Two new coordination polymers,named {[Co3（pfca）6（phen）2]·2H2O}n（1） and[Cu（pfca）2（4,4＇-bpy）（H2O）]n（2）（Hpfca = 4-fluorocinnamic acid and 4,4-bpy = 4,4-bipyridine）,were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）,and single-crystal X-ray *** 1 crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system,space group P1 with a = 10.939（3）,b = 12.430（4）,c = 13.815（4） A,α=78.436（3）,β= 70.261（3）,γ= 80.268（3）°,V= 1721.8（9） A^3,Dc = 1.508 g/cm^3,Mr= 1564.06,Z = 1,F（000） = 799,μ= 0.802 mm^（-1）,the final R = 0.0432 and wR = 0.1015 for 13250 observed reflections with I 2σ（I）.Complex 2 is of monoclinic system,space group P2／lc with a =15.4985（14）,b = 15.8424（14）,c = 10.9528（10） A,β= 107.1600（10）°,V= 2569.6（4） A^3,Dc = 1.468g/cm^3,Mr = 568.02,Z = 4,F（000） = 1164,μ= 0.906 mm^（-1）,the final R = 0.0371 and wR = 0.0842 for 18183 observed reflections with I〉 2σ（I）.Complex 1 features linear Co（Ⅱ）-trinuclear units,which are assembled into a final 3D supramolecular structure through π…π stacking interactions and F-H weak *** 2 consists of 1D polymeric Cu（Ⅱ）-chains that are further cohered together by extensive H-bonds.

Development of hybrid rice is an important strategy to increase yields of irrigated rice in China. Day length is a highly important environmental factor for hybrid rice adaptability, productivity and quality. Heterosis of hybrid rice has been utilized under natural- （long） day length conditions in the middle and lower reaches plain of Yangtze River Valley in China for a long time. However, whether the hybrid rice can show heterosis under short-day length conditions is unknown. In this study, we analyzed plant height, grain number per panicle, and other yield related traits of hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu （LYP9） and its parents （Pei＇ai 64S and 93-11） under natural- and short-day length conditions and compared the respective heterosis. Results showed that earlier heading, reduced plant height, and reduced grain number per panicle were found in these three varieties under short-day length conditions relative to those under natural-day length conditions. In either natural- or short-day length conditions, heterosis of LYP9 was mainly displayed in grain number per panicle and plant height. This study may help in breeding and selectina suitable hybrid rice for different re qions with natural- or short-day length.

A new hydrogelator, pyridinium bromide salt of N-6-bromohexanoyl-L-phenylamino octadecane, was synthesized. Supramolecular hydrogels can be formed through the self-assembly of this hydrogelator in water. In this work, D2O was used instead of H2O as solvent for FT-IR measurement due to the fact that it is impossible to obtain useful Fr-IR information on the hydrogen bonding in water. The investigation of PT-IR and steady-state fluorescence indicated that the driving forces for the self-assembly were mainly hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction. Based on the data of XRD and molecular modeling, the possible mechanism of the formation of hydrogelator aggregates was proposed.

The rice gall dwarf disease, caused by the Rice gall dwarf virus (RGDV) is a serious disease occurring in rice in many regions of Guangdong province. As a basis to control the disease we have studied the genomic diversity of a variety of isolates from different locations. Genome segment 8(S8), encoding a main outer capsid protein (Pns8) of RGDV five isolates (BL, CH, DQ, GZ, XY) from Guangdong province was cloned and sequenced. The results revealed that all the S8 segments of the five isolates consisted of 1 578 nucleotides and had a single open reading frame (ORF) extending for 1 301 nucleotides from nucleotide 21 which encoded a polypeptide of 426 amino acids with an estimated molecular weight of 47.4 kDa. The S8 full-length sequence and the ORF sequence shared 97.3%-98.8% and 97.3%-99.1% nucleotide sequence identities within the five Chinese isolates, and shared 94.8%-95.6% and 95.0%-96.0% identities with those of the Thailand isolate respectively. The deduced amino acid sequence of Pns8 in GZ isolate was identical to that in the Thailand isolate, while the amino acid sequence variability of Pns8 within five Chinese isolates ranged from 0.5% to 2.1%. These results indicate that the S8 segment of RGDV is highly conserved in different isolates from different locations. The S8 cDNA from the XY isolate was cloned into the plasmid vector pET-28b(+) and a fused expression protein with an apparent molecular mass of 51kDa was specifically detected in an analysis of Escherichia coli Rossetta(DE3)Ⅱcells. To our knowledge, this is the first report on analysis of the RGDV segment 8 sequence and genetic comparison of different RGDV isolates and their protein expression.

The growth kinetics of microarc oxidation(MAO)coatings on Ti6Al4V alloy was studied by designing an electrolyte with low PO_(4)^(3−)content and high B_(4)O_(7)^(2−)content,using scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and potentiodynamic *** results showed that B_(4)O_(7)^(2−)increased the spark intensity and dissolved most of the oxides at high ***,a thicker barrier layer at the coating/substrate interface was produced,which increased the polarization resistance of the ***_(4)^(3−)at a low concentration also promoted the uniform growth of the MAO coating and the formation of hat-shaped holes in the outer deposition *** thickness of the MAO coatings obtained in Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7) electrolytes exhibited an exponential increase with time at spark discharge stage,while that of the MAO coating obtained in phosphate–tetraborate electrolytes showed a linear trend as the PO_(4)^(3−)content increased.

The scattering medium is usually thought to have a negative effect on the imaging *** this paper,it is shown that the imaging quality of reflective ghost imaging(GI)in the scattering medium can be improved effectively when the binary method is *** the experimental and the numerical results,it is proved that the existence of the scattering medium is just the cause of this phenomenon,i.e.,the scattering medium has a positive effect on the imaging quality of reflective *** this process,the effect from the scattering medium behaves as the random noise which makes the imaging quality of binary ghost imaging have an obvious improvement.

Objective To characterize the histological and epidemiological features of male lung cancer patients in China. Methods The demographic and histological information about male lung cancer patients identified from 2000-01-01 to 2012-12-31, was collected from the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Relative frequencies （RF） were estimated for major histological subtypes and compared according to the years of diagnosis and birth. Results The RF of adenocarcinoma （ADC） increased from 21.96% to 43.36% and the RF of squamous cell carcinoma （SCC） decreased from 39.11% to 32.23% from 2000 to 2012 in the 15 427 male lung cancer patients included in this study （Z=17,909, P〈0.0001; Z=-6.117, P〈0.0001）. The RF of ADC increased from 28.72% in 2000-2004, 36.88% in 2005-2008 to 48.61% in 2009-2012 in patients born after 1960. The age-adjusted RF of ADC in 2007-2012 increased consistently in all the investigated areas. Conclusion The increased RF of ADC in male lung cancer patients highlights the need for further investigation of the etiologic factors of these tumors. Smoke-free policies rather than modifying tobacco products should be enforced.

电力系统于1998年开始推行新的电力系统远动规约标准IEC60870-5-101,为了便于该规约的推广应用,编写较好的应用软件,引入有限状态机FSM(FiniteStateMachine)进行设计,并且基于面向对象技术提出一种高度结构化的有限状态机的实现框架。同时,应用有限状态机理论,抽象出链路层对象的有限状态机模型,并用状态图进行描述。有限状态机实现框架的引入,实现了灵活的复用机制,提高了系统的健壮性和可维护性。通信软件的开发,提供了一种比较便捷通用的开发模式,且现场实际运行良好。
