A Video Captioning Method by Semantic Topic-Guided Generation

In the video captioning methods based on an encoder-decoder,limited visual features are extracted by an encoder,and a natural sentence of the video content is generated using a ***,this kind ofmethod is dependent on a single video input source and few visual labels,and there is a problem with semantic alignment between video contents and generated natural sentences,which are not suitable for accurately comprehending and describing the video *** address this issue,this paper proposes a video captioning method by semantic topic-guided ***,a 3D convolutional neural network is utilized to extract the spatiotemporal features of videos during the ***,the semantic topics of video data are extracted using the visual labels retrieved from similar video *** the decoding,a decoder is constructed by combining a novel Enhance-TopK sampling algorithm with a Generative Pre-trained Transformer-2 deep neural network,which decreases the influence of“deviation”in the semantic mapping process between videos and texts by jointly decoding a baseline and semantic topics of video *** this process,the designed Enhance-TopK sampling algorithm can alleviate a long-tail problem by dynamically adjusting the probability distribution of the predicted ***,the experiments are conducted on two publicly used Microsoft Research Video Description andMicrosoft Research-Video to Text *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms several state-of-art ***,the performance indicators Bilingual Evaluation Understudy,Metric for Evaluation of Translation with Explicit Ordering,Recall Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation-longest common subsequence,and Consensus-based Image Description Evaluation of the proposed method are improved by 1.2%,0.1%,0.3%,and 2.4% on the Microsoft Research Video Description dataset,and 0.1%,1.0%,0.1%,and 2.8% on the Microsoft Research-Video to Text dataset

Another two species, T. chosenense Tsuneki, 1956 and T. konosuense Tsuneki, 1968, are newly recorded from China.

Neurotransmitter-initiated signaling pathway were reported to play an important role in regulating the malignant phenotype of tumor *** cells could exhibit a"neural addiction"property and build up local nerve networks to achieve an enhanced neurotransmitter-initiated signaling through nerve growth factor-mediated *** the dysregulated nervous systems might represent a novel strategy for cancer ***,whether intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)could build its own nerve networks and the role of neurotransmitters in the progression ICC remains largely *** staining and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay suggested that IcC cells and the infiltrated nerves could generate a tumor microenvironment rich in acetylcholine that promotes IcC metastasis by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).Acetylcholine promoted iCC metastasis through interacting with its receptor,alpha 5 nicotine acetylcholine receptor subunits(CHRNA5).furthermore,acetylcholine/CHRNA5 axis activated GSK3β/β-catenin signaling pathway partially through the influx of Ca^(2+)-mediated activation of Ca/calmodulin-dependent protein kinases(CAMKll).In addition,acetylcholine signaling activation also expanded nerve infiltration through increasing the expression of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor(BDNF),which formed a feedforward acetylcholine-BDNF axis to promote ICC ***93,a small-molecule inhibitor of CAMKIll,significantly inhibited the migration and enhanced the sensitivity to gemcitabine of ICC *** all,Acetylcholine/CHRNA5 axis increased the expression ofβ-catenin to promote the metastasis and resistance to gemcitabine of ICC via CAMKIl/GSK3βsignaling,and the CAMKIl inhibitor KN93 may be an effective therapeutic strategy for combating ICC metastasis.

There are urgent needs of volatile amine gas sensors with high-performance in food quality control,disease monitoring and environmental ***-film fluorescent probe is suitable for amine vapour sensing due to its high sensitivity,high selectivity,and no polluting ***,a novel fluorescent probe based on indacenodithiophene structure withπconjugated system was designed and *** experimental results show that the films prepared by this material exhibit rapid and distinct fluorescence quenching after being exposed to saturated vapours of primary amine,secondary amine and tertiary amine represented by n-propylamine,diethylamine and trimethylamine,*** quenching of fluorescence is 84%,87%and 96%,respectively,within 10 *** detection mechanism of probe for primary amine is based on specific chemical reaction,while the detection mechanism for secondary amine and tertiary amine is intramolecular charge *** experiments show that the detection limit of the fluorescent probe for trimethylamine,an important marker of food spoilage,could reach 4.610 ***-site detection based on spoilage of small yellow croaker suggests the material possesses the potential for food freshness *** simple fluorogenic probe is an original approach to simplify real-time visual monitoring of volatile amine vapour.

The interfacial characteristics of the Li metal anode(LMA)play a crucial role in its overall *** various materials being applied to modify the interface,a comprehensive understanding of their specific mechanisms remains to be ***,we have prepared carbon cloth(CC)frameworks with their surfaces modified using ferromagnetic metal/LiF heterogeneous films(T^(M)-LiF-CC)as the substrate for LMA,which exhibit superior electrochemical *** ferromagnetic Co as a representative example,our study demonstrates that the enhanced performance of Co-LiF-CC,compared to bare CC,is attributed to the spinpolarized interface contributed by the Co/LiF *** and LiF play individual roles in redistributing electrons and Li^(+)to promote homogeneous Li *** nanoparticles play a crucial role in generating strong surface capacitance by storing electrons in spin-split bands,while LiF,with low surface diffusion barriers,ensures fast transportation of Li^(+).The Co-LiF-CC@Li electrodes deliver long lives of 7400 and 3600 h at 1 and 2 mA·cm^(-2)in symmetric cells,respectively;moreover,they enable full batteries with high and durable capacities,particularly when the N/P ratios are low(3.3 or even 1.7).

NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction links gut microbiota dysbiosis to tau pathology in chronic sleep deprivation

Emerging evidence indicates that sleep deprivation(SD)can lead to Alzheimer’s disease(AD)-related pathological changes and cognitive ***,the underlying mechanisms remain *** the present study,we identified the existence of a microbiota-gut-brain axis in cognitive deficits resulting from chronic SD and revealed a potential pathway by which gut microbiota affects cognitive functioning in chronic *** findings demonstrated that chronic SD in mice not only led to cognitive decline but also induced gut microbiota dysbiosis,elevated NLRP3 inflammasome expression,GSK-3βactivation,autophagy dysfunction,and tau hyperphosphorylation in the *** with the“SD microbiota”replicated the pathological and behavioral abnormalities observed in chronic sleep-deprived ***,both the deletion of NLRP3 in NLRP3-/-mice and specific knockdown of NLRP3 in the hippocampus restored autophagic flux,suppressed tau hyperphosphorylation,and ameliorated cognitive deficits induced by chronic SD,while GSK-3βactivity was not regulated by the NLRP3 inflammasome in chronic ***,deletion of NLRP3 reversed NLRP3 inflammasome activation,autophagy deficits,and tau hyperphosphorylation induced by GSK-3βactivation in primary hippocampal neurons,suggesting that GSK-3β,as a regulator of NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,plays a significant role in promoting tau ***,gut microbiota dysbiosis was identified as a contributor to chronic SD-induced tau pathology via NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,ultimately leading to cognitive ***,these findings highlight GSK-3βas a regulator of NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,playing a critical role in promoting tau hyperphosphorylation.
