Advancing Wound Filling Extraction on 3D Faces:An Auto-Segmentation and Wound Face Regeneration Approach

Facial wound segmentation plays a crucial role in preoperative planning and optimizing patient outcomes in various medical *** this paper,we propose an efficient approach for automating 3D facial wound segmentation using a two-stream graph convolutional *** method leverages the Cir3D-FaIR dataset and addresses the challenge of data imbalance through extensive experimentation with different loss *** achieve accurate segmentation,we conducted thorough experiments and selected a high-performing model from the *** selectedmodel demonstrates exceptional segmentation performance for complex 3D facial ***,based on the segmentation model,we propose an improved approach for extracting 3D facial wound fillers and compare it to the results of the previous *** method achieved a remarkable accuracy of 0.9999993% on the test suite,surpassing the performance of the previous *** this result,we use 3D printing technology to illustrate the shape of the wound *** outcomes of this study have significant implications for physicians involved in preoperative planning and intervention *** automating facial wound segmentation and improving the accuracy ofwound-filling extraction,our approach can assist in carefully assessing and optimizing interventions,leading to enhanced patient ***,it contributes to advancing facial reconstruction techniques by utilizing machine learning and 3D bioprinting for printing skin tissue *** source code is available at https://***/SIMOGroup/WoundFilling3D.

Long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase regulates systemic lipid homeostasis via glycosylation-dependent lipoprotein production

Interorgan lipid transport is crucial for organism development and the maintenance of physiological ***,we demonstrate that Drosophila long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase(dAcsl),which catalyzes the conversion of fatty acids into acyl-coenzyme As(acyl-CoAs),plays a critical role in regulating systemic lipid *** deficiency in the fat body led to the ectopic accumulation of neutral lipids in the gut,along with significantly reduced lipoprotein contents in both the fat body and *** aberrant phenotypes were rescued by fat body-specific overexpression of apolipophorin.A multi-omics investigation comprising lipidomics,metabolomics,and proteomics in conjunction with genetic screening revealed that glycosylation processes were suppressed in dAcsl knockdown *** of CG9035,human ortholog of which is implicated in the congenital disorder of glycosylation,ame-liorated gut lipid accumulation in *** lipoprotein glycosylation led to accelerated proteasome-related degradation and induced ER stress in dAcsl knockdown flies,impairing lipoprotein release into the circulation which compromised interorgan lipid transport between the fat body and the *** of ubiquitin-proteasome-dependent degradation alleviated the phenotype of gut ectopic fat accumulation in dAcsl knockdown ***,we verified that ACSL4,the human homolog of dAcsl,also regulated lipoprotein levels in HepG2 cells,indicating that the role of dAcsl in modulating lipoprotein secretion and systemic lipid homeostasis is possibly conserved in humans.

Magnetic topological semimetals have been at the forefront of condensed matter physics due to their ability to exhibit exotic transport *** the interplay between magnetic and topological orders in systems with broken time-reversal symmetry is crucial for realizing non-trivial quantum *** delve into the electronic structure of the rare-earth-based antiferromagnetic Dirac semimetal EuMg_(2)Bi_(2) using first-principles calculations and angle-resolved photoemission *** calculations reveal that the spin-orbit coupling(SOC)in EuMg_(2)Bi_(2) prompts an insulator to topological semimetal transition,with the Dirac bands protected by crystal *** linearly dispersive states near the Fermi level,primarily originating from Bi 6p orbitals,are observed on both the(001)and(100)surfaces,confirming that EuMg_(2)Bi_(2) is a three-dimensional topological Dirac *** research offers pivotal insights into the interplay between magnetism,SOC and topological phase transitions in spintronics applications.

Numerical analysis of high‑speed railway slab tracks using calibrated and validated 3D time‑domain modelling

Concrete slabs are widely used in modern railways to increase the inherent resilient quality of the tracks,provide safe and smooth rides,and reduce the maintenance *** this paper,the elastic performance of a novel slab trackform for high-speed railways is investigated using three-dimensional finite element modelling in *** is then compared to the performance of a ballasted ***,slab and ballasted track models are developed to replicate the full-scale testing of track *** the models are calibrated with the experimental results,the novel slab model is developed and compared against the calibrated slab track *** slab and ballasted track models are then extended to create linear dynamic models,considering the track geodynamics,and simulating train passages at various speeds,for which the Ledsgard documented case was used to validate the *** travelling at low and high speeds are analysed to investigate the track deflections and the wave propagation in the soil,considering the issues associated with critical *** train loading methods are discussed,and the most practical approach is retained and ***,correlations are made between the geotechnical parameters of modern high-speed rail and conventional *** is found that considering the same ground condition,the slab track deflections are considerably smaller than those of the ballasted track at high speeds,while they show similar behaviour at low speeds.

