Unchecked breast cell growth is one of the leading causes of death in women globally and is the cause of breast *** only method to avoid breast cancer-related deaths is through early detection and *** proper classification of malignancies is one of the most significant challenges in the medical *** to their high precision and accuracy,machine learning techniques are extensively employed for identifying and classifying various forms of *** data mining algorithms were studied and implemented by the author of this review and compared them to the present parameters and accuracy of various algorithms for breast cancer diagnosis such that clinicians might use them to accurately detect cancer cells early *** article introduces several techniques,including support vector machine(SVm),K star(K∗)classifier,Additive Regression(AR),Back Propagation Neural Network(BP),and *** algorithms are trained using a set of data that contains tumor parameters from breast cancer *** the results,the author found that Support Vector machine and Bagging had the highest precision and accuracy,***,assess the number of studies that provide machine learning techniques for breast cancer detection.

Cloud resource scheduling is gaining prominence with the increasingtrends of reliance on cloud infrastructure solutions. Numerous sets of cloudresource scheduling models were evident in the literature. Cloud resource scheduling refers to the distinct set of algorithms or programs the service providersengage to maintain the service level allocation for various resources over a virtualenvironment. The model proposed in this manuscript schedules resources of virtual machines under potential volatility aspects, which can be applied for anypriority metric chosen by the server administrators. also, the model can be flexible for any time frame-based analysis of the load factor. The model discussed inthis manuscript relies on the Bollinger Bands tool for understanding the potentialvolatility aspects of a Virtual machine. The experimental study of the model compared to the contemporary load balancing model called STLB (Starvation Threshold-based Load Balancing) refers to a simple and potential model that can bemore pragmatic for sustainable ways of load balancing.

Background:Aspergillus fumigatus(Af)is one of the most ubiquitous fungi and its infection potency is suggested to be strongly controlled by the host genetic *** aim of this study was to search for candidate genes associated with host susceptibility to Aspergillus fumigatus(Af)using an RNAseq approach in CC lines and hepatic gene ***:We studied 31 male mice from 25 CC lines at 8 weeks old;the mice were infected with *** tissues were extracted from these mice 5 days post-infection,and next-generation RNA-sequencing(RNAseq)was *** GENE-E analysis platform was used to generate a clustered heat map ***:Significant variation in body weight changes between CC lines was *** gene expression revealed 12 top prioritized candidate genes differ-entially expressed in resistant versus susceptible mice based on body weight ***,three candidate genes are located within genomic intervals of the previ-ously mapped quantitative trait loci(QTL),including Gm16270 and Stox1 on chromo-some 10 and Gm11033 on chromosome ***:Our findings emphasize the CC mouse model's power in fine mapping the genetic components underlying susceptibility towards *** a next step,eQTL analysis will be performed for our RNA-Seq *** candidate genes from our study will be further assessed with a human cohort with aspergillosis.

Time series forecasting plays a significant role in numerous applications,including but not limited to,industrial planning,water consumption,medical domains,exchange rates and consumer price *** main problem is insufficient forecasting *** present study proposes a hybrid forecastingmethods to address this *** proposed method includes three *** first model is based on the autoregressive integrated moving average(ARImA)statistical model;the second model is a back propagation neural network(BPNN)with adaptive slope and momentum parameters;and the thirdmodel is a hybridization between ARImA and BPNN(ARImA/BPNN)and artificial neural networks and ARImA(ARImA/ANN)to gain the benefits of linear and *** forecasting models proposed in this study are used to predict the indices of the consumer price index(CPI),and predict the expected number of cancer patients in the Ibb Province in *** standard measures used to evaluate the proposed method include(i)mean square error,(ii)mean absolute error,(iii)root mean square error,and(iv)mean absolute percentage *** on the computational results,the improvement rate of forecasting the CPI dataset was 5%,71%,and 4%for ARImA/BPNN model,ARImA/ANN model,and BPNN model respectively;while the result for cancer patients’dataset was 7%,200%,and 19%for ARImA/BPNNmodel,ARImA/ANN model,and BPNNmodel ***,it is obvious that the proposed method reduced the randomness degree,and the alterations affected the time series with data *** ARImA/ANN model outperformed each of its components when it was applied separately in terms of increasing the accuracy of forecasting and decreasing the overall errors of forecasting.

The prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in the middle East is increasing in parallel to an increase in the prevalence of associated risk factors such as obesity,metabolic syndrome,and type 2 diabetes *** 20%to 30%of the patients progress to develop nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),a histological subtype of NAFLD,with features of hepatocyte injury such as hepatocyte *** can progress to fibrosis,cirrhosis,and even hepatocellular *** thus causes a substantial burden on healthcare systems and it is imperative that appropriate strategies are discussed at a regional level to facilitate effective management tailored to the needs of the *** fulfil this unmet need,expert gastroenterologists,hepatologists,and endocrinologists from the region came together in three advisory board meetings that were conducted in Saudi Arabia,United Arab Emirates,and Kuwait,to discuss current local challenges in NAFLD screening and diagnosis,and the different available management *** experts discussed the disease burden of NAFLD/NASH in the middle East;screening,diagnosis,and referral patterns in NAFLD;and available treatment options for NAFLD and *** paper summarizes the discussions and opinion of the expert panel on the management of NAFLD/NASH and also presents an extensive literature review on the topic.

In this paper,a combined approach CAZWNLP(a combined approach of zero-watermarking and natural language processing)has been developed for the tampering detection of English text exchanged through the *** third gram of alphanumeric of the markov model has been used with text-watermarking technologies to improve the performance and accuracy of tampering detection issues which are limited by the existing works reviewed in the literature of this *** third-grade level of the markov model has been used in this method as natural language processing technology to analyze an English text and extract the textual characteristics of the given ***,the extracted features have been utilized as watermark information and then validated with the attacked English text to detect any suspected tampering occurred on *** embedding mechanism of CAZWNLP method will be achieved logically without effects or modifying the original text document to embed a watermark *** has been implemented using VS code IDE with *** experimental and simulation results using standard datasets of varying lengths show that the proposed approach can obtain high robustness and better detection accuracy of tampering common random insertion,reorder,and deletion attacks,e.g.,Comparison results with baseline approaches also show the advantages of the proposed approach.

The unique chemical mechanical, and thermodynamic properties of nanofluids make them a subject of great interest for scientists from all domains. Such fluids are of particular significance in biomedical engineering owing to their vast and novel applications in modern drug delivery systems; for example, mixed convective peristaltic flow of water-based nanofluids under the influence of an externally applied magnetic field is of particular significance. Hence, a lot of research has focused on peristalsis in the presence of velocity and thermal slip effects. An empirical relation for the effective viscosity of the nanofluid is proposed here for the first time. The viscosity of the nanofluid varies with temperature and nanoparticle volume fraction. Numerical simulation of the resulting nonlinear system of equations is presented for different quantities of interest. The results indicate that the maximum velocity and temperature of the copper-water nanofluid increase for larger variable viscosity parameter. The pressure gradient in the wider part of the channel is also found to increase as a function of the variable viscosity parameter. The variable viscosity parameter also influences the size of the trapped bolus. An increase in the nanoparticle volume fraction reduces the reflux phenomenon in a peristaltic flow.

Skin cancer,a prevalent malignancy worldwide,poses significant health concerns owing to its increasing ***,a natural cellular process,is a pivotal event in skin cancer and has advantageous and detrimental *** duality has prompted extensive investigations into medical interventions targeting autophagy modulation for their substantial therapeutic *** systematic review aimed to investigate the relationship between skin cancer and autophagy and the contribution and mechanism of autophagy modulators in skin *** outlined the effectiveness and safety of targeting autophagy as a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of skin *** comprehensive review identified a diverse array of autophagy modulators with promising potential for the treatment of skin *** of these compounds demonstrates efficacy through distinct physiological mechanisms that have been elucidated in ***,findings from a literature search indicated that none of the natural,synthetic,or semisynthetic compounds exhibited notable adverse effects in either human or animal ***,this review offers novel mechanistic and therapeutic perspectives on the targeted modulation of autophagy in skin cancer.
