北祁连洋早古生代双向俯冲的花岗岩证据

笔者主要对北祁连山中段的牛心山岩体、民乐窑沟岩体进行了锆石SHRIMP定年研究。结果表明:牛心山花岗岩的年龄为476 Ma,民乐窑沟花岗闪长岩的年龄为463 Ma。岩石地球化学显示,两岩体均具有大陆活动边缘的岩浆作用特征,结合岩体产出的区域构造位置及区域地质资料,笔者认为早古生代北祁连洋板块分别发生了向南、向北俯冲,其中向南俯冲形成牛心山花岗岩(476 Ma),向北俯冲,形成了民乐窑沟花岗岩侵入体(463 Ma)。

Biodegradable implants are critical for regenerative orthopaedic procedures,but they may suffer from too fast corrosion in human-body *** necessitates the synthesis of a suitable coating that may improve the corrosion resistance of these implants without compromising their mechanical *** this study,an AZ91 magnesium alloy,as a representative for a biodegradable Mg implant material,was modified with a thin reduced graphene oxide(RGO)-calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))composite *** analytical and in-vitro electrochemical characterization reveals that this coating significantly improves the corrosion resistance and mechanical integrity,and thus has the potential to greatly extend the related application field.

Fenofibrate,a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α(PPARα)agonist,is widely prescribed for hyperlipidemia *** studies also showed that it has therapeutic potential in various liver ***,its effects on hepatomegaly and liver regeneration and the involved mechanisms remain ***,the study showed that fenofibrate significantly promoted liver enlargement and regeneration post-partial hepatectomy in mice,which was dependent on hepatocyteexpressed PPARα.Yes-associated protein(YAP)is pivotal in manipulating liver growth and *** further identified that fenofibrate activated YAP signaling by suppressing its k48-linked ubiquitination,promoting its k63-linked ubiquitination,and enhancing the interaction and transcriptional activity of the YAP-TEAD *** inhibition of YAP-TEAD interaction using verteporfin or suppression of YAP using AAV Yap shRNA in mice significantly attenuated fenofibrate-induced *** factors,such as MYC,kRT23,RAS,and RHOA,might also participate in fenofibrate-promoted hepatomegaly and liver *** studies demonstrate that fenofibratepromoted liver enlargement and regeneration are PPARα-dependent and partially through activating the YAP signaling,with clinical implications of fenofibrate as a novel therapeutic agent for promoting liver regeneration.

The Bashikaogong-Shimierbulake granitoid complex is about 30 km long and 2―6 km wide, with an area of 140 km2, located at the north margin of the Bashikaogong Basin in the north Altun terrain. It intruded into schist, metapelite and metatuff of Precambrian ages. This granitoid complex consists of darkish quartz diorite, grey granite, pink granite and pegmatite. Geochemically, the quartz diorite has I-type granite affinity and belongs to Calc-alkaline sereies, and the other gran- ites have S-type affinity and to high-k calc-alkaline series. Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating shows that the quartz diorite has a bigger age than those of other granites, which is 481.6±5.6 Ma for quartz diorite, 437.0±3.0 Ma―433.1±3.4 Ma for grey granite and 443±11 Ma―434.6±1.6 Ma for pink granite, re- spectively. Combined with regional geology, we think that the quartz diorite formed in tectonic envi- ronment related to oceanic crust subduction and the granites in post-collision.

Here,we describe a general and modular strategy for the rapid assembly of benzo[c]phenanthridine(BCP)derivatives using homogeneous gold ***,in contrast to traditional methods based on the specially preformed substrates that have an inherent preference for the formation of this class of compounds with limited flexibility,this protocol is achieved via a selectively intramolecular cascade of a diazo-tethered alkyne and subsequently an intermolecular cyclization with a nitrile to facilitate the successive C–N and C–C bonds *** methodology uses readily available nitriles as the nitrogen source to deliver the products in good yield with excellent functional group compatibility.A preliminary anti-tumor activity study of these generated products exhibits high anticancer potency against five tumor cell lines,including He La,Mel624,SW-480,8505C,***,we report a catalyst-controlled intermolecular cycloaddition/intramolecular insertion of the substrate with a fulvene to provide fused polycarbocycles containing a seven-membered ring.

Response of soil bacterial community to biochar application in a boreal pine forest

Boreal forests commonly suff er from nitrogen defi ciency due to low rate of nitrogen *** may promote soil organic matter decomposition and accelerate nitrogen *** this study,Illumina NovaSeq sequencing combined with functional annotation of prokaryotic taxa(FAPROTAX)analysis was used to investigate the eff ect of biochar pyrolysis temperatures,the amount of applied biochar,and the period since the biochar application(2-and 3-year)on soil bacterial *** results show that biochar pyrolysis temperatures(500℃ and 650℃)and the amount of applied biochar(0.5 kg m^(−2)and 1.0 kg m^(−2))did not change soil ***,the interaction of biochar pyrolysis temperature and the amount had signifi cant eff ects on bacterial species richness and evenness(Pkg m^(−2)had a higher abundance of Cyanobacteria,Conexibacter,and Phenylobacterium than that of 1.0 kg m^(−2)(P<0.05).Functionally,the abundance of the aromatic compound degradation group increased with the extension of application time and increase of pyrolysis *** time since application played an important role in the formation of soil bacterial communities and their functional ***-term studies are necessary to understand the consequence of biochar on bacterial communities in boreal forests.

Nephronophthisis-related ciliopathies(NPHP-RC)represent one of the most common causes of chronic kidney disease in the first three decades of life and are characterized by a broad genetic and clinical heterogeneity.1 To date,more than 90 genes have been identified that cause autosomalrecessive NPHP-RC if mutated,accounting for up to 60%of cases.1 Among these,homozygous deletions of NPHP1 are the most common *** genes localize to primary cilia,basal bodies,or the centrosome and lead to a primary ciliary disruption if mutated,thereby causing a broad phenotypical spectrum.1 Patients that suffer from NPHP-RC can either have an isolated renal phenotype,such as polyuria,polydipsia,decreased urinary concentration ability,and secondary enuresis due to loss of tubular function,or present with extrarenal symptoms including retinal degeneration,cerebellar vermis hypoplasia,or hepatic *** are often diagnosed in early adolescence,reaching end-stage renal disease before 25 years of age,but early onset and rapidly progressive forms of NPHP-RC also exist.1 Renal ultrasound indicates kidneys of normal or reduced renal length with increased echogenicity and corticomedullary cysts.
