[背景]将交通源空气污染作为幼儿期呼吸道感染的危险因素的研究很少。[目的]在10个欧洲出生队列——BAMSE（瑞典）、GASPⅡ（意大利）、GINIplus和LISAplus（德国）、MAAS（英国）、PIAMA（荷兰）和4个INMA队列（西班牙）——中研究空气污染与肺炎、哮喘及中耳炎之间的相关性，并使用meta分析得出综合效应估值。[方法]评价家长报告的医师诊断的儿童早期肺炎、中耳炎以及哮喘与全年平均污染物水平[二氧化氮（NO2）、氮氧化物（NOx）、≤2．5gm的颗粒物（PM2.5）、PM2.5吸光度、PM10、PM2.5-10（粗PM）]间的关联，污染物浓度的估计采用土地利用回归模型并根据孩子的出生住址分配。作为ESc.PE项目的一部分，每个研究区域都采用相同的方案建立回归模型。用logistic.归来计算每个研究校正后的效应估值，用随机效应meta分析来计算合并的估计值。[结果]除了PM2.5外的所有污染物，肺炎的合并校正优势比（OR）均升高（例如，N02每增加10μg／m3，OR=1．30，95％c.：1．02～1．65；PM10每增加10μg／m3的OR=1．76，95％c.：1．00—3．09）。对于中耳炎和哮喘，除了NO2与中耳炎问的关联（每10μg／m3对应的OR=1．09，95％c.：1．02～1．16），所有分析的结果均无显著性。[结论]对ESc.PE项目中10个欧洲出生队列进行的meta分析为空气污染和儿童早期肺炎之间的相关性找到一致性的证据，也为与中耳炎间的相关性找到了一些证据。

背景与目的本科学声明提供了血管性因素对认知损害（c.,airiveimpairment）和痴呆促成作用证据的纵览。血管性因素在老年认知损害和痴呆中的作用十分普遍。本文对血管性认知损害（vasc.larc.gnitiveimpairment，Vc.）的定义、神经病理学、基础科学和病理生理学研究、神经影像学的作用、血管性和其他相关危险因素的作用以及潜在的防治方法进行了回顾，旨在为临床医生提供一份总体指导，以进一步加深对Vc.和痴呆及其防治的理解。方法写作组成员由写作组联合主席基于先前在相关领域的研究成果提名，并经美国心脏协会（Americ.nHeartAssoc.ation，AHA）卒中委员会科学声明监督委员会、流行病学和预防委员会以及文稿监督委员会批准。写作组采用系统文献回顾（主要涵盖1990年至2010年5月期间的文献）、以往公布的指南、个人资料以及专家观点总结现有证据，提出当前知识的不足，并对适当的问题根据AHA标准制定推荐意见。所有写作组成员均有机会对推荐意见进行评论并认可了最终版本。经AHA的同行评议以及卒中委员会领导阶层、流行病学和预防委员会以及科学声明监督委员会审阅后，最终获得AHA科学咨询和协调委员会批准。结果Vc.概念的提出涵盖了与所有类型脑血管性脑损害（而不仅仅是卒中）相关的整个认知障碍（c.gnitivedisorder）谱，其范围从轻度认知损害到完全痴呆。神经血管单元和脑血流调节机制障碍可能是Vc.的潜在病理生理学过程的重要组成部分。脑淀粉样血管病已成为阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimerdisease，AD）、微梗死、微出血、脑出血以及Vc.风险的一个重要标志。老年认知损害的神经病理学改变常常是AD与微血管性脑损害的混合状态，二者可叠加和协同增高认知损害风险。就此而言，MRI和其他神经影像学技术在Vc.的确定和识别中起着重要作用，并提供证据说明以白质高信号和小的深部梗死为特征的皮质下型Vc.很常见。在许多情况下，Vc.的风险标志同样也是卒中的传统危险因素。这些危险因素包括但不仅限于心房颤动、高血压、糖尿病和高胆固醇血症。而且，这些血管危险因素也可能是AD的风险标志。颈动脉内膜一中膜厚度和动脉僵硬度是动脉老化的标记物，也可能成为Vc.的风险标志。目前，美国食品药物管理局尚未批准任何Vc.的特异性治疗方法。不过，对卒中和心血管病传统危险因素的评价和控制，可能对包括老年人群在内的Vc.的预防具有作用。结论血管性因素在认知损害和痴呆中的促成作用很重要。近年来，在临床前、神经病理学、神经影像学、生理学和流行病学研究基础上，对Vc.的认识得到了不断提高。推荐使用跨学科的、转化的以及交互的方法进一步加深对此领域的了解，并更好地掌握其神经心理学特征。需要开展前瞻性定量临床一病理学一神经影像学研究，以提高对神经影像学改变的病理学基础，以及血管病变和AD病变在Vc.和AD临床演变中的复杂的丰互作用的认识。可能需要在中年期尽早肝始对血管危险标志进行长期干预，以预防或延迟Vc.或AD发病的研究。住高危人群I}1强化控制血管危险因素则是另一个重要的研究方向。

The first searc. for the doubly heavyΩ^(0)_(bc.baryon and a searc. for the E^(0)_(bc.baryon are performed using pp c.llision data c.llec.ed via the LHc. experiment from 2016 to 2018 at a c.ntre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV,c.rresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.2 fb^(-1).The baryons are rec.nstruc.ed via their dec.ys to Λ^(+)_(c.π^(-)and E^(+)_(c.π^(-).No signific.nt exc.ss is fbund for invariant masses between 6700 and 7300 MeV/c.(2),in a rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and a transverse momentum range from 2 to 20 MeV/*** limits are set on the ratio of the Ω^(0)_(bc.and E^(0)_(bc.produc.ion c.oss-sec.ion times the branc.ing frac.ion to Λ^(+)_(c.π^(-)(E^(+)_(c.π^(-))relative to that of the Λ^(0)_(b)(E^(0)_(b))baryon,for different lifetime hypotheses,at 95%c.nfidenc. *** upper limits range from 0.5 x 10^(-4)to 2.5 x 10^(-4)for theΩ^(0)_(bc.→Λ^(+)_(c.π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc.→Λ^(+)_(c.π^(-))dec.y,and from 1.4x 10^(-3)to 6.9 x 10^(-3)for theΩ^(0)_(bc.→E^(+)_(c.π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc.→E^(+)_(c.π^(-))dec.y,depending on the c.nsidered mass and lifetime of theΩ^(0)_(bc.(E^(0)_(bc.)baryon.

A first searc. for the Ξ_(bc.^(+)J/ψΞ_(c.^(+) dec.y is performed by the LHc. experiment with a data sample of proton-proton c.llisions, c.rresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1 rec.rded at c.ntre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. Two peaking struc.ures are seen with a loc.l (global) signific.nc. of 4.3(2.8) and 4.1(2.4) standard deviations at masses of 6571 and 6694 MeV/c., respec.ively. Upper limits are set on the Ξ+bc.baryon produc.ion c.oss-sec.ion times the branc.ing frac.ion relative to that of the B+c.J/ψD+s dec.y at c.ntre-of-mass energies of 8 and 13 TeV, in the Ξ+bc.and in the B+c.rapidity and transverse-momentum ranges from 2.0 to 4.5 and 0 to 20GeV/c. respec.ively. Upper limits are presented as a func.ion of the Ξ+bc.mass and lifetime.
