OLEDs) remains a challeng.,particularly in terms of maintaining.efficiency at hig. luminance. Here, we desig.ed and synthesized four novel orang.-red thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF) dendrimers that are solution-processab.e: 2g.z b., 2DPACz b., 2Fb.2g.z and 2Fb.2DPACz. We systematically investig.ted the effect of sub.titution position and streng.h of donors on the optoelectronic properties. The reverse intersystem crossing.rate constant(kRISC) of the emitters having.donors sub.tituted at positions 11and 12 of the dib.nzo[a,c]phenazine(b.) is more than 10-times faster than that of compounds sub.tituted having.donors sub.tituted at positions 3 and 6. Compound 2DPACz b., containing.strong.r donors than 2g.z b., exhib.ts a red-shifted emission and smaller sing.et-triplet energ. splitting. ΔE_(ST), of 0.01 e v. The solution-processed OLED with 10 wt% 2DPACz b. doped in m CP emitted at 640 nm and showed a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE_(max)) of 7.8%, which was effectively maintained out to a luminance of 1,000 cd m-2. Such a device's performance at relevant display luminance is among.the hig.est for solution-processed red TADF OLEDs. The efficiency of the devices was improved sig.ificantly b. using.4Cz IPN as an assistant dopant in a hyperfluorescence(HF) config.ration, where the 2DPACz b. HF device shows an EQEmaxof 20.0% at λEL of 605 nm and remains hig. at 11.8% at a luminance of 1,000 cd m-2, which makes this device one of the hig.est efficiency orang.-to-red HF SP-OLEDs to date.

Within the self-consistent Hartree^Fock approximation, an explicit in this approximation expression for the g.ound state energ. of inhomog.neous b.se g.s is derived as a functional of the inhomog.neous density of the b.se-Einstein condensate. The results ob.ained are b.sed on existence of the off-diag.nal long.rang. order in the sing.e-particle density matrix for systems with a b.se-Einstein condensate. This makes it possib.e to avoid the use of anomalous averag.s. The explicit form of the kinetic energ., which differs from one in the g.oss-Pitaevski approach, is found. The ob.ained form of kinetic energ. is valid b.yond the Hartree--Fock approximation and can b. applied for arb.trary strong.interparticle interaction.

We report prog.ess towards a modern scientific description of thermodynamic properties of fluids following.the discovery (in 2012) of a coexisting.critical density hiatus and a supercritical mesophase defined b. percolation transitions. The state functions density ρ(p,T), and g.b.s energ. g.p,T), of fluids, e.g. COb.2b., Hb.2b.O and arg.n exhib.t a symmetry characterised b. the rig.dity, ω = (dp/dρ)b.Tb., b.tween g.seous and liquid states along.any isotherm from critical (Tb.cb.) to b.yle (Tb.b./sub.) temperatures, on either side of the supercritical mesophase. Here, using.experimental data for fluid arg.n, we investig.te the low-density cluster physics description of an ideal dilute g.s that ob.ys Dalton’s partial pressure law. Cluster expansions in powers of density relate to a supercritical liquid-phase rig.dity symmetry (RS) line (ω = ρb.rsb.(T) = RT) to g.s phase virial coefficients. We show that it is continuous in all derivatives, linear within stab.e fluid phase, and relates analytically to the b.yle-work line (b.) (w = (p/ρ)b.Tb. = RT), and to percolation lines of g.s (Pb. and liquid (PA) phases b.: ρb.b.b.(T) = 2ρb.PAb.(T) = 3ρb.Pb./sub.(T) = 3ρb.RSb.(T)/2 for T Tb.b./sub.. These simple relationships arise, b.cause the hig.er virial coefficients (b.sub.nb., n ≥ 4) cancel due to clustering.equilib.ia, or b.come neg.ig.b.e at all temperatures (0 T Tb.b./sub.)b. b.within the g.s phase. The b.yle-work line (p/ρb.b.b.)b.Tb. is related exactly at lower densities as T → Tb.b./sub., and accurately for liquid densities, b. ρb.b.b.(T) = −(b.sub.2b./b.sub.3b.)b.Tb.. The RS line, ω(T) = RT, defines a new liquid-density g.ound-state physical constant (ρb.RSb.(0) = (2/3)ρb.b.b.(0) for arg.n). g.ven the g.s-liquid rig.dity symmetry, the entire thermodynamic state functions b.low Tb.b./sub. are ob.ainab.e from b.sub.2b.(T). The 4340 steel is extensively utilized in several industries including.automotive and aerospace for manufac- turing.a larg. numb.r of structural components. Due to the importance of thermo-mechanical processing.in the pro- duction of steels, the dynamic recrystallization （DRX） characteristics of 4340 steel were investig.ted. Namely, hot compression tests on 4340 steel have b.en performed in a temperature rang. of 900-- 1200 ℃ and a strain rate rang. of 0.01--1 s-1 and the strain of up to 0.9. The resulting.flow stress curves show the occurrence of dynamic recrys- tallization. The flow stress values decrease with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate. The microstrueture of 4340 steel after deformation has b.en studied and it is sug.ested that the evolution of DRX g.ain structures can b. accompanied b. considerab.e mig.ation of g.ain b.undaries. The constitutive equations were developed to model the hot deformation b.havior. Finally b.sed on the classical stress-dislocation relations and the kinematics of the dynamic recrystallization; the flow stress constitutive equations for the dynamic recovery period and dynamic reerystallization period were derived for 4340 steel, respectively. The validity of the model was demon- strated b. demonstrating.the experimental data with the numerical results with reasonab.e ag.eement.

We investig.te, in this paper, the effects of thermo-physical properties on the flow and heat transfer in a thin film of a power-law liquid over a horizontal stretching.surface in the presence of a viscous dissipation. The fluid properties, namely the fluid viscosity and the fluid thermal conductivity, are assumed to vary with temperature. Using.a similarity transformation, the g.verning.partial differential equations with a time dependent b.undary are converted into coupled non-linear Ordinary Differential Equations （ODEs） with variab.e coefficients. Numerical solutions of the coupled ODEs are ob.ained b. a finite difference scheme known as the Keller-b.x method. Results for the velocity and temperature distrib.tions are presented g.aphically for different values of the pertinent parameters. The effects of unsteady parameter on the skin friction, the wall temperature g.adient and the film thickness are presented and analyzed for zero and non-zero values of the temperature-dependent thermo-physical properties. The results ob.ained reveal many interesting.features that warrant further study on the non-Newtonian thin film fluid flow phenomena, especially the shear-thinning.phenomena.
