The strong hydrogen bonding ability of 2-pyridones were exploited to build nanotrains on *** wheels on axles difunctionalized with 2-pyridone hydrogen bonding units were synthesized and displayed spontaneous formation of linear nanotrains by self-assembly on SiO_(2)or mica *** using atomic force microscopy confi rmed linear formations with lengths up to 5μm and heights within the range of the molecular height of the carborance-tipped axles.

Phyllosticta species associated with diseases of four commercial Citrus species grown in China are ***,496 Phyllosticta strains were isolated from mandarins(Citrus reticulata),pomeloes(***),oranges(***)and lemons(***)in the main citrus producing regions across China,and 74 strains were selected for phylogenetic *** inferred from the sequences of internal transcribed spacer region(ITS1,5.8S nrdNA and ITS2),partial translation elongation factor 1-alpha(TEF1)and partial actin gene(ACT),showed these representative Phyllosticta isolates clustered in four distinct clades corresponding to three known,and one undescribed *** newly resolved taxon,Phyllosticta citrichinaensis was isolated from leaves and fruits of all four Citrus species and is introduced in this *** taxon caused minor damage,showing irregular spots or *** citriasiana,associated with tan spot of pomeloes,was isolated only from pomeloes,and never from lemons,mandarins and *** citricarpa,the citrus black spot pathogen,which is presently subjected to phytosanitary legislation in the EU and United States,was isolated from lemons,mandarins and oranges,but never from *** isolates of *** clustered in two subclades,one from mandarins,the other from oranges and *** was isolated from all four Citrus species as an endophyte,causing false melanose,or together with *** or ***,cultural and biochemical characters were consistent with the results of phylogenetic *** addition,a specific primer pair Pca8/ITS4 was designed and selected,and its corresponding PCR procedure was developed for the detection of *** in this study.

AIM:to determine whether fluoroscope time is a good predictor of patient radiation exposure during endoscopic retrograde ***:this is a prospective observational study of consecutive patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in a tertiary care *** related to radiation exposure were *** following measures were obtained:Fluoroscopy time(FT),dose area product(dAP)and dose at reference point(dOSERP).Coefficients of determination were calculated to analyze the correlation between FT,dAP and *** between FT and dAP/dOSRP was assessed using Bland Altman ***:Four hundred sixty-three data sets were *** time average was 7.3 *** related radiation accounted for 86%of the total dAP while acquisition films related radiation accounted for 14%of the *** any given FT there are wide ranges of dAP and dOSERP and the variability in both increases as fluoroscopy time *** coefficient of determination(R2)on the non transformed data for dAP and dOSERP versus FT were respectively 0.416 *** fluoroscopy use was the largest contributor to patient radiation exposure during endoscopic retrograde cholangiography(ERCP),there is a wide variability in dAP and dOSERP that is not accounted for by *** and dOSERP increase in variability as FT *** translates into poor accuracy of FT in predicting dAP and dOSERP at higher radiation ***:dAP and dOSERP in addition to FT should be adopted as new ERCP quality measures to estimate patient radiation exposure.

Fluoropyrimidines play a central role in the first-line treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. Our aim was to review whether capecitabine was a safer, non-inferior, economically superior and more convenient alternative to 5-fluorouracil. Capecitabine has previously been compared to 5-fluorouracil-either as a monotherapy or in combination with oxaliplatin, irinotecan, or biological drugs-and has been found to have comparable efficacy and safety profiles. Furthermore, pharmacoeconomic data and patients’ preferences for oral chemotherapy further favor capecitabine. Therefore, capecitabine appears to be an effective and safe alternative to fluorouracil in the first-line treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.

采用分子动力学结合不同原子间相互作用势函数研究了α-Fe中具有不同位相差(26°～140°)的〈110〉倾斜晶界的强度、γ面及滑移系,并通过模拟准静态拉伸试验研究了各晶界解理断裂过程。研究结果表明,随着位相差的增加,晶界能量在110°附近出现极小值,Σ3{112}晶界是α-Fe〈110〉倾斜晶界中最稳定的晶界之一;Σ3{111}晶界解理断裂能量计算结果与实验和第一性原理计算结果符合得很好;Σ3{112}晶界解理断裂过程中伴随着孪生与滑移,从而导致其解理断裂能量高于晶界形成能。

Assessment of the uncertainties in temperature change in China during the last century