玻色子体系中的非平衡输运过程研究是极具挑战性的工作.磁振子是玻色子,具有与电子等费米子截然不同的自旋输运行为.本文以钇铁石榴石(YIG)铁磁绝缘体为研究对象,聚焦影响稳态下YIG中磁振子非平衡输运过程的关键因素.通过将具有非零化学势μm的玻色-爱因斯坦统计函数引入到玻尔兹曼输运方程中,获得了以为幂次的输运方程严格解析表达式(当α(=-μm/(k_(B)T))<1时).结果显示,当α<<1时,我们得到了与以往研究不同的化学势μm与非平衡粒子浓度δn_(m)之间的非线性关系δn_(m)∝-α^(1/2)α-(-μm)^(1/2)α;较大时,则还须考虑其高阶项.正因这种非线性关系,导致磁振子扩散方程显著不同于电子自旋扩散特性,其由线性微分方程演变为更复杂的非线性微分方程.本文重点研究了在两种极端温度梯度(即■T~1K/mm和10^(4)K/mm)下非平衡磁振子浓度δn_(m)和化学势μm的空间分布,它们分别对应于μm的值约为-0.1μeV和-6.2meV,均满足前提条件α<1.在远离平衡态的大温度梯度分布下,本文理论计算与实验结果吻合很好.这些理论研究结果将加深人们对铁磁绝缘体中磁振子非平衡输运行为的认识.

Identification of dual-rate sampled output-error systems with unknown time-delays and orders

An orthogonal matching pursuit iterative identification algorithm is proposed for dual-rate sampled output-error systems with unknown time-delays and orders based on finite number of sampled data. Firstly, the identification model of the target system is established based on the dual-rate sampled data. Secondly, considering the input time-delay and the system order are both unknown, by means of the overparameterization method and taking the regression items of the noise-free output data and that of the input data as sufficient length, a sparse system is derived and its sparsity is the number of parameters to be identified. Furthermore, the idea of auxiliary model and the sparse recovery method in compressed sensing are combined for interactive estimation of the parameter vector and the noise-free outputs, where the parameter vector is estimated by using the orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm, the auxiliary model is constructed based on which and then the noise-free outputs are calculated accordingly and applied in turn for updating the parameter vector. Finally, the system order and the input time-delay are calculated according to the structure of the obtained parameter vector. The simulation experiments verify that the proposed algorithm can provide accurate joint estimation of system parameters, time-delay and order based on small amounts of sampled data. © 2024 Northeast University. 九一八事变之后,顾颉刚的学术生涯出现了一个新的面向,从之前专注上古历史的考证、辨伪转而从事研究中国的历史疆域和边疆民族。1934年《禹贡半月刊》的出版和禹贡学会的成立,便是一个标志。顾颉刚本人指出此乃中日关系恶化、民族危机深重所致,但从他当时留下的日记和书信,又可以看出他之从事边疆史地的研究,与他长期爱慕谭慕愚(又名谭惕吾)有着密切的关系。谭慕愚的爱国热忱和行动是促使顾颉刚学术兴趣转向的重要契机,而且顾颉刚与谭慕愚的来往还间接地影响了顾颉刚的古史研究。探讨顾颉刚、谭慕愚及殷履安(顾颉刚妻子)之间的三角关系不仅呈现了顾颉刚学术生涯中民族情感和个人情爱的交互作用,而且有助于展现五四学人婚恋和情感生活的复杂和多面,为从情感史的角度考察中国近代学术变迁提供了一个实例。

随着记忆研究在近年的兴起,中文学界出现了“历史记忆”这一名称,含有将两者等同的意思。与之相对照,历史和记忆在西方学术中一直存在某种张力——史学在西方的诞生与对抗记忆的目的相关,之后历史和记忆长期处于一种分离的关系。以兰克为代表的近代科学史学,其理论前提是区别“过去”与“现在”,并从后者的立场考察、重构前者,而记忆则常常将两者混为一体。二战之后,兰克史学面临一系列挑战,记忆研究的兴盛便是其中之一。从莫里斯·阿布瓦赫写作《集体记忆》到皮埃尔·诺拉主编《记忆之场》,西方学者试图用记忆来补充和修正历史研究和书写的传统,改进和扩大历史学的方法和范围,促成其内容的更新和革新。但历史研究和记忆研究在近年的合流,仍没有改变两者之间的根本差异。
