A robust method for characterizing the mineralogy of suspended sediment in continental rivers is *** encompasses 3 steps:the filtration of a few milliliters of water,measurements of X-ray energy dispersive spectra using Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),and robust machine learning tools of *** method is applied to suspended particles collected from various Amazonian rivers.A total of more than 204,000 particles were analyzed by SEM-EDXS(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy),*** 15,700 particles per sampling station,which lead to the identification of 15 distinct groups of mineralogical *** size distribution of particles collected on the filters was derived from the SEM micrographs taken in the backscattered electron imaging mode and analyzed with ImageJ *** determination of the main mineralogical groups composing the bulk sediment associated with physical parameters such as particle size distribution or aspect ratio allows a precise characterization of the load of the terrigenous particles in rivers or *** the case of the Amazonian rivers investigated,the results show that the identified mineralogies are consistent with previous studies as well as between the different samples *** method enabled the evolution of grain size distribution from fine to coarse material to be described in the water *** about hydrodynamic sorting of mineral particles in the water column are also briefly *** proposed method appears well suited for intensive routine monitoring of suspended sediment in river systems.

法国专业收视调查公司Médiamétrie的调查数据表明电台听众的结构既不是按照电台构成严格的分化(虽然我们确实观察到了专一性听众的存在),也不是在所有电台中呈水平状。广播听众既不是"广泛大众",也不是"普通大众",而是彼此分化又相互关联的。从理论方面来看,我们得出的结论要求摒弃"广泛大众"这一概念,正如这一概念是没有统计学证据的,转而接受"主要侧写"这一理念,摒弃"共同点"而转向分裂观。对广播听众所做的分析因此构成一个可靠的点,支撑对有细微差别的文化产业理论的背离,因为文化产业"大众"的概念化和文化产业指定的"大规模生产场域"更具普遍性的概念化。这突出表明产业内所有人员的公共目标要实现概念化是非常困难的,并介绍了一个从分裂观和生产者的角度来说更加准确的理论。这个理论可以将不同类的小组,生产不同产品的实践群体的共同点和相互作用考虑在内。

＜正＞ Thrombin constitue the main activator of the protease activated receptor PAR1, however, to date only few informations are available on the pathophysiological relevance of PAR1 in the heart. The main goal of the present study was to investigate the affect of PAR1 activation on the action potential duration of guinea-pig papillary. Firstly, an immunochemistry study using monoclonal mouse antibody to thrombin demonstrate the presence of PAR1 with a great density on the endocardium. Using the patch-clamp technique on freshly isolated cardiomyocytes, we demonstrate activation of PAR1 with thrombin 32UI/ml increase the amplitude of the late sodium current （2.2±0.5pA/pF）. In addition, the action potential duration were significantly increase APD50 in a concentration dependent manner both by thrombin 32UI/ml （max van 14.80% ） and by SFLLR 100μM （max van 13, 09% ）. In each case, these PAR1 activations were fully block by TTX 1μM confirming the involvement of the late sodium current in the action potential prolongation. Similarly, the PAR1 induced an increase of APD50 was concentration de-pendently block by two PAR1 antagonist compounds, SCH 203099 and ER 112787.

Heart failure is common in older people and its prevalence is *** Heart ＇omics＇ in AGEing（HOMAGE） project aims to provide a biomarker approach that will improve the early diagnosis of heart failure.A large clinical database,based on（1） prospective population studies or（2） cross-sectional,prospective studies or randomized controlled trials（RCTs） of patients at risk for or with overt cardiovascular disease will be constructed to determine most promising ＇omics＇-based biomarkers to identify the risk of developing heart failure and/or *** studies,patient cohorts and RCTs are eligible for inclusion in the common database,if they received ethical approval to obtain and share data and have baseline information on cardiovascular risk ***,the HOMAGE database includes 43,065 subjects,from 20 studies in eight European countries,including healthy subjects from three population studies in fra.ce,Belgium and Italy（n = 7,124）,patients with heart failure（n = 4,312） from four cohorts in the UK,Spain and Switzerland and patients at high risk for cardiovascular disease（n = 31,629） in 13 *** is anticipated that more partners will join the consortium and enlarge the pooled *** large merged database will be a useful resource with which to identify candidate biomarkers that play a role in the mechanism underlying the onset and progression of heart failure.