We have used the China Homogenized Historic Temperature dataset and some long-term station series of the neighbor countries from CRUTEM3,a 5°×5° gridded dataset of monthly mean temperature since 1900,to provide a 107-year record of surface temperature trends and *** derived a comprehensive set of uncertainty estimates to accompany the data:measurement and sampling errors,uncertainties in temperature bias estimates,and uncertainties arising from limited observational coverage on large-scale averages have all been *** reanalysed the temperature changes during the period of *** best estimates of trends for 1900-2006 with uncertainties at 95% confidence range are about 0.09±0.017°C/decade for the year as a whole,and 0.14±0.021°C/decade,0.11±0.021°C/decade,0.04±0.017°C/decade,and 0.07±0.017°C/decade for winter,spring,summer and autumn *** 1954-2006,the trends for annual,winter,spring,summer and autumn are:0.26±0.032°C/decade,0.35±0.046°C/decade,0.25±0.051°C/decade,0.16±0.037°C/decade and 0.22±0.055°C/*** saw the most significant warming trend in both 1900-2006 and 1954-2006,while during the most recent period(the satellite era,1979-2006),all the seasons show similar warming trends:0.45±0.13°C/decade,0.51±0.11°C/decade,0.52±0.16°C/decade,0.37±0.10°C/decade and 0.50±0.16°C/decade for annual,winter,spring,summer and *** arising from urbanization have been evaluated as less than 5% of the total warming trend for 1951-2001,so this bias was not removed.

The variable high-order multiblock overlapping(overset)grids method of Sj¨ogreen&Yee[CiCP,Vol.5,2009]for a perfect gas has been extended to nonequilibrium *** work makes use of the recently developed high-order well-balanced shock-capturing schemes and their filter counterparts[Wang et al.,***.,2009,2010]that exactly preserve certain non-trivial steady state solutions of the chemical nonequilibrium governing *** turbulence with strong shocks and flows containing both steady and unsteady components is best treated by mixing of numerical methods and switching on the appropriate scheme in the appropriate subdomains of the flow fields,even under the multiblock grid or adaptive grid refinement *** low dissipative sixth-or higher-order shock-capturing filter methods are appropriate for unsteady turbulence with shocklets,second-and thirdorder shock-capturing methods are more effective for strong steady or nearly steady shocks in terms of *** is anticipated that our variable high-order overset grid framework capability with its highly modular design will allow for an optimum synthesis of these new algorithms in such a way that the most appropriate spatial discretizations can be tailored for each particular region of the *** this paper some of the latest developments in single block high-order filter schemes for chemical nonequilibrium flows are applied to overset grid *** numerical approach is validated on a number of test cases characterized by hypersonic conditions with strong shocks,including the reentry flow surrounding a 3d Apollo-like NASA Crew Exploration Vehicle that might contain mixed steady and unsteady components,depending on the flow conditions.

2019/20 Australia’s bushfire season(Black Summer fires)occurred during a period of record breaking tempera-tures and extremely low *** understand the impact of these climatic values we conducted a preliminary analysis of the 2019/20 bushfire season and compared it with the fire seasons between March 2000 and March 2020 in the states of New South Wales(NSW),Victoria,and South Australia(SA).Forest and fire management in Australia were asked to provide data on the number of fires,burned area,life and house loss,as well as weather *** March 2020 Black Summer fires burnt almost 19 million hectares,destroyed over 3,000 houses,and killed 33 *** showed that they were unprecedented in terms of impact on all areas.A number of mega-fires occurred in NSW resulting in more burned area than in any fire season during the last 20 *** of them was the largest recorded forest fire in Australian *** had a season with the highest number of fires,area burned,and second highest numbers of houses lost for the same *** had the highest number of houses lost in the last 20 *** Summer fires confirmed existing trends of impact categories during the last two decades for NSW and *** showed that the smoke from the bushfires may be a significant concern in the future for the global community,as it travels to other countries and *** on preliminary data,it will take many years to restore the economy and infrastructure in impacted areas,and to recover animal and vegetation biodiversity.

Comparative phylogeography and niche modeling for three species complexes of SE China （Paradoxornis spp., Pycnonotus spp., Spizixos spp.）

Contrasting multiple organisms with similar contemporary distributions, researchers can identify shared evolutionary patterns and provide historical context for community composition. We used three species complexes with overlapping distributions in Southeastern China and surrounding islands to explore the phylogeographic history of the region. despite similar geographic distributions, genetic data revealed few congruent patterns, but all complexes displayed genetic divergence for Taiwan Residents populations. Additionally, niche modeling and divergence dating did not find support for diversification associated with the Last Glacial Maximum [Current Zoology 61 （5）： 943-950,2015].
